Here we go! Thread 14 for the nicest bunch of women on Mumsnet

Thread 13 was very joyful and very painful for me, but what it has shown me is that even old warhorses like me can get lucky, so there's no excuse for all you nubile young honies not to deliver the goods! Come on now, Mama Hester expects you to do your duty by your fellow ttc-ers

Get ready now, 1 - 2 - 3, GO!!!

Btw, jedds, I have gone way beyond worrying about having an arse like a shelf; I have even gone beyond worrying that pregnancy will ruin my figure; in fact, I am praying for pregnancy so that I'll be able to justify my figure!

Hi all; around for a bit - but been drinking lots of wine, so may not be too coherent.

jeddah · 19/11/2004 22:28

great that you are seeing a OB get all the questions in!

No, never get down to london...lived there once for 5 months in the middle of employment contracts in 1996. Wasn't really for me....found it very lonely!

Never heard of the womb massage.......any research on that??

Well I am glad you are thinking about your bottom as mine was huge in my 2 pregnancies.... I actually have stretch marks on it!!!!

I still haven't had my results from my last blood test (nearly 2 weeks ago) but I have not rung back... I am seeing informally an OB next week, I am hoping I can ask a question!

Are you ever in London ? I know someone who does Mayan womb massage and she says the results are amazing !

jeddah · 19/11/2004 22:20

vel! how are you?

jeddah · 19/11/2004 22:19

oh god thats it.....last 3 posts are from me...I am off....cup of coco and chockie bickie for me!
(could have about 10 chocolate biscuits... but don't want to get an arse like a shelf....before I get preggers....if I ever do...that is!)

velcrobott · 19/11/2004 22:17

Hello !

jeddah · 19/11/2004 22:17

anyone out there tonight??????

jeddah · 19/11/2004 22:16

Tania...you must be just surfacing!!!!!1

good morning honey!

jeddah · 19/11/2004 21:50

oh hester......not only have you had to go through all the physical and psychological pain of a miscarriage.....but you have had to endure the loving care! of thoughtless people who quite frankly don't know or who don't want to know what your experience feels like!!!!

So sorry you went through all this on your own!
Pick yourself up woman........your strength will get you through this.....remember...accept.... give your self some time.......and emerge a more determined woman....cos deep down inside you know and we all know that you can do this!

RudyDudy · 19/11/2004 21:29

Yes we are near the park. You know Ecclesall Road? There is Hunter's Bar roundabout, yeah? Park is on the right - Encliffe Park. We are to the left a few minutes walk really. Not far from the primary school there.

RudyDudy · 19/11/2004 19:51

Hulababy · 19/11/2004 19:48
