Hope you have all had a lovely christmas

Well I am scared to type this (let alone say it out load) after last time but I got a BFP this morning!!! I am so scared and happy all rolled into one because of MC in October I so hope this one holds on.

Hi girls - just popping in to say I am thinking of you all and keeping everything crossed - minxi and Ready and Rah can you all please have your bfps this week - hopefully the excitement will kick start labour for me and MrsMc and Iampg. Also I cannot imagine giving birth without another temp bud or three graduating!!

I will try not to bug or jinx you all- but am belly rubbing/praying/hoping for some lovely bfp's soon.

Ready - that's exactly how I was when I got the bfp - not unknown to have 30 day cycle (though rare) so not too excited but I did cave in and test on CD30 as FF said I was due to start AF on CD27.

Like fettle I am dropping off more bamboo for the pandas

Waves and ++++ vibes to everyone

Minxi, can you get a refund if you can't go on your holiday? The constipation sounds very promising doesn't it. I am actually late if it is judged on the normal 28 day cycle, but it's not unheard of for me to have a 30 day cycle. So full expect CD1 tomorrow. I guess I am so used to failing that I can't really get excited going over the 28 days. If that makes sense?

minxi · 19/01/2008 17:25

Fettle thanks for the support - and the cutest cute pandas...hope all is going well with you and yours....x

minxi · 19/01/2008 17:22

Oh Ready thats hopeful then - are you late...or are you due today/tomorrow....

I don't know how I feel anymore - don't feel hopeful at all - although have had dreadful constipation and yet I am eating as much fruit and veg as am doing wheat and dairy free!! No I will not look for signs hopeful or not... to be honest would love to test but just think its a waste of time - have some cheap ebay ones I bought and I just don't want to see one line - I want to see TWO!!! Time will tell! I will let you know if I do test - just for a laugh...

Have just this minute booked to go away during the summer and not back until 30 August - ff said I would be due 30 Sept if I was pg this month but thats how hopeful I am of it not happening this month!!

Ready · 19/01/2008 16:03

Minxi, I admire your resolve at not testing tomorrow. I stupidly asked dh this morning when he thinks I should test - it's like jinxing myself, saying stuff like that isn't it - he said wednesday, but something tells me I won't get that far. Fingers crossed for you though

Ready · 19/01/2008 15:45

Afternoon ladies, sorry I have not been on, I have been keeping myself super busy, and popped in to MN yesterday, but couldn?t catch up on all my threads, but here I am.

Still hanging in there, pretty sure that it will be CD1 tomorrow, cramps getting stronger and more often, so I am well warned ? but there is the tiniest part of my brain that keeps saying ?you never know? ? why do I torture myself?

How is everyone?

Rah, don?t you dare leave us alone. Rant your heart out here, that?s what we are here for. I am so sorry that you are feeling pre-menstrual, I hope that the hormones you have been given are what is causing your emotions, and symptoms. Hang in there. Big hugs x

FurtivelyPosting, thank you for my little chant , really made me smile. Sorry to hear that your dh is not giving it up ? is it because he knows it is the ?right? time? If he is experiencing performance anxiety, then perhaps you need to tell him it is the ?right? time a week before it is ??

Minxi, I will stay positive No, didn?t start using the thermometer, didn?t want any reason to confuse myself. I intend to start temping again tomorrow though How was your temp today? Hoping it is high still Any other symptoms of note?

Ladylush, glad you had a relaxing birthday, you?re out tonight as well aren?t you? Painting the town . My cycle is usually 28 days, but then I have had 30 days on the odd occasion, so this isn?t making me excited. I haven?t been temping, so I am not certain when I ovulated. I will be temping from now on! PMSL at ?red bitch?

Rattling, how are you doing? Going for it, mid cycle? How?s your kitten?

Nappy, how?s it going chick? You feeling any more optimistic?, hope so

Fettle, thanks so much for popping in to see us, and those pandas are the cutest, aren?t they

I think we have lost FreddiesYummyMummy??

Right, I am going to eat the rest of my ice cream. I deserve it

Hi guys

Hope everyone is well.

Minxi - looking good! Really hope this is it!

FP - men seem to have a common problem, being royal pain in the arses! They seem to want sex when they want, instead of when its needed! MEN!!! why oh why do we have to reply on them for anything!

Fettle - Howdy - hope you are keeping well.

take care all

looks like i'm probably out of the running this month, ladies. dh point blank refused to get jiggy last night. i even put nice underwear on (which he laughed at). he's going through one of his 'sensitive flower' phases and the only thing i can do is completely back off until he feels less anxious about it all. it's not like i've been pestering him for loads of nookie either - we've done the deed only twice this month, which wouldn't be at all impressive even if we weren't ttc! men, eh? cuh!

Morning girls...

minxi · 17/01/2008 22:26

Ladylush hope you have had a lovely relaxing birthday!

Rah cool to get the slight bfp and hopefully it will be for real soo very soon! maybe it was already and the drugs just added to the bfp too

Ready don't give up - stay positive ..have you been temping at all since you found your thermo? Mind you I am getting to the point of hating temping as its all too true and then depressing to see the numbers you don't want too see ...

Rattling I know we all love the idea of implantation dips but loving and having them are two different things

FP love the poem - can you make them up for all of us Hope you manage sort out dh tonight - quite literally

Nappy Hope you were feeling better today after yesterday....hospitals doctors treatments its all such a pain and they all seem patronising and young(well not the treatments)!! good luck!

FurtivelyPosting · 17/01/2008 19:18

Don't feel pressured, Ready! We've all got everything that can be crossed very firmly crossed for you. Or we could do some stealth cheerleading instead (might be less noticeable) where we whisper a chant of

"don't feel anxious, don't feel stressed
with our baby vibes, you'll be blessed
Come on Ready, stay good and strong
and you'll soon be vomming all morning long!"

ladylush · 17/01/2008 17:41

Thanks for the lovely singing

ladylush · 17/01/2008 17:41

I'm on mumsnet - no change there then We're not doing much today - just having a chinese takeaway and my mum is joining us. Wanted ds to be able to celebrate too. Doing the grown up, glam thing on saturday. Going out with dh and four of our friends

Ready · 17/01/2008 17:26

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Ladylush, Happy birthday to yoooooou! How are you celebrating your birthday today then?

Nappy, your website looks great, and your testimonial is great. How?s it going so far?

Ladylush and Rattling, for some reason all I can hear in my head now is ?Yooooung at heart?

Minxi, that is a low temp. Are you ok? Do you need a hotwater bottle in bed . Is it definitely bad news? Or could it be implantation??

FP, sorry no action last night, finger crossed for tonight

Rah, I will not tell you off again, just want to send you a hug, and tell you that I am thinking of you. Please don?t give up.

Rattling, pmsl at your CD1 thoughts something tells me I won?t be able to muster the energy for optimism on CD1.

Grrr. I have being bottom of the list, all that pressure, and I just know I am going to let you all down.

Thanks for the birthday wishes ladies
lol rattling at stopping at 32 Have to admit, was a good year for me too. Had ds that year.

Minxi - hope your dip is a positive rather than negative thing.

rattling · 17/01/2008 12:41

NappyValley - meant to say I managed to track down your web page by googling. Sounds like loads of fun. I've never been a big talker, have a slight stutter too - parents sent me to elocution lessons when I was young (though not pre-school, perhaps 6?) and that was not fun. Really didn't help.

Rah - I got all excited! Then read on . My thinking is that this cycle probably won't be like your previous ones as you've had artificial hormones thrown into the mix.

Happy Birthday Ladylush. I have effectively been confusing friends by lying about my age since I turned 32 (for some reason the age I decided I most wanted to be when I was about 12 - and I was right, it was great ). So officially I am 34 this year, but if you promise not to mention it I'll admit to seeing 36 come and go - not too bad really. Not sure what I'm going to do when I turn 40 - throw a huge 37th birthday party?

Minxi - you know how we love the implantation dip idea here. CD1 for me I spend a while thinking "implantation dip and spotting perhaps?"

NappyValley · 17/01/2008 12:35

Happy Birthday LadyLush.

Thanks Ready for letting me know I had got that link wrong!!!

Oh, Rah - what a bummer. Still keeping everything crossed for us all, though. Here's hoping that you do get your BFP very, very soon. I know it's easier said than done but only a week to go now. The 2WW is awful though, isn't it?

FurtivelyPosting · 17/01/2008 08:55

Gah! Managed to get my tags wrong - I meant to say

Happy Birthday Ladylush!

I wish we had edit buttons here....
