8 DOP - the waiting!

Hey. I'm not sure of the point of this thread really but I suppose I just need to talk. I'm bang in the middle of the two week wait and I'm driving myself crazy! I don't know if I'm seeing symptoms that are all in my head, honestly this waiting is making me obsessed. Tell me I'm not alone! I can't really talk to anyone as no one knows we're trying, and my partner is the most laid back and patient person I know (total opposite of me!)
How are you guys in limbo doing?

Of course!! Oh god same. I'm usually way more laid back but I've been like a woman possessed! I opened up to my partner today a little more though he had no idea I've been testing yet but honestly I've done one a day 😩 xx

Can I join! I am 5dpo and feels like an eternity until I can test. It’s only my first cycle. I was determined to be very chill about ttc but I’m definitely not! This would be DH 4th so he’s very chill!

Gets to the point where you just want an answer either way! 😂

Apart from feeling exhausted and some very Mild ‘cramping’ ( I use the word cramping very lightly, just can’t think of another suitable word!) I’ve had none of my usual AF symptoms.
Usually my boobs are sore, I don’t have any cramping leading up to AF, just have a few hours once began and that’s it.

Everything just feels odd! But yet still BFN. Not letting my hopes go just yet, but trying not to convince myself either! Xx

Currently 12 DPO (ish), AF 3 days late but BFN this morning. Getting very fustrated!
Aww bless you, that must be so frustrating! How are you feeling? You're still not out just yet there's still hope! Xx

I'm doing okay thank you! Got myself a little upset earlier but hoping it's just hormones screaming haha. I've found little white spots around my nipples today which is a good indicator so I'm staying really hopeful! My boobs are in so much pain today too, they feel like they weigh a tonne!
How are you getting on? Migraine and backache could all be symptoms! 🤞🤞

@ERachD yes definitely it seems to happen more than we realise. How are you today? I had a terrible migraine last night and Iv got awful back ache again today.

I'm so sorry to hear that it must have been such an emotional time. I suppose that's the worst part of this early stage, you just don't know what will happen but it's so hard not to get excited about it all!

I honestly think loss in these very early stages needs to be spoken about more because until reading through threads on here I had no idea how often it can happen xx

My daughter is 2.5.
I tested and got positive at 11/12DPO last time but I feel like it was all so scary and then to lose it 2 weeks later, I feel like I just don't want to get my hopes up.

This is our second TTC too! Our son is now 5 so felt this was the right time!

God same!! It's literally all I can think about. I've noticed little white spots around my nipples today and they're a lot darker and honestly it's sending my hopes through the roof! It's killing me not knowing for at least another week!

It's hard isn't it not being able to talk to anyone! If you need a brain dump by all means dump here! Xx

I'm 7/8DPO abs I'm exactly the same. I had a MC last month and haven't had a period since. Not a clue what's going on with my
Body but I know I ovulated because Iv done OPKs and had the symptoms. Got terrible back ache today symptom spotting is in full force!

I’m 6dpo and going stir crazy, this is mine and DH 2nd time at TTC, our daughter is 11 so a huge age gap! I also have a 16 year old from a previous relationship. No one knows we are TTC and DH tells me to relax about it so is a bit like yours and very laid back. I am feeling very impatient and driving myself crazy symptom spotting, I’m even dreaming about being pregnant!
