Bfn for me this morning. I'm 11dpo (predicted by app) but period not due til Monday 11th so I'm not totally out but not sure it'll make any difference! X

Hi Everyone! Had a busy weekend so have just been catching up with you all. HUGE CONGRATULATIONS @Bridgey8 !! so exciting.

@Peauela I have natural cycles so the thermometer that came with that. I quite like it for the plotting - we used it to prevent between our first 2 then got pregnant first month using it with no 2 so let's see if it works this time...! I've only had 1 cycle since having my last baby and I'm still breastfeeding though, and often up in the night so I try and take my temp the first time I wake after 3 hours (if that happens at all) and I';m unsure how accurate it will be this time.

@Mummytobe93 oh the waiting rooms... just been on hold to docs for my littlest who is wheezing like anything :'( so another day off work for me while I take him to get checked.

@Firsttimetrier my husband was also excited yesterday to find out it was 'sexy week' as he calls it ah ha!

@Danani hope you're feeling ok and your partner's back is better... SMEP obv is good but it still only takes once so even if not on full measures it could be the golden time !

We’ve just started SMEP and my husband is elated 😂 however, we will have to see it goes next week, as it’s a lot of DTD!

Well that’s me out for this month! AF was due 1st or 2nd but only arrived today. A few months ago I had a 27 day cycle and now I’ve had a 30 so goodness knows if I even have a consistent cycle. I’ve told my OH to get ready for a very sexy week/month 🤣🤣

@Mummytobe93 @Danani @FlyOnTheWall89 thanks! If I'm not successful this cycle I will probably start with BBT and I will also get pre-seed :)

@Mummytobe93 no I don't feel we need to do SMEP at this point. We DTD regularly anyway so I can't see us not having sex at the right time. I have bought pre-seed though so I will be trying that for the first time.

I got a flashing smiley today CD12. I think I am pretty much always bang on CD17 ovulation so will test every day now until I get the static smiley and EWCM.

@Peauela I have used the Natural Cycles app with thermometer. But I personally found the BBT didn't work for me and so many become invalid for various reasons and I found it quite stressful and irritating. If you have super regular sleep cycles it may work for you!

@Danani CD 11 - You have got time :-). Be positive.

@Peauela I have a cheapie Femometer thermometer off Amazon, and my partner is on Wellman conception vitamins. Really hard to say if they make any difference at all… wish it had a couple mg of viagra in them😂😂😂

@Danani @Mummytobe93 thank you, you're making me feel better. Hopefully it's implantation and not AF but we'll just have to wait and see 😅 another wait!!!! 😂

I also have a question - what king of BBT thermometers are you all using? And are you and your partners taking any vitamins?

I’m CD 10 today so got a couple of days left, but I’m starting doing the OPKs 3 times a day now as it’s officially my fertile week.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances (such as taking my DH’s boy to A&E last night with a minor injury) he’s staying with us till tomorrow. Of course I don’t mind, but it had to be this week yeah??😬😅😂 Though again, I’m not ovulating yet so I need to keep calm 💆‍♀️ Sitting in the waiting room for two hours with all the babies, toddlers and their worries parents made me realise how much my mum went through (as a single mum of two) and that one day it might be me too!
Parenthood is crazy but I’m ready 😜

I’m going out for dinner with my sister so most likely we’ll start following the SMEP from Tuesday.

I messed up taking my BBT again, had to discard it as I got up around 4 am to shut our bedroom window, and I was only able to snooze until 7. I should’ve taken my temperature at 4 but I wasn’t coherent enough 🙄

@Peauela sounds promising! I had cramping six days before my AF, and even though I wasn’t pregnant, my AF was late which made my cycle one of the longest I’ve had in a while. My luteal phase is just about 11 days, but then you never know until you get your AF.
I’ve heard some success stories of BFP with short luteal phase so keep positive! 🍀

My cramps continued to the morning which is quite unusual, I never get them 6 days before AF is due 🤨 I guess we'll if she arrives early but it would mean my luteal phase is only 8 days

I'm on CD19 and have a peak opk today, we managed to dtd today too (and will try for tomorrow as well 😉) keep your fingers crossed please ladies that my vit c works and my luteal phase is long enough to conceive 🤞🏻

I've been having really light period like cramps almost all day today... don't really know what to think about it! Really hope AF is not making an appearance a week early this month 😅

Thanks lovely @Bridgey8 ! Looking at your chart I’d think the ovulation happened on the 15th, but I see the yellow flower is on the 18th - is it when you got a positive OPK?

Arghh another successful story with pre seed, I might get it too😬😂

@Mummytobe93 thank you. I've attached my chart which hopefully shows how often we DTD during fertile week. I tracked ovulation with OPKs and was much later this month than previous month... then did BBT to confirm. Got a BFN at 9dpo so thought I was completely out. But here we are. Hoping it sticks! I also used preseed :) baby dust to everyone ✨💖

@Bridgey8 omg CONGRATULATIONS it feels so much more real when it actually says "pregnant" 😂❤️ so happy for you! Give us small bit of your luck 😂🍀

Hi @Danani - I have a 30-31 day cycle. I got nothing on CD11, then flashing smiley on 13,14,15 last month, then static smiley on CD17. Could bell if you have a similar cycle!
