Hopefully will get some replies - Tis late, but how long after the unprotected deed can you test for pregnancy?

oh my god, the amount of errors in my text is appalling. Im sorry, u can tell i dont type for a living, i will proof read next time!! He did do his sample in the end but he didnt want to. Im going in for lap and dye in jan, im sure he doesnt know why or what it entailes. Every other aspect of our relationship is great. Very very wierd, anyone else experienced this???

i totally know whatypu mean, we have been(in my mind) activly ttc for 3.5 years but nothing, so when i decided to go to the GP there was no support from him at all, we had a crisis point when it came to his turn to do a sample and it would have coused a massive rift in our relationship due to his refusal to play his part. I had to illustrate quite graphicaly just what it meant to me. I dont understand there refusal to admit there may be a medical problem, he just wants to carry on trying with out any 'meddling'. Im 33 how long does he think we can blindly continue? How much do they want to buey there heads in the sand?? I have attended every hospital appointment alone so far, which is probably better than to try and drag him with me, but it doesnt help support wise. Juat for the record, i love him to death, and he says he would be the happiest man alive if we do fall pg but why no support with the ttc part?????

Sometimes men get freaked out by the idea of babies...I have to say my second child's father was a bit confusing. He said yes, we could have a child, after I had said I thought we should break up because of us wanting different things. So it was all fine, I got pregnant, and suddenly he was a fruitloop, swearing, panicking, marching me down to the FPC to arrange a termination when I hadn't eaten for 3 days due to morning sickness. It was hideous.

Sorry I am rambling but men can be really odd about it if they feel they are 'permitting' it, iyswim? Maybe the 'accidental' incident last month made him think it wouldn't be his 'fault', and as soon as it comes down to actually deciding about another baby, he gets cold feet. That seems to be a common pattern among all my friends' husbands!!

The just don't want to sign on the dotted line, but if it happens by mistake, they are Ok with it. Does that make any sense?

If it was me I would be telling him it is unfair to change his mind like this and get your hopes up.

Multiple pg can give false negatives though I am not emtirely sure why. They are still working on it!

Did one today which was BFN with first wee with a regular test, not a First Response as I couldn't get any of those.
Will try in a few more days....

i know, i know and yes i did test as curiosity got the better of me and it was indeed a bfn.
nevermind though.
will try again late next week, maybe even next weekend.

Okay, so first day of LMP was about 22 days ago.... and when do ya ovumalate? About 14 days into cycle from LMP?
Can't remember and have quals. in this field.
So much crammed into my brain atm, what with going back to cloth, dogs, fish, xmas, bils b'day, thinking/hoping might be harbouring a bun in me oven....
