Entering into 8th cycle..

Entering into 8th cycle…ttc number 2.

Feeling defeated and deflated even though I know odds are still on our side really..
I already have a DD who is 3 years 9 months so very much feel time is of the essence. Just desperate for it to happen now.

Feel like either people seem to fall super fast or seem like 12 months plus and don’t find many “in the middle” types.

Ive fallen pregnant 1st cycle before. And then DD took 7 cycles. So hence why this failed 7th cycle seems like a miserable milestone!

Anyone welcome to keep me company. Sucks 😫

@Indianna2006 fantastic news - must feel more real now you've moved passed that 12 week mark and you have a bump! I'm 24 weeks and she's moving around much more - it's magic 🥰 x

I had my dating scan last Monday. All was well 🥰🥰 I moved ahead in dates like I always do.
I will be 15 weeks on Saturday and I officially have a baby bump so was beginning to get impossible to hide from people!

@OK92 oh bless you! Not long to go. How many weeks until due date?

Not quite had my dating scan yet. It’s on Monday. I am 12 weeks today. And deff got a sizeable bump already so 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Baby is no longer breech so hopefully they don't turn again! Feel huge and so uncomfortable now 😮‍💨

We going good bub sleeps well in the day but up at night so still a zombie most days but is lovely seeing her sister be so sweet and caring of her 🥰

@FlyOnTheWall89 hope your doing well , nearly half way for you movement won't be too far off now 😀

@OK92 not long now time will start flying by , rest up while you can exciting times a head!

@OK92 I think you are more relaxed about the second. As well as the fact you have a lot of it just in storage. You need nowhere near as much. God the amount you have to buy first time is just crazy 😂😂
naughty little breach baby. Sometimes they do just turn late.

@FlyOnTheWall89 aww the kicks will soon come. I was quite early with mine at 17 weeks but I am very slim and petite so think that could of been part of it. I have had friends not feel anything until 22 weeks ish. Which is all normal. Can depend where your placenta is sat too. You soon know once they get moving. An then they have a party in there when you try go to bed 😂😂

yes I guess I am about 9 weeks behind you. Just hoping it’s still all okay at the dating scan. I’m way more sick this time. So trying to wish this bit away until I feel better as it’s a slog isn’t it. Waiting and feeling crap. Whilst hoping it isn’t for nothing again.

@OK92 arh okay. I guess that does make it a bit harder.

Ye I am showing - I was showing pretty early and felt super bloated until about 12 weeks and then it all changed a bit and I feel less swollen and more like I have a proper bump. My last scan was 12+6 and my next is 20 weeks - 2 to go but feels like a lifetime.

At 36 weeks you'll nearly be there! So exciting. If you are breach do they try to turn the baby or anything? Xx

@FlyOnTheWall89 I know I need to sort it out! In fairness we have lots of the big bits from my first and then we aren't finding out the sex so it's made it a bit harder to buy much. I have a handful of neutral newborn clothes from my first.

Are you showing or not yet? Your next scan is soon though which is good! I've not got anything now until 36 weeks which feels like ages away and I think baby is breech 🙈

@OK92 how have you waited 😂, I'm so eager to buy stuff but I'm waiting out for the 20 week scan. Genuinely feel so unpregnant and it's horrible. Lots of people have said around 20 weeks with no.1 so i'm just hopeful that I'm one of those people x

@FlyOnTheWall89 aw I'm sure it'll be soon! I think I started feeling movements around 20 weeks with my first.

I'm good too. Just gone 30 weeks now so feeling pretty heavy and uncomfortable but not quite ready or prepared for a newborn yet! Haven't really sorted anything out or bought any bits and bobs so I need to get organised over the next few weeks.

I'm well, feel really great now unless I get really tired or overdo it and then I feel pretty crappy again. I'm 18 weeks now. Waiting to feel her move now which I hope will be soon! X

I am now 9 weeks. An have had my booking in appointment with midwife so just waiting my letter on my 12 week dating scan.
I had an early scan last week and all was well. Saw baby with heart best and I was measuring two days ahead then at 8+2. So just praying now until I get to my dating scan 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@OK92 yes I have symptoms. Nausea and tiredness etc. although I’ve had this in all of my first trimesters I’ve done so I don’t look too much into it. You can get symptoms with non viable pregnancies..or I apparently do 🙈… hence why each time it’s felt such a shock that it wasn’t actually okay. It such a stupid thing.

just plodding along trying to pass the time tbh 🙂

nearly 7 weeks so 🤞🏼

DD is like my little side kick best friend. And will seem super weird to be adding another into the mix after 5 years by then of just me & her. But she will love it also an be mother hen. So 🤞🏼 this time

@FlyOnTheWall89 all is okay so far 🤞🏼5 + 3 today.

going to have another early scan around 8 weeks. Although the thought of going to any scan absolutely terrifies me. I got DD of course but can’t seem to get my brain to fathom it could all actually be fine. An it’s more normal to get good news than bad news…it’s having a hard time figuring that out. I just think it will be the same again.

just taking each day as it comes atm 🤞🏼 Feels like an age doesn’t it.

did you find out your sex?! xx
