7 weeks late…is this my BFP?

@Buttons659 I had a faint positive (enough to be a convincible BFP) last November and honestly was sure I was pregnant. I'd only been TTC since July. I wasn't pregnant and decided to stop TTC for a while and enjoy Christmas. The next month I got my BFP

It's so strange how it works, the odds were against me due to previously having to have ivf. I also think it's incredibly cruel when you get a false positive. It set me back emotionally, please don't let it set you back. Even if you weren't TTC it's a lot of weight on your shoulders because it's a hard thing to go through

@Sunshinegirl82 I done FRER this morning BFN, i did think i could see a very very faint line but now I'm not so sure and believe I had a classic case of line eyes haha!

@Buttons659 testing is so cruel and frustrating isnt it?!
I get that, maybe you are but the hcg is still too low to be picked up on some tests.
If you are not preg then in all honesty I'd put it all down to the covid vaccine, its doing weird stuff to people - ill add I'm not necessarily an anti vax but having read so many posts from women since they've had it and their symptoms, it seems to be quite common at the moment. I'd get onto your GP anyway and just get checked out ! Xx

@Sunshinegirl82 I agree they are, but only after the time frame... within the time they are good!
I have a first response to try in the morning but I'm feeling pretty confident that it is an evap line, i have been googling and its happened to quite allot of people ! I also read that evap lines seem to be thinner than positives so looks like I'm out :(
This is the same test within the time frame and when i got back from the shops a couple hours later 😩

Blue die are just cruel if you're like me and lack the capability of just accepting what you see in the time given 😂 x

All blue dye tests are rubbish in my experience! Always giving weird looking lines and confusing evaps!

That said I'd be wanting to do a first response after those just to be sure, there is a lot of colour in that line.

@Holskey unfortunately it is :( this is within the time frame... totally negative, its so frustrating 😩

@Buttons659 they are so cruel :( i've had it in the past with these tests too, it just literally shows you can not read the test after the 10 minute mark!! X

Oh noo, i had exactly that with the freedom tests, they kept giving me false positives, I ended up making my friend pee in a pot... hers come back positive too, at that point we were like either we are both pregnant or these are some really awful cruel tests, tried a couple with tap water and yup, my tap was pregnant too!
Its not fair!
But i have had some nasty evap lines on clear blue tests... these are my tests from the last 3 days - all were negative in the time frame so they are evaporation lines...
Top - 8DPO
Middle - 9DPO
Bottom, today - 10DPO

Its so frustrating!

I've got a thread on here about it somewhere! The FR was a clear positive (as was digital obviously!) Even looking back at the photos of the test now you have to really study it to see anything and even then it's only a hint of a line!

I would try a first response. I used these and with DS2 got the faintest line ever (so faint I very nearly dismissed it as a negative) on day period was due. Got clear positives on both FR and a clear blue digital the same day. Took about another week for the onestep to show a clear positive.

Looks like a positive to me, can you get a clear blue digital

@Buttons659 i can still see a line! But fainter than SMU... hmmm FRER for sure, hopefully you'll get a clearer answer then! X

They look positive to me but most likely not right for 7 weeks. Either they're very dodgy tests or you've ovulate later than usual. I would try a different brand, preferably a frer. Good luck!

Yes i would think by now you should definitely be getting a strong BFP, however it depends on what the jab has done to your cycles, its changed some people cycles dramatically and others not at all 🤷‍♀️

@Buttons659 I think you should try a FRER, also please out of curiosity could you do another this evening with 4hh and post a pic? I'd be interested to see if there is a line again and if its the same or darker !

How long are your cycles usually?

I can definitely see a line and can definitely see that it is darker than yesterday!

Ill try and find the link that someone shared the other day where it shows how many people are getting positive at what stage in their cycle and what time of day, it was an interesting read, lots of people test better with SMU or late evening rather than FMU xx
