TTC DECEMBER 2021 🎅🏼

Morning Ladies!
Jumping over from the November thread!
On CD15 and got positive OPK yesterday.
Been following the SMEP this month so DTD lots!
Also had reflexology on Saturday for the first time ever and it caused me to ovulate a few days earlier than usual, which is good as I usually only have an 11 day LP. She also said my Fallopian tubes were blocked so she worked them through! 🤞🏻it helps.

Haven't had chance to read through everyone's comments yet but sending lots of baby dust to everyone.

@Keepingmyfingerscrossed hey sweetie! thanks for checking in - I'm doing ok. tried taking my mind off the whole ttc this weekend and dtd plenty of times which was nice as no pressure just having fun with it. im 14dpo today with af due anytime this week!
i do have slight knee pains and stomach twinges so reckon i might be out this month. i had a cheeky test on Thursday (10dpo) and Saturday (12dpo) and both were BFN! can't help but feel disappointed again, will my BFP ever arrive and if so, WHEN!!?

anyway, i caught up and read your posts - how are you doing? has af shown her face? do you plan on testing? i wouldn't look into the LH tests, stick to getting a solid answer from an HCG test. until af turns up, you're not out. hoping the spotting is implantation for you 🤞🏽

@MummyBear405 hi! 😊 no I haven’t. I have wasted so much on these tests past few months 😞 and also had hcg blood tests. All negatives. I feel like I just don’t have any strength left to see anymore negatives lol. So this time, I have no strips left! I just checked again and no bleeding yet. Just a tiny drop of brown discharge on my pad (sorry for tmi). I feel like it will arrive any minute now. May be when I wake up next morning..! How about you? Are you testing?

@Keepingmyfingerscrossed that sounds positive with the sore boobs and often pregnancy symptoms are similar to AF symptoms. Have you tested?

@newjourney21 okay. I never getting pregnant will be so difficult. Lol. I just feel like my body is just doing weird things ever since we have started this ttc journey! Let me know how get on 😊 am doing okay. I have a feeling am out this month as I had a bit of brown discharge this afternoon only when I wipe (sorry tmi). After that I am quite bloated, my uterus feels heavy and full, mild cramping in lower abdomen, so it all feel like just when I am about to get my periods. I had a pad on just in case I start bleeding but no bleeding yet. Will check again in some time. I was quite hopeful though. My boobs and nipples were so sore that I didn’t like my hubby to touch them 🙈 and I never get them before my af! And yes, a few other things but .. my af is due tomorrow. Will let you know 😊

@Keepingmyfingerscrossed hi! I am 9dpo today, symptoms seems to have slowed down over the weekend so trying not to overthink it too much haha and will probably test on Thursday. AF due on Friday! How are you doing?

I ovulate on CD 20 last month and AF arrived 8 days later so definitely all over the place.

Good thanks. Still bleeding a little and cramps, but line is slowly getting stronger on ic! Only time will tell.

How are you getting on?

I'm 14 dpo today, cd 28 (usually 21 day cycle). Had a few faint positives on ic yesterday and this today. I was negative on Friday, when I started what I thought was my period. Been bleeding the past three days, heavy but not as heavy as my usual period, and very stop start. Fingers crossed this one sticks and is not a chemical, and that the bleeding is nothing to worry about! I had a chemical a couple of months ago, not expected at 39 I suppose.

14/11 so close indeed!
You're right I noticed since august that I ovulate on cd15 rather the 13 I used to be. But am not going at tracking or checking symptoms so I just go with the flow
Am surprised to find another faint line at 12:30
We'll have to wait and see

@Justkeepswimming20 I'm terrible for symptom spotting so I don't think you're alone there. I'm convinced I had ovulation pain on Friday but I've never had it before and I'm wondering if it's just because I knew I was ovulating soon so my brain is making stuff up?

Wow you have way more restraint than me! AF is due on 17th for me but I'll probably test next Monday as well.

@MummyBear405 i am 6/7 dpo..very hard not to symptom spot!..i can't remember with my first as had a MC just before so things were different then..i'm 35 now so worried it will be more difficult this time..think i will test next mon as AF due on 14th

@peanutbaba our DD turns 2 next month so they must be quite close in age! I'm glad we decided to use OPKs as I think we would have missed it otherwise. Let me know how you get on 

@Cmacq32 aww amazing! Happy 1st birthday to her  I think they know that you want another one and decide to try & stop it from happening ha!

@Justkeepswimming20 toddlers are full on aren't they? You're quite far into your TWW then, when are you planning to test?

@Whoknew22 I can totally relate, our first pregnancy came out of the blue! I'm so shocked how small a window there is to actually get pregnant! Sending you lots of baby dust this month!

Currently 10dpo ttc#2. DD turned 1 twks ago. She's still breastfeeding so didn't symptom check.
Tested at 6am today and got this

Not making much out of it tho.

I will just list down the symptoms I am having (totally new for me):

Mild headache,
Not exactly heartburn but yes pain in breastbone when you have reflux
Knee pain
Sore boobs
Tired
Just feeling sick but not sick

Okay guys, just felt like I have to msg! I have sore boobs and sensitive nipples (on and off), small lumps sort of a thing around my nipples, very low on energy today, got up with a terrible reflux this morning.. couldn’t sleep for an hour or so. Was quite uncomfortable. Have been feeling gassy and constipated since yesterday so had laxative last night. Doesn’t feel like it’s working (it always does), on top of all this, I feel like I am having thrush or some sort of infection down there last 214 days now. It is itchy or swollen or uncomfortable, but sometimes you just feel when something different is going down there right? A couple of times, I also felt very weird near my cervix like a swab was taken of something. Again, not painful or uncomfortable but you would just feel like something just touched it lightly.

I am two days away from my af. I don’t have a testing kit at home but I had some leftover ovulation strips. It was my very first time that I bought something like that and It never showed me peak!! It was a pack of 7. So I am thinking either it isn’t a good one or basically I just missed my fertile window?? Anyway, so I decided to test with one of the ovulation strips and it showed me very very faint line. I tested because a lot of women say if you are pregnant an opk can show a very dark line.. but it’s so faint! I feel so gutted thinking this isn’t my month 😞
