The red x's stand for when we have had sex!

We have been doing it on the OPK peak day so that there is sperm waiting there when ovulation happens the next day.

Are we doing it right?!

Do you need to be tracking ovulation?

Haha I love a good spreadsheet! It's just for fun as I'm WFH but exhausted so finding it hard to be motivated to work this afternoon!

I have read that sperm can survive more than 24 hours so wondered if we should be having sex earlier in my cycle?!
