The month of valentines, pancakes and lot’s of BFP’s! 🤞🏻❤️

Hi Everyone,

I thought I’d start a new thread for February following the January one.

About to start month 4 of TTC after a MC last month.

The months seem so long with a TWW thrown in but then I also can’t believe I’m about to start cycle 4! (I know that isn’t a long time for some of us and that makes me feel sad, TTC is so unfair at times)

Anyway, feel free to join if you’d like to get through February together! X

@QueenBee22 according to SMEP you do three days in a row, but don't worry if you don't feel up to, you still have your bases covered ;) To be sure I'd do either today or tomorrow.

Hello ladies could I get some advice?

I just got a positive peak fertility test this morning. I am currently CD16 and have been DTD every other day since day 7 as per the SMEG method. Should I stick with every second day meaning I would skip today and DTD tomorrow? Or should I try and DTD today and tomorrow? My poor husband is worn out as I am I!

Praying the luck rubs off for me 🤣 I finally ovulated a few days late but got my biggest LH surge on an OPK ever, thrilled! And still covering as much ground as poss 🤭

So so much love to everyone still waiting it really is a lucky month so fingers crossed for everyone xxx

I’m okay…only 3dpo so no symptoms or anything yet just normal PMS symptoms that I get in 2nd half of cycle!

@Purple29 exciting to have next fertile period over valentines!

Wow massive congratulations to all the ladies with the BFP! And it's only day 5 of February!

@Purple29 Sorry AF showed up, but I was glad it ahowed up after my ectopic as well.

I think I'm around 10dpo if I had regular cycle, and I started cramping two days ago, so 6 days before AF. Isn't that very early? Unless I ovulated earlier of course.

@Bringonbaby3 oh I'm sorry, I've heard people say they're more fertile after a CP but I'm not sure if that's true, I definitely have a better feeling about this pregnancy my lines are darker already than they got last time and I had a strange feeling it would be a CP last time. I have everything crossed for you 🤞🏻🙏🏻 how are you feeling so far?

AF just arrived for me. I'm not upset about it this time tho. After the ectopic I'm seeing it as a positive that my cycle is back to normal. I think the previous bleed was just the pregnancy hormones dropping below a level. So FW starts around valentines!!

Congratulations to all those with BFPs!! Amazing news. Hoping I’ll be in the same position next weekend.

@arianasky I feel like you BFP gives me hope! I’m about a week behind you in cycle and had a chemical week after you. Keep us updated, really hope it sticks!

We started the day with a different kind of positive. A real squinter of a lateral flow test for my son :( Both children had PCRs today as they’ve both got a cold so potentially facing a tricky week ahead!

On our way to the swimming pool so just glanced over the chat and OMG so many BFPs!!! So so so delighted for you all 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳. This month is incredible. I feel so chuffed for everyone. Will read over the messages and congratulate individually later as mega nauseous reading in car but just to say wooohoooo. Xxxx

Wow, congratulations ladies with bfp's!
Fingers crossed for all still in FW or TWW.
I'm approx. 9dpo at the moment, trying not to get my hopes up or symptom spot but it's so hard. My BBT hasn't dropped yet, in fact this morning it went even higher. My LP is usually 10-11 days so I might pluck up the courage to do a test tomorrow morning 🙈

Yep. Basically the dr said to treat your cycle like you ov 14 days before AF. So you want to DTD 7 days before that, then, 3 days before, a day before and a day after. So no peeing on sticks. It's in effort to make it more relaxed.

If you ovulate on day 14, DTD on days 7, 11, 13 and 15.

If you ovulate on day 13, DTD on days 6, 10, 12 and 14.

@Purple29 I have everything crossed for you, you seriously deserve it! We also ‘mostly’ stuck to the ‘purple’ method this month. The only thing I changed was DTD on Ov day, I felt Ov 3hrs after we DTD!

@Decaffe I wanted to make sure it wasn’t an indent and CB also do a 6 day early test. You get two sticks and the digi. I did the stick and there was a faint line so thought what the hell, just do the digi! With the faint lines on the stick I would be so anxious now and testing lots but because I’ve seen it in writing I feel less anxious! I do have some FRER’s left so I will do another tomorrow and then a couple days after and then get a CB weeks test next week. Even though really, I should just accept the fact that test says pregnant!
