I'd ask a new question in the health/conception thread if you want to find someone who knows the science to it but don't think you should take anything else....

PS always check the labels on any pills and vitamins as most of it is a no no if you're PG anyway - I don't have any other vitamins to check but I only take the sanat pronatal and paracetamol for headaches when TTC just in case!

clair I'd stick to the pronatal as I know some vitamins aren't good for pregnancy (I know you mustn't have too much vit A for example, that's why you can't eat liver and pate when you're preggers). I don't know about zinc but I'd go with the pg specific vitamins only....

I hope you don't mind me asking you a non-temp question ... I have been taking Sanatogen ProNatal and my DH has been taking Sanatogen Gold. My tabs give me 50% RDA of zinc and DH's give him 100% RDA of zinc ... should we be taking any other supplements? Is there anything else you'd recommend?

Went to the clinic on Saturday morning and have two really small eggs, so nothing viable at the moment. Going back tomorrow for another scan, fingers crossed they have grown!

Morning Ladies I did a hpt today and it was negative. I was too impatient to wait another 2 days so serves me right I don't think it's happening for me this month so fully expect to get my period in a couple of days.

i'm normally a 6/8 so my bump feels ginormous to me - but others have only just realised , like my neighbours!

Yeah got married Jan 19th, 2 weeks ago today. was a lovely day but so tiring, we were really busy all day. i went home at 4pm to sleep

i got my bfp 10dpo with this one, but its hard to pinpoint it exactly isnt it!

im 30 weeks already....finding it hard to sit down with a head under my ribs!!

Hi Scorpio Was thinking about it but not sure if I even ovulated. Got + opk on cd15 though so if I tested tomorrow I would be about 10 days post ovulation if I ovulated. Tbh I am just pleased that I've had no breakthrough spotting/bleeding this month and it feels like more of a normal cycle. Hormones were all over the place before starting Thyroxine.
