@Ganesh2022 @Skl2021 Right...I've been pestering my fertility consultant friend today. She specifically told me to step away from the OPK's and just DTD regularly through out the cycle. She said best chance of conceiving is sex 2-3 days before ovulation. Refered me to this as well x

@calimc83 yeah the herbalist lady told me to take three months to balance my hormones because there's obviously something just not right. It could have been unhealthy egg or sperm so took 3 months to get everything healthy as you possibly can. Sometimes it could just be "bad luck" but I wasn't going to risk it and just did what I could.

I'm not sure if acupuncture helped, I'm very skeptical about everything but I felt so relaxed after it so I kept going back. I've got another appt on Tuesday.

@Hopingforarainbow27 how do u think the acupuncture helped? I've often considered it but not really looked into it too much x

@Ganesh2022 I know, normally it would be the other way around and I’d be giving myself a headache trying to desperately find a line! To be fair, this isn’t a line that would make me excited that I was definitely pregnant. But I don’t think it’s 100% negative.

@PamelaDoov ugh, the kind of line that in other circumstances is so encouraging/tantalising. Really wish there was just a way to wipe the slate clean.

I think acupuncture helped me conceive, too, and while I can't prove bleeding wouldn't have started anyway, he helped me "get it started" and it did right after the session...

Just did another PT and it’s even fainter than yesterday, can just about see a shadow of a line when held right up against the bathroom light. Hurry up and go negative!

5th cycle. I took 3 months off to look after myself and get my cycles healthier. @PamelaDoov

@calimc83 I started Chinese herbs to make my cycles healthier and started acupuncture too

Has anyone got any advice on this at all please? So I just had a chemical at 4+4 days spotted Wednesday bled Thursday - Saturday and spotted a little Sunday only when wiping, I've just been to the toilet and I had white cm with streaks of blood in? I've had negative pregnancy tests and negative ovulation tests I'm so confused?

@calimc83 Ah thanks for telling me that, that is good to know. I've also heard there is no cliff, but my anxiety whispers "but what if for me there is". Ouch the shower.....does she know what you've gone through or no? It has all certainly made me think about the baby shower I had (8 years ago lol, and not my idea!) and how completely unaware I was that people might've been sitting there with all kinds of feelings about it, and it makes me feel really sad.

@Ganesh2022 I was doing ok....feeling a bit better but then received an invite fo my SIL baby shower! 😫😫..had another cry...again! It's good that we conceived relatively quickly considering our age.
If it helps, I have a friend who is a consultant in fertility ( I have hounded her btw 😆) she told me to chill, stop over analysing and said with my history there shouldn't be any issues and fertility doesn't drop off a cliff as some might like to have us believe...she said give it time to let hormones etc settle x

@Skl2021 It is hard! I think I will need to track now, just to make sure I'm ovulating...but it was feeling tedious, clinical, and extremely unsexy over here.

Has anyone used that sensor thing that you put on you (in you?!) and it helps track? Ovusomething?

@calimc83 I had the same, how can I be so lucky (was very fast with first two but in hindsight the 5 months it took this time was also very lucky). I can only hope we will be lucky again; the EPU reiterated (helpful and not helpful at the same time? bit clinical) how common loss is and that I've just been very lucky so far versus that it'll all go this way now b/c of age/anything else. I did ask, is this b/c I've written 1983 on my form (I was in a real state) and it didn't help that the doctor looked about 18. Pity party continuing here today wooo!

Hi girls I just got a positive test. I'm shaking like a leaf. It doesn't mean baby to me but I'm grateful I got a positive.

@Ganesh2022 here's to the pity party's! 🥂 hoping today is a better day..so with my 2 I have now it took around 3 months with each. With the one I lost I got pregnant within the first month of trying. Felt like it was too good to be true..and yep it was 😫 x

@Skl2021 I totally want to not track too. I hate it, my husband hates it...but I can't seem to stop.
