TTC DECEMBER 2021 🎅🏼

@alexalexalex18 I am using FLo I have done for 3 years. Before I started using it and Opk's we never conceived but once I started tracking we fell the 2nd cycle after using both!

I’m using Natural Cycles.
It’s very nice, though I haven’t tracked temperature that well

Imagine us going through all this and one the kid starts acting out 😂

@alexalexalex18 I don't temp (tbh I'm lazy in relation to what I do, I just use opk's to identify fertile period and that's it).

With all 3 pregnancies I became stuffy nosed and sneezed alot. Particularly in week 4. Its a tell tale sign for me as the nose blood vessles swell due to increased blood flow in the body. I don't have anything like this at the moment either!

I've had cramping today and very bloated. The flo app says AF is due tomorrow which is a load of rubbish as my cycle is 27-31 and tomorrow is CD 25. I have no clue why it is predicting early. Last month it predicted 6 days later and I got AF on CD 28 not 31 like it predicted.
So I'm not using anything anymore, just plain old wait it out for AF 😂

Last night I started feeling flue ish, clogged nose, lots if sneezing, and I’m in a very bad mood, not hiding it from anyone around me 😂

No backpain still. no more cramps, no big boobs.
But I have been eating tons of chocolate abd carbs all week.

Do you or does any of you ladies monitor your temperature?
I read sometimes there’s a drop after implantation, mine is still high - 37,04

@Purple29 I presume you get extra checks and care throughput this pregnancy?

@Cmacq32 yeah he was just 2lbs 8. So really tiny. Not sure if it's a family thing my sis had a spontaneous delivery the year before at 30 weeks too. Some scary moments but hes doing great now.

@Purple29 gosh 30 weeks must have been scary! Teeny tiny I imagine. Congratulations again. I'm still BF so it's nice to know others are too

@Anotherboy thanks so much. Your bleed sounds exactly like mine and I'm also still breastfeeding so wonder if it's that? I know it can contract the uterus. I have been feeling so tired and a bit sick the last couple of days. So fingers crossed its still sticking!!! If it does I'll be anxious the whole time. My first one delivered at 30 weeks, so he was 6 weeks in hospital. No reason for it just went into early labour!!

Congrats @Abijane02 it sounds like you are pregnant. Such an anxious time but wonderful. Honestly try and enjoy it!!

@Abijane02 congratulations Abby! I would definitely say if you have a line on all of them then yes. It's likely your HCG level is increasing and it does this every 2 days so you should see the line gradually get darker. With a chemical pregnancy you would most definitely have a bleed, and then yes the levels would come down and the test would be negative eventually.

First post - hope you’re all well!

I came off my pill in June 2021 and ever since then me and my partner have been TTC. I think ovulation only occurred about 11 days ago though as I’ve been tracking.

On Friday morning (2 days ago, day before period due), I did two cheap strip tests and the faintest line ever came up, I thought I was going mad at first but there was definitely something there.

Saturday morning (yesterday - period due) I did two more tests, still cheap but a different type and not a normal strip. Again two VERY faint lines came up, but this time visible enough for my partner to see.

Today I’ve done another test, no period, still a very very faint line.

What does this mean, could I be pregnant? In a few days could this disappear? I keep reading the worst about chemical pregnancies etc!

@Purple29 it all seems to be good, still have very little brown spotting, but what I assume was the implantation bleed ranged from red to pink and brown, with small clots and wasn't what I would call light, but definitely lighter than my usually heavy periods, and lasted 5 days. It's freaked me out a bit, because I had nothing with my previous two pregnancies. However, progression seems to be good on the internet cheapies over the last week, and I feel really sick, again something I never had before! I'm still breastfeeding so who knows if that had made a difference. I got my bfp 2 days after the bleeding started. I also had my covid booster yesterday, and although on balance I feel it's the sensible thing to do, it hasn't helped my anxiety any!! Good luck to you

@alexalexalex18 I've always been fairly symptomatic with the last 3 pregnancies, that's 'normal' for me, so compared to previous pregnancies I'd be surprised to get a BFP at this stage. But as they say 'your not out till AF comes' 😅 how are you feeling today?

@alexalexalex18 all I had was some cramping about 2 or 3 days before AF was due. Was the same this time before my BFP. The lack of symptoms had me convinced that AF was coming so when I got a second line I was shocked!!!

My symptoms never started until about week 6. Then I felt a bit nauseous and tired. Really hope you get your bfp soon.

I dont know yet if I've had a chemical this time or if I'm still pregnant but I'm so fatigued. I'm going to wait another few days and test again!!

Please tell me you didn’t have any pregnancy symptoms before your BfP with your first baby cause I’m day 8 or 9 post ovulation and I don’t have any, only 2 h if lower to right side pelvic area cramps yesterday…

I've just had a look on FF to see what that schedule would mean for us on my next predicted cycle. It's saying my ovulation will be the 30th in which case:

@Decaffe his exact phrasing was, your 28 days regular. So have sex on day 7, to empty DH and then nothing till day 11. Especially for DH as want it to build for a few days. Then day 11, which would put some swimmers there in case I ov'd early. Day 13 to catch the day before and day 15 in case I was late. Sorry its a bit crude, he was old school.

Honestly I couldn't belive it worked after 2 months. Tried it this time, cycle has changed to 27 days, so we went for days 6, 10, 12 and 14 and got a bfp after 2 attempts again.

I told my friend who was struggling what he said. She was a 32 day cycle so she went for days 11, 15, 17 and 19 and she was pregnant first time. I'm not saying it's guaranteed to work but def something in it!!!

Hi I had my peak days 29th nov- only done the deed on the 28th. I'm now irregular but used to be on a regular 27 day cycle. I used the clear blue fertility monitor to track peak days but felt so pressured wasnt able to dtd on peak days. I'm guessing I am due tomorrow. I have done CB preg test that comes with monitor yest and today both negative. I knw the tests are almost always right but I just wanted to hold onto some hope. What is likelihood test can suddenly turn positive? Has it happened to anyone before?

That's interesting, do you think that is based on ovulation on day 14 @Purple29?

It’s the second month we’re trying when I’m sure I ovulated - meaning the second line on the test strip was as dark as the other one

Hi all, just found this thread. I am currently ttc #2, have been trying for 3 months now. DS will be 2 in March and I'm still breastfeeding at night just. Seem to be regular.
I got a BFP on Sunday, unexpected as was 2 years ttc DS. I have had some brown spotting since Tuesday, hoping its implantation and not a chemical. Trying really hard not to test yet. Any advice? @Anotherboy how are you getting on? All sounds similar to what I'm getting.

Also just going to say what the fertility doc told me for our first one. My cycle was a regular 28 days, he said to DTD on days 7, then nothing till days 11, 13 and 15. I got BFP 2 months later after 2 years of nothing. He said to adjust the days depending on cycle length. He then said to stop stressing myself out with opk's. Dont know if that's helpful or not?!

All fine here, absolutely nada symptoms so I'm pretty sure this month isn't our month. Sorry to hear about your anxiety. How long sis you say you'd been TTC?

Hi all..i am approx 13dpo..it's the earliest i tested and used the cheaper test..i think it's best to wait until nearer AF due for the more expensive ones..i tested early eve so may wait a couple of days before i test again!

All day today (11th) I’ve had horrible nausea, I’ve had back and lower cramps like period pain all day. The period pains were really bad all day on the 9th.
My best friend plus my sister have both confirmed pregnancy’s and are both announcing Christmas Day so I’m really keeping my fingers crossed this month as I want to join them :(
My period in November started 20-24 really light pink (what I hoped was spotting) turned really heavy dark red 24-27th
Is my next period due the 20 or 24?
Hoping to use an early test on Wednesday (15th) as husband has took a day off work.

Hope someone can offer some advice

positive! ♥️ maybe it’s too early or pee too diluted but it looks pink to me!!
