Not started a new thread before so I’ve just gone back through thread 19 and tried to tag everyone whose posted. Apologies if I’ve ended up tagging anyone though that no longer wants to follow the thread. I’m sure there’s been quite a few bfps. Here’s hoping for many more on here too🤞

Congratulation @susiebluebell and @winkles23 wishing you both a happy and healthy 9 months - although I understand the nervousness.
I'm 4 weeks and 2 days past a very very early miscarriage at 4.5 weeks and my pregnancy tests have never gone negative and aren't even getting any fainter. I had scan in EPU following loss and there was nothing so I don't know why it's taking so long for hcg to go down. Anyone here got any experience with whether you can ovulate with remaining hcg. I ask because I had all the signs of ovulation on the 31st/1st - lots of EWCM, ovulation spotting, some hormonal acne (which I get when my hormones are doing shit) and mood swings (I always get really bad mood swings around ovulation). I'm using boots strips to test for pregnancy hormone to go down and they're not changing at all as you can see in the photo. I'm hoping I did ovulate and we dtd all around the so hoping we covered it but honestly just so confused. I was pregnant for all of a week and still getting positives a month later

Congrats @susiebluebell! Fingers crossed that you have a healthy 9 months!
Yep long cycles are a bitch. Its fairly new to me as I've always been very regular so I'm confused as to why now. I think its a good shout that they are doing fertility tests on me haha.

susiebluebell · 09/11/2021 07:49

@re6ecca Definitely hear you on the long cycles, omg...

susiebluebell · 09/11/2021 07:48

Well I've just got up and done a pregnancy test, just to get it out of the way really, and it's positive. I've been very twingey in my belly this month, both around ovulation and for the last couple of days, and AF should have turned up really.

I'm not that excited Confused It's come just a month after my 2nd miscarriage and I really haven't been expecting it or hoping for much. I don't even really want to tell my DP, although I probably should...

re6ecca · 09/11/2021 00:02

Cycles deffo do go slowly haha. I find the tww used to be the worst, but I've been at this so long I've kinda become able to not obsess.
I'm currently 9 days late on my period, so officially "missed" again but deffo not pregnant, no positive test so just waiting it out for it to start. If its the same as last time it will be another ~55 day long cycle so I've got a couple weeks to go. Positives - not having as many periods. Negatives - not having regular periods is shit for conceiving

PossiblyPertunia · 08/11/2021 20:09

Got a peak OPK this evening, tend to get it for 24 hours so I think I'll ovulate Wednesday!
This cycle seems to be going very slowly...

susiebluebell · 08/11/2021 19:38

That's a line @winkles23! Congratulations!

PossiblyPertunia · 07/11/2021 20:53

@winkles23 eeek that's definitely a line and a great one for 10dpo! How many cycles past MC is this for you?

Loulou237 · 07/11/2021 12:30

@winkles23 that’s definitely a line!!! Xx

winkles23 · 07/11/2021 10:16

10dpo today. I feel like I can see a line but I really don't know anymore

Thanks @PumpkinEverything lovely of you to check in. Thought about you a few times and how you were doing 😊 congratulations on the little one that's great news - I knew it was October! Im consultant led so should be having scans at 16,20,24,28,32 and 36 so plenty to keep the anxiety at bay 😆😊

winkles23 · 06/11/2021 18:35

Hi ladies, hope you don't mind me joining! 9dpo today and driving myself crazy with line eyes again. I was certain I could see something but now I can't lol. I suppose 9dpo on an internet cheapie would be a miracle anyway!

Omg @PumpkinEverything I remember you! Huuuuuuge congratulations and welcome to the world, little one!

God, that means I really have been on here a long time...

PumpkinEverything · 05/11/2021 19:37

Congrats @bez91 ! I’ve been quietly following along all this time and checking in 😊 so so glad to hear your 12 week scan went well, and I hope that within the next few weeks you can relax and get a bit excited about it all.

Our little rainbow baby was born on the 11th October, on her due date 😊 almost 4 weeks old and currently lying on my chest! It took me a while to be able to relax and get excited, but I got there! I had a private scan at 7 weeks, scan at EPU at 9 weeks, normal 12 week scan, gender scan at 16, normal scan at 20, 4D scan at 29, and then 3 growth/position scans 😂 so it helped me having quite a few checks of baby!

USaYwHatNow · 04/11/2021 19:44

🤞 For those hoping for BFP's soon and for others hoping for things to get back to normal or to ovulate, whatever you're hoping for! Currently in the two week wait I think if my temperatures continue to climb. Managed to BD 4 days before ov and day of ovulation so mer! We'll see! Last time I conceived before I had my miscarriage we BD'd on the day of ovulation and two days prior so here's hoping.

Kelb79 · 04/11/2021 09:48

AF finally arrived today … 🥳/ 😢
I can’t even figure out how I’m feeling!
I’ve been desperate to get back to normal but I wasn’t supposed to bleed again for months…. Makes it hit hone really hard again.
Going for blood tests this morning to check my folate & b12 abs have called my fertility team to get the ball rolling again.
I thought I was done with all this, I’m gutted, but it’s good to take steps forward again… 🤷🏼‍♀️
Eurgh!!!! TTC is evil!!!!!

CLP86 · 03/11/2021 22:41

Hi, can I join too?
I'm 35 and we got our BFP after 10 months of trying. Sadly I miscarried at 7 weeks - pregnancy of unknown location & (finally) stopped bleeding (tmi!) on 25/10.

I hoping for my period so I can look towards trying again.. I'm so sorry to read of everyone's losses...

Borntobeamummy · 03/11/2021 22:33

Hi all,

Hope you don't mind me joining. Reading all your posts has really helped me not feel alone and given me some previous hope. I recently had a MMC discovered at the 12 week scan on 4th October. The baby measured 10+5, I'd seen it well and with a heartbeat at 10+4 so it was a real shock to say the least. It was my first pregnancy, Im devastated and it still feels like a struggle to get through the day. Part of me wants to be pregnant again straight away and part of me feels maybe we should wait. We have DTD a few times since and no signs in pregnant but unsure where I am in my cycle. I have done a couple of tests with a little hope but all BFN so far which I've felt disappointed about, it's like a kick in the teeth while you're already down.

Thank you all for sharing your stories x

susiebluebell · 03/11/2021 22:15

Hello to all the newbies! Sorry that you find yourselves here. There's a lot of support and friendliness on this thread xx

Tinypeanut1224 · 02/11/2021 08:41

Hi, I was wondering if I can jump in too?
I'm 31 years old and have a 16 month old son. I've had two MCs this year, one at 7weeks in April and one at 5weeks last month. Both of these pregnancies were actually unplanned but the loss last month really knocked me and made me realise that we were actually ready to start TTC #2. We started straight away and I was expecting it to take a while for my body to regulate after the chemical/MC last month but I actually got my BFP last week! I'm very aware that I'm very lucky for this to have happened but also trying not to get too excited due to my previous losses. Would be lovely to join the journey with you ☺️ Sending baby dust to everyone xxx

Treesaa · 02/11/2021 07:05

@susiebluebell

Thanks for your reply. I'm out as AF showed up this morning. Onwards and upwards.

NutsandPuffs · 02/11/2021 04:55

Oh and I'm 38 years old. Also taking vitb12 and folic acid...

NutsandPuffs · 02/11/2021 04:49

Hi everyone, I'd like to join this thread too, I have ready many of your posts and can relate to so many of your stories.

We are ttc #2, our DS just turned 3. We started ttc 18 months ago and have so far had four miscarriages all in the first trimester (the first after we had seen a heart beat)... we've also done one round of IVF but didn't even get any viable embryos (we did genetic testing for chromosomal abnormalities).

I've had all the usual fertility tests and the only known issue is low AMH and therefore crappy eggs. But I do know that some women with low AMH do have successful pregnancies.

We'll keep trying naturally (no more IVF), am currently 8dpo and not feeling at all pregnant. I'm taking coenzyme q10 and n acetyl cysteine, baby aspirin and progesterone. Have done some acupuncture. Don't drink much alcohol and hardly consume any caffeine. I know the chances of us having a second baby are slim to nil but keep hoping for miracle rainbow...

Hi to all of you and good luck on your journeys!

If anyone has any success stories of women with low AMH having babies I would love to hear them please!

CommaStop · 01/11/2021 22:33

Hello all - hoping you don't mind if I jump on. I'm read through your posts and am sorry for your losses and bad experiences with care. I'm 40 - I have two living children who are 4&6. I had a baby girl at 35 weeks last December who died at 19 days old. We had to wait till June to start TTC due to emergency section. Had a positive test nearly 4 weeks ago but started spotting and then heavy bleeding at 4.5 weeks. Had nearly two weeks of bleeding - heavy then very light then heavy again for a few days before finally tapering off. Have been regularly testing and pregnancy tests never went negative (using boots own brand cheapie sticks). Had a scan etc and nothing remaining in uterus. Now I'm really confused - haven't been anle to track ovulation as opks coming up positive all the time from hcg. Two days ago had some old/brown spotting and now my preg tests (which I've been waiting to go negative - have gone slightly darker. We have been DTD since about CD14 - when I stopped bleeding - but didn't think I could ov with hcg still detectable. So now I have slightly darker preg teats, EWCM and some cramping today. No idea if this is a new pregnancy or I'm ovulating or what the hell
Is going on Confused

Hello! I’m new here too…I’m 32 and have been TTC baby number one since May 2021. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I had spotting on Tuesday 26th and really heavy bleeding till Saturday. My HCG levels were quite low on the Wednesday and had more than halved by the Saturday so I’m hoping to get a negative test this week and for my cycles to return back to normal ASAP. I’m just going to start trying straight away.

Timing couldn’t be more perfect given that my sister in law (brothers wife) is due to give birth any day now. She’s about a week overdue!
