Hi all,

Currently 6DPO cycle 2 TTC. Anyone else fancy joining this thread who's in the same boat. We can chat and keep ourselves occupied whilst time sits still until we can test.....

Just wanted to update you all that I got my BFP on Monday. 7DPO. Confirmed with FRER and Clearblue digital.

How is everyone getting on!

@MixedUpChameleon I'm temping too. What app are you using to track?
I have very long cycles, so am just happy when I ovulate at the moment.

Trying everything to distract myself. I'm peeing on OPKs just for something to do Grin

Are you feeling hopeful? This is the first time my husband and I really went for it in terms of timings.
We're TTC #1 after an early miscarriage in December

Morning!

Hope you don't mind me jumping on the post!!
I'm about 6 days before AF and we arnt trying just yet as had DS end of 2020, we was going to wait until later in the year. I think from my app we DTD on and days leading up and after my ovulation, I am so bloated the last couple of days. Is it bad that I secretly hope I am pregnant??
When should I test!

I did a test on 10dpo and there was the tiniest line on the FRER, I'm still convinced it was in my imagination and not real, but yesterday afternoon I did another FRER and got a faint, but definitely there, BFP.

I'm going to try and step away from the tests now (easier said than done!!!)

@Rtmhwales so sorry for the delayed reply, I was avoiding this thread 🙈

The NHS wait referrals for me were quite long. After my second Miscarriage I stumbled across a thread in here where lots of people who had recurrent miscarriage's saw a specialistic in Epsom.

I feel extremely lucky I could go private mainly because I'm incredibly impatient.

The specialist I see is someone who believes that in some people with recurrent miscarriage the immune system is to blame. So I take steroids and immune suppressing drugs and progesterone from a day or so after ovulation. I also take aspirin, vitamins, stronger B12 and a normal pregnancy supplement which I have been on for months before I even started TTC again.

The problem is in my head it's not like it's a guarantee so although I feel so fortunate to have the support (I have scans at 6,8,10,12 and 16 weeks) I don't think it's going to be the miracle cure.

If you want to look into him and the clinic Google Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic Epsom. Katherine Ryan also spoke about him and the clinic and services on a podcast last year (her podcast that is!).

How is everyone doing? I'm 7dpo and have woken up the past 3 nights soooooo hot! Like I've had to strip off I was so sweaty 🥵
I had a strange taste in my mouth (salty) yesterday but it seems to have gone today.
Im going to wait until Saturday to test 🤞

4dpo here. Have been using the clear blue sticks that give you the smiley face when you ovulate!

Defo darker today. They take a while to get really dark on those tests. I remember doing a line progression when I was pregnant with my daughter on those tests. X

Tests here are a bit darker so i am still cautiously optimistic...
