TTC TWW November 2021

AF due today, definitely feels like it’s coming. Wiped just on the toilet and nothing, but luckily I looked down the toilet before I flushed and it was more of a red tinge than yellow wee (sorry TMI).. weird not wiping anything for me though 🤣
I work in a private hospital and I went to speak to one of the gynaecologists and he’s really put my mind at rest so I’m gonna try not stress this cycle xxx

Tested positive this time in my cycle 2 years ago with my boy. Very disheartened today! X

I’m 10dpo today and feel quick sick which I think is probably more to do with taking conception vitamins for the past two months than anything else. With my son I had no symptoms at all (except feeling really hot at night) until week five or six. I’ll take a test on Sunday anyway though. AF is due on Tuesday or Wednesday (my little boy’s first birthday :) )

@Peonies94 did you by any chance test this morning? When is AF due?

@mightbeyesmightbeno my AF is due on Sunday/Monday but after the BFN yesterday I've given up hope. I don't feel anything different and I'm now full of cold! So trying to recover from that at the moment.

I'm taking a break next cycle, but wishing everyone good luck!

@kizzy97 @beckybabyx sorry to hear that guys. My AF is due tomorrow, I've def got my usual PMT cramps & headache so I'm not going to bother testing anymore and just going to wait for tomorrow to happen. Roll on next cycle already.

Well I'm out AF has shown up overnight oh well onto the next cycle I suppose good luck to everyone else! xxx

@kizzy97 yeah I did, BFN unfortunately think AF will probably show overnight, hopefully anyway I just wanna crack on with the next cycle now x

So I’ve brought some FRER from boots tonight and I’ve held a wee since 6.30, shall I do one tonight or just wait till morning? Xx

So I took another test.. a frer and the one step which I originally tested positive on, both bfn! So confused! I just don’t understand how I had two vvfp in same wee! Nevermind, onto next month!

So frustrating! @beckybabyx I have to call my docs to get the results, they never call me to discuss. So annoying

@TTCThyroid2021 My TSH was quite high the last time I had a test (which was a while ago) but I read up about TSH being below 2.5 when TTC so I told my doctor and had a blood test last Monday but the results are STILL not back!! x

Ah @beckybabyx I don’t know anyone else in the same situation either! So my TSH 5 weeks ago was 3.9, it was 8.9 when I had it tested 3 months ago so the Levo is definitely working and my spotting has stopped so that’s a positive. All my other labs like t4 etc are within normal range. My doctors know we’re TTC and I’d been told years ago my thyroid was on the cusp so I thought I’d get it rechecked and glad I did! They wrote to an endocrinologist for advice who have said they want my TSh under 2.5 and the doctor won’t do any extra tests until it’s come down to this. I’ve got my next blood test a week today so fingers crossed. I’ve tried cutting out gluten to see if that helps but haven’t been that strict with it! (Im already dairy free as have lacrose intolerance!)
What are your levels at the mo? X

It sounds like we're all literally due the same couple of days, hoping these BFN's turn into BFP's for us all!

@TTCThyroid2021 I'm so glad you've messaged on here, I also have a underactive thyroid and I've been wanting to speak to someone else in the same boat! What are your levels at the moment? Have you told your doctor you are TTC? xx

Hi @Jhodd , sorry to hear about your ectopic:( keeping everything crossed for your BFP this week, what tests have you been using?
I’m almost a year into TTC, found out I have an under active thyroid 3 months ago so hoping it wint be much longer to wait. Good news is I usually have spotting by now so at least my medication seems to be helping lengthen my luteal phase.. also had acupuncture this month .

@Jhodd welcome to the thread. A few of us here are on similar cycle days to you and are due AF tomorrow/this weekend. I got a BFN this morning on 12 dpo as well, so I hear you. I'm always anxious in my final week of the cycle as it has always ended in disappointment in my TTC journey.

Tested everyday since 7dpo.
I literally have every symptom of early pregnancy - I swear it’s my brain playing tricks.
I had an eptopic end of august, I’m anxious and just want a bfp 😥

@kizzy97 yea, seeing a BFN really puts you down, I've been feeling so deflated today. That's a very cute idea to surprise partner with your DC. Hope this is your month,!

@Tinkerbell098 - It is normal for me to spot leading to af not as early as it's started this month though. Idk think my bfn this morning has just thrown me off and I'm feeling a little less optimistic and @mightbeyesmightbeno I'm hoping to surprise my partner too and get DS involved

Yes I haven't told my DH either that I've been testing, because I want to be sure and also want to surprise him in a cute way with our DD involved. So he has absolutely no knowledge of anything - you guys are my sounding board saviours ❤️
