Hi all! Not been active on MN since I conceived my first but she's now 2 and we've been trying for a year now to conceive with no success. I just seem to have early pregnancy symptoms followed by a really heavy period every other months.

I've been nauseous, sore gums, fatigued - the whole caboodle this month but 6 days away from my next period so - fingers crossed!

@Borolass84 How long have you been ttc for now? Is this your first or baby number two you’re trying for? Hope the pre seed helps. I’ve been tempted to give it a try tbh because I know so many swear by it! It’s just the price that puts me off 😂

I’m now anywhere between 8-10dpo. AF is due tomorrow or Thursday but I really think it’ll be pushed back due to late ovulation again like last month. If I go by my temp spike I’m only 8dpo but if I go by my positive OPKs (which I had for two days) I’d say I’m about 10/11dpo, so god knows 😂

I feel a little achy and a little nauseous at times but not too sure if it’s all in my head? I said I had sensitive nipples the other day but they disappear afterwards which is unusual. The tww literally drives me insane!!! 😂😅

Thanks @Kiaa - doing ok here. Very tired and experiencing a lot of anxiety which I didn’t get with my first. By my maths my dating scan should be around 20th December which feels ages away!

Good evening all. After some confusion at the surgery (it’s always eventful lol) had bloods taken today (next lot are 21 day bloods). I take multivitamins daily anyway but have reminded OH to take them daily too (he’s hit/miss as he forgets). Purchased pre seed and awaiting delivery of COq10 for myself and OH to take. Contemplating acupuncture despite not being a fan of needles. Hope everyone’s ok :)

Excited today is our O day, really impressed with easy @ home tests this month, they’ve been so good to track with.
Trying smep this month, so hopefully we can dtd tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday to cover our bases!

Ahh @L0ts you aren’t out til you’re out. Remember that the symptoms of af and implantation can be so similar x

Ergh I’m about 8dpo and I feel so not pregnant it’s unreal. I’ve had sore nipples since this morning which usually happens about 4/5 days before AF starts so I’m feeling incredibly out this month 😩

Once you get a static smiley face ovulation should occur 12-48 hours after

@has30 oh yay cycle buddies 😀 the leaflet says once a static smiley face ovulation will occur 12-48 hours I think just depends how fast you ovulate but definitely dtd asap
I'm planning on dtd next 3 days 🤞

@Moonshine160 and @has30 I think there's so much confusion because there is no right or wrong answer. Someone people will be imminently about to ovulate when they get their LH peak, others will have a few days to wait. I use the 'sperm meets egg' plan to make sure I am covered - that means you have sex every other day from about day 10 then once you get your static smilie (or positive LH test) you have sex that day and the two following days, then you skip a day then you have sex again to make sure you've definitely had sex around ovulation. You shouldn't ovulate more than four days after a positive LH test so that should mean you're covered. Well that's what I go by - I'm sure others will be different but just adding in case it helps.

I’m on cycle 2 of TTC #2 and it’s my first month of using the clearblue ovulation tests. I’ve had a flashing smiley for a few days. Once I get the static smiley how long do I carry on DTD for after that?! Just that one day or a couple of days after?

Stupid question, does a static smiley mean the egg is about to be released or has been? I've got 2 apps tracking (sad I know) one has moved my fertile window so it ends tomorrow. Then another has said my best chance of conception is in 2 days!!! No wonder I've got no clue about my dates if they are this all over the place!

@Kiaa I've just had my static face this morning too!!!! Let's do it this cycle now haha! Only problem is I've got to go to work first xx

Once another stone is off I will be where I need to be :)

@Kiaa my weight loss has been entirely off changes in diet. Next step is to try quitting smoking for good as it’s now making me anxious as I’m awaiting day 8 and 21 bloods

Yes same here it has slowed down but struggle with finding time to exercise with my 3 years old or that I'm exhausted lol
