Just a thread for any ladies ttc after a miscarriage! Nice to get some support from people going through the same thing. So I had a MMC at ten weeks nearly three weeks ago now. I'm still getting faint positive on tests. My ovulation tests are still all over the place possibly due to the HCG still being in my system. So not totally accurate right now. So I'm currently stuck in limbo land either waiting for ovulation or my period 🤔 any ladies want to join the journey?!?!

@JuniperAndTonic yes I'm exactly the same it's so hard wanting something so much but being terrified at the same time. I think when I do get pregnant again it will be a whole different story I will be a nervous wreck!! X

@Skl2021 thank you, good luck to you too! As much as I want it, I’m also slightly terrified to get pregnant again - so scared of the same thing happening again but just going to take it one step at a time!

Skl2021 · 02/12/2021 14:41

@JuniperAndTonic hi and welcome! Yes I think that's normal for it to be a bit heavier! IV just had my first period after miscarriage im on cd 8 now so just waiting for ovulation again. Good luck this cycle. ✨ Xx

Hi all, can I join? Had a miscarriage a month ago between 6/7 weeks. Just started my period yesterday so I’m CD2 now. Period seems a bit heavier than usual but I’ve read that can be normal? It’s been an emotional rollercoaster but right now I feel happy to be starting again and moving on.

Took 6 months to conceive the pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, it was my first pregnancy. Hoping it doesn’t take another 6 months!

@Hhdxx I'm sorry it's not good news 😩 life is so cruel at times. Keep strong ❤️ x

Hi everyone. I posted on here a few weeks back.
I went for my scan today and it doesn't look good. The baby is measuring two weeks behind and they couldn't find a heart beat. I've got to go back next Thursday. Absolutely gutted.

@1stTimeTina @claremc1983 as long as you know you are ovulating I would try from now. My mw advised me to wait a month just for dating really but I wish I hadn't now to be honest as 3 cycles in and still waiting for my bfp. Good luck xx

claremc1983 · 01/12/2021 08:12

@1stTimeTina I'm in the same boat! I want to start TTC again but mines also very faint line and I have a tiny bit of spotting as well...x

1stTimeTina · 30/11/2021 22:39

Hi, looking for some advice please, I had an MVA for my miscarriage three weeks ago, took a preg test today and it’s almost negative but still a very faint line. Can I start ttc again or should I wait til it’s completely blank?

So I decided to give my CB OPK a try now that it's been about 3 weeks since the MC....don't know what made me do it but I've got my static smiley today!

I'm quite surprised, as if I count the start of proper MC bleeding as CD1, I am currently CD24, which is about a week later than I normally ovulate I think. Just goes to show how much it throws your cycle out.

Glad I seem to have caught it though so I guess I will be able to give it a go this month after all :)

WhatTheEll · 30/11/2021 10:37

@Skl2021 Thanks, BFN today but I'm starting to feel lots of twinges 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Skl2021 · 29/11/2021 22:55

Maybe testing tomorrow but only have easy@home tests. I know they're not as sensitive as FRER and I'm only 8/9DPO tomorrow but we'll see 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Skl2021 · 29/11/2021 20:03

@Bridgey8 glad your finally getting negative tests! I didn't get negative tests before period so can't help u there hopefully someone else will answer 🤞

How is everyone! Anyone near testing yet? I'm coming to end of period now so hopefully start ttc again now ✨🤞 xx

Wow reading all your stories!! 👏🏻👏🏻 and wanted to join ♥️
I've had two mc this year - April and July. I'm currently 5/6DPO. So fingers crossed for this cycle! I've had some groin pain and cramping today. Sensitive nipples too. But I really don't want to get my hopes up. I can't tell my husband because if I keep it to myself it's just me that gets upset 😕 xx

Rachae · 27/11/2021 19:13

@Skl2021 thanks 😍 xx

@Rachae

Hey everyone, just updating as this is absolutely crazy. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 They read my HCG levels wrong over the phone and missed off a 0... So it turns out I'm not due to MC. Had a scan yesterday early before the wedding and all measuring well.

Don't trust people over the phone and never trust Clearblue weeks indicator tests! Xx

Omg congratulations!!!!! What amazing timing too before the wedding. I hope everything goes well and you have an amazing time ☺️
