Hey ladies, I'm spending sooo much money each month on pregnancy tests... i think I'm addicted to peeing on sticks 😅 how early have you ladies actually got a positive test? My af is due in 6 days and i been testing all week - knowing its way to early but getting so disheartened seeing just the one line :( when should i start testing really?

@Hayleyemma oh wow right! Yeah I would do another test Monday maybe? When is your period due? I didn't realise you were too early to test (6 days before period with FR) xx

Hayleyemma · 18/03/2022 13:09

@WhatTheEll I can’t tell with this if I’m seeing things, I am still over a week before my period is due though

@WhatTheEll I will do thank you!x

WhatTheEll · 18/03/2022 12:35

@Hayleyemma good luck!! Show us the pic x

Hayleyemma · 18/03/2022 12:26

@WhatTheEll I tested yesterday with a. Strip and could see one, I’m going to pick one up now and see🤞🏼X

WhatTheEll · 18/03/2022 12:11

@Hayleyemma You can get them on Amazon and Superdrug too. Yes they are good and picking up lines. They're very sensitive. Did you test again today with a test strip?

Hayleyemma · 18/03/2022 12:08

@WhatTheEll where can I get those from? Are they good at picking up early pregnancy?

WhatTheEll · 18/03/2022 12:03

@Hayleyemma I can see something on that test for sure!! They tests aren't very sensitive. Could you get your hands on any First Response early result? X

WhatTheEll · 18/03/2022 12:01

@StillJustWaiting Ah sorry I missed this!! Are you sure it's AF? Because I can see something on that last pic you posted ♥️♥️ I'm glad your cycles are looking more regular, that's so positive! X

Hayleyemma · 16/03/2022 13:28

@StillJustWaiting I picked up some strip ones and I’ll be honest they are so hard to read I don’t know if there is a faint line or it’s the end of the material if that makes any sense? Tried googling images and that doesn’t help

StillJustWaiting · 16/03/2022 13:02

Mine was a false positive, af arrived today... on the plus side 3rd normal cycle length in a row 28, 27, 27 🥳

I’ve got so many symptoms so it just adds up! I’ll pick some up but I’m going to wait until next week, thank you for your help!xx

StillJustWaiting · 15/03/2022 06:57

@Hayleyemma yes it is possible to get symptoms almost straight away, although not everyone experiences them.
Pick up some tests to be sure, first response is a good one. 🤞

@emmilyb how are you getting on now?
I think it was a false positive... again !
I retested using the same brand text after a 4hh yesterday when i got home from work and it was negative! I done another strip test this morning (all i have in the house) and that was totally negative too!
Af if due tomorrow so if she doesn't show by Thursday ill get a frer of my day off Friday :)
Ahh this has been such a long journey, i hope to get my BFP soooooon!! Xxx

Is it possible to have symptoms this early on? I’m all new to this so it’s all confusing! Thank you so much ❤️

emmilyb · 14/03/2022 19:35

@Hayleyemma hey hun, I'd say this cycle to just go with the flow and test when you think you're due on as when I had my implant out it took a few cycles to get semi-regular periods again to be able to track ovulation❤️ goodluck xx

emmilyb · 14/03/2022 19:33

@StillJustWaiting

Hey it's been a while hope you're all well!!

That would be a very bad test if it were a false positive because it's such a clear line!! Have you don't any others from other brands yet? Fingers crossed it's the strip that is the inaccurate one🤞🏼 xx

Hayleyemma · 14/03/2022 16:09

Hello! I’ll be honest I’m not 100% sure two weeks ago I had my implant removed, I was bleeding 2 days before and last for a week. I don’t know much about DPO so again I’m not sure I’m sorry!

StillJustWaiting · 14/03/2022 16:05

Hey @Hayleyemma! Welcome to the thread ! :)
Where in your cycle are you? Or how many DPO if you know? Xx

I really need some help and advice, this is my first time trying for a baby so I’m not sure what to look out for. It’s been about a week since we’ve properly started and the last 3 days I’ve been feeling really sick and I’ve not got awful heartburn as well as feeling tired. I don’t know if I’m over thinking it or I can actually get these symptoms this quickly. When is the soonest I can test?

StillJustWaiting · 14/03/2022 06:56

Ladies do you think this could be my BFP? Both used in the same sample but the strip test is totally negative!
Anyone have any experience with clear&simple tests from B&M?

So lovely to hear from you girls!
@emmilyb such a big difference between scans ♥️ I've got the NIPT test and scan booked this Saturday, finding out gender too, should get results in a week or so!
Currently 10+2.
@StillJustWaiting so glad your cycles are back on track. I'm wishing you all the luck and baby dust!
@Stallsey You should be feeling kicks soon, can't wait for that!

Stallsey · 04/02/2022 06:43

@StillJustWaiting thank you for keeping us updated, so sorry to hear you're having a tough time. Great news on the 28 day cycle!!
You will get your BFP 💕

StillJustWaiting · 03/02/2022 06:59

Congratulations ladies, thats all soo exciting for you! Im so pleased you're all doing so well with your pregnancies ❤️ still no luck for me I'm afraid :( sad to think this time last year i was pregnant but lost it, really upsets me to think I'd have my little bundle here already!
Still trying to stay positive, my last cycle was 28 days so that's a positive sign, it was my first "normal" cycle length in a whole year so maybe something is sorting ! 🤞 I'm hoping so anyway, its a big difference from the 13-53 day cycles i have been having and it was a proper normal period, as they used to be 🤞🤞
Maybe i too will get my BFP soon! ❤️

Hi guys, I'm really good thank you. 16 weeks now, feeling round and hoping I start to feel some proper kicks soon! Only a few flutters at the moment.
All becoming so real now.
So glad you are both doing so well in your pregnancies, it's so amazing to see! Thank you for keeping us up to date! 💕
