My stomach looks pregnant

Help me my stomach has been like this for a few weeks and I have noticed that it’s getting bigger could it be bloating? Or pregnancy? Or have I just eaten too much. I have always been very skinny and I’m very active I’m on my feet all the time at work. So my tummy looking like this isn’t normal for me. Help me what is it? Pregnancy?

The doctor can do a blood test to know for certain if you are pregnant.

Also your period being very late can be for other reasons. It is best to go to the doctor.

I have rang them days ago they told me to do another test and I have negative and they said for me to wait another week or two and if my period is still not arrived to call them and get an appointment to look more into it but I have only noticed my massive stomach today I just want to know what’s going on can you help me
