@newtolineofduty OMG YES!!! I was also starting to think how much more space we'd have in the house 😂 that was last month when I was telling myself I was alright with AF coming, but then I was definitely lying to myself to make it seem better. I think ever since AF has been and gone it's just been more positivity. I'm starting to wonder if my pregnacare has been spiked 🤣

@newtolineofduty I think I also got to the point of what will be will be, and I am incredibly lucky to already have a wonderful DD. So I just enjoy all the moments I can because I know they go by so quickly as she grows up. As much as it would be nice to have another, it'll happen when it happens 🙂🙂 but like I said, I know I'm in a very fortunate position. Xx

@newtolineofduty I completely agree with you chick! Genuinely feel like it's someone else's month this month 🙂🙂 not sure what it is but for the first time I actually feel so chilled about the whole thing of TTC and just want to enjoy the journey. Spreading baby dust everywhere!! Xx

I have got lots of pink grapefruits in the house as DH loves them so might try eating them as a snack too since I'm about a week away from ovulation (hopefully)

@Aims1991 I'm good thank you-just the usual anxieties but just taking it one day at a time and counting down to my reassurance scan. Just 16 days!!! Need to keep busy! Feeling very rough but I like it as it feels like it's proof all is ok! Fingers crossed xxx

Morning! I bring great news. CD30 and I have finally, finally received a peak LH and am about to ovulate!! I cannot tell you how happy I am. 😂 Now two weeks to my period and I can start trying again...

@CShandy01 I use Mira and Clearblue. With Mira you can see the exact levels, I'll put a screenshot.

@hoola23 @plantbasedlondoner @newtolineofduty I get really confused by the CM stuff. I've had EWCM a few times this cycle on and off but so far still no ovulation! 🤪

@Aims1991 just make sure you stop the EPO once you've ovulated as it's not safe in pregnancy x yes the grapefruit juice is an acquired taste! X

@newtolineofduty I have started taking EPO and drinking pomegranate juice. I've tried to drink pink grapefruit but I really don't like it lol

@CShandy01 I take viridian's prenatal as I like their supplements and it is vegan friendly plus a DHA/ EPA omega 3 supplement (algae-derived). There is some evidence showing folic acid may slightly increase the length of the cycle by a couple of days (in some women) but it is soo important for preventing neural tube defects and also for egg quality- overall it's hugely important. When I look back at my app, the day I get the most EWCM is the day I ovulate usually but the amount of EWCM I get every month differs. Hydration also affects it so drinking lots of warm teas is helping me :)

@CShandy01 defo something for me to think about then. We've been trying to do it every 2 nights until my peak. But maybe after my peak still DTD for about 4 days after. My Luteal phase is normally about 11/12 days

@Aims1991 I am adamant that when I used OPK's and we DTD that say and the next day that it wasn't enough. So for example one month I got a smiley on CD11, so we DTD then and CD12. But I reckon I ovulated on CD13 because my cycle was 27 days and I don't have a 15 day luteal phase. But then last month CM wasn't like clear but still stretchy for quite a few days after I was sure I ovulated, so I was like WHAT THE HELL??!!

@CShandy01 maybe that's where I'm going wrong. Because I get my peak and DTD that day and the next 2 days. Maybe I ovulate just slightly later than my peak and I've never noticed

@hoola23 @Aims1991 I have to say that this month is the first month that I have known for sure when my last day of EWCM was and so when I ovulated, because for me there was literally almost like a light switch moment of going from super stretchy and very sperm friendly to suddenly incredibly thick and creamy and lotion like. I've never had such a dramatic transition before, hence why I've never really been certain when I ovulated (even with OPK's it's been plus or minus a day). Im not sure if this is down to the pregnacare or what, but it's the only thing I've changed this month minus not testing.

@newtolineofduty and @plantbasedlondoner did you say you took pregnacare?
