@kelb79 I am about 7dpo too but trying not to think about anything and if my period hasn't arrived by December I will think about maybe testing - how are you feeling ?

@sunnysideup2020 that's interesting rhe difference in your symptoms of successful vs unsuccessful pregnancies!

@peanuttybutter yeah I would have found that stressful as well watxhing a fertile window go past! Men don't have the same ques so probably doesn't affect then as much missing a month

@kiwi17 uggh covid in the house during early pregnancy isnt ideal when you want your husband to be taking care of you haha! glad to hear you are doing okay now! are you thinking of having an early scan?

@babyghirl about 6/7dpo for me - what about you? have you been watching I'm a celeb?

This TWW is hell!! I actually had it in my head I was 6DPO yesterday, but nope, today I’m 6DPO 🤣🤣 Trying to distract myself by shopping for new lounge furniture and boots 🙈🙈🙈

PeanuttyButter · 21/11/2021 11:30

@kelb79 I've only ever used internet cheapies and always got my BFPs at 10dpo (squinters). Usually start testing at 8dpo especially if the tww is dragging.

Kelb79 · 21/11/2021 11:17

@kiwi17 @PeanuttyButter @SunnySideUp2020 thank you so much for your responses 🙏🏼
It really does seem that viable pregnancies kick off worse symptoms doesn’t it?! 🤔
I was so paranoid when my symptoms were so mild but more about having got it wrong abs not actually being pregnant than having an MC - I just didn’t expect that would happen to me (silly me!!)
AF is due on the 29th so I might test later this week. I never liked early testing - the BFN just felt horrible, I always preferred to just wait for AF and only have that one hit of disappointment. So I’d only ever buy more expensive tests that I didn’t want to waste.
BUT…. I’ve got a stock of HCG tests in the cupboard from testing down my levels post MC so I know I’ll end up testing at some point 🙈🤣🤷🏼‍♀️

SunnySideUp2020 · 21/11/2021 06:46

@Kelb79
With my MC my symptoms were mild. Weirdly i had bad period like cramps and lower back pain at around 4 weeks before i tested positive but by 6 weeks all were gone, and had spotting from 5 weeks.
With my successful pregnancy i had 0 symptoms until about 6 weeks but once they came, they were awful! The day and night nausea with occasional vomiting, flod aversions, tender huge boobs the tiredness... i was a zombie.
So yeah very different experiences... probably due to the hormones being different!

PeanuttyButter · 20/11/2021 19:59

@Kelb79 I didn't have many symptoms with my first, but if nausea at about 4 weeks til about 6 and my symptoms completely went at 8 weeks. Baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks, found out at 9.5weeks scan.
Second time I felt rough from 7dpo, I knew I was pregnant even though my tests were negative. Felt sick again until 8 weeks, babys heart had stopped between 7 week scan and 9 week scan...
Everyone I know that's had a successful pregnancy has been very sicky...I'd always hoped my symptoms were mild but after all this If it meant a healthy pregnancy then I'd take it!! Good luck with the tww. When are you testing? I'm hoping AF comes in the next few days (month off for me) so we can start again. Cycles not been regular since miscarriages so could be anywhere between 24-30 days, I'm CD23 today.

@Annny27 DH is ready to start again this month, he's had his break where I feel like this has been the most stressful month of all watching the fertile week and tww pass.

kiwi17 · 20/11/2021 18:00

@Annny27 chugging along here - husband got covid last week but weirdly neither I nor the 3 yr old did (both double jabbed so he got it super mildly though so that was good) however it meant our kitchen got ripped out and then the man couldn't come back in the house so we were left with an empty room for 10 days which is a nightmare when you feel sick and can't cook anything!! Finally finished now though so that's good . How you getting on? Trying not to symptom spot?

@Kelb79 hi and welcome! Just wanted to say in response to your question- I had a miscarriage in march at 10 weeks , my symptoms weren't very strong and actually had gone away before I started spotting despite the midwife saying that was normal I knew something was wrong and it was. I'm now 7 weeks with this one and have felt super rough, nausea, tired , food aversion etc so I'm hoping that's a good sign! I don't remember it being this bad with my first but that was 4 years ago now so I think I may have just forgotten. I know they say that some people can have no symptoms at all and it be fine but that's not been my experience ! Hope that helps and good luck.

Kelb79 · 20/11/2021 12:19

6DPO and symptom spotting like a crazy woman 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣🤷🏼‍♀️
I think it’s actually worse having been pregnant and felt actual symptoms, I’m totally manifesting everything now! 🙄

Quick Q….. my symptoms were really mild during my pregnancy - a lot of the time I felt like I could be imagining them. The tiredness was insane but I’d had a really hectic and busy season at work (I own a restaurant and chef most of the time)
I’ve read quite a lot about woman saying they had mild symptoms on pregnancy’s that ended in MC and stronger symptoms in viable pregnancy’s…. Has anyone actually experienced this?? 🤔🤔

Babyghirl · 20/11/2021 00:59

@Annny27
Nope my period could not be lighter lol, red bleeding for 2 days then 3 days of brown but only on wiping,he said its not bad so here's to hoping where r you in ur cycle.

Annny27 · 19/11/2021 23:29

Oh I am about 5dpo atm, nothing to report as usual haha

Annny27 · 19/11/2021 23:29

@babyghirl keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you:D great news that he didn't see any major issues with the MRI. Do you have heavy periods as I know that's a a symptom for adenomyosis

@elm7 that must have been quite emotional finding out the reason for the last loss 💗

@sunnysideup2020 yep 40 days of opks is enough to bore anyone haha!!

@kiwi17 how are you doing lovely?

@peanuttybutter does your DH want try again next cycle?

Babyghirl · 19/11/2021 22:48

Well full moon is out tonite girls and im ovulating, you know anytime I having pregnant has been with the full moon lol well I can dream 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 fingers crossed 💚

Babyghirl · 18/11/2021 12:03

@Kelb79
R body's do strange things after a loss, but I have also noticed I have felt every pain pull niggle while ttc lol.

Kelb79 · 18/11/2021 11:32

@ELM7 I hear you on not getting answers! You don’t want there to be something wrong but if there is you can at least focus on what to do about it. Without answers, there’s no focus, just stabbing in the dark 😩😩

So….. I’m 3DPO and spent all of yesterday with really tight pulling feelings in my lower abdomen and a constant low grade pain - it felt like someone poking their finger into me in the same spot all day 🤔 now I’m well aware that it wouldn’t be implantation at this point but has anyone had this…… first proper cycle after MC so guessing it’s probably to do with that?? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Babyghirl · 17/11/2021 20:58

@ELM7
I know what you mean would rather have a reason to not have one, he wants me on antis from either start of ivf or bfp because I would be more pronded to infection. 💚

@PeanuttyButter
Going to phone tomorrow thou I'm on cd9 now so nest cycle would run in to Christmas so they might say Jan any way so will get the ball rolling asap💚

PeanuttyButter · 17/11/2021 20:15

Glad you got some answers @Babyghirl I think you should get the ball rolling as soon as you can xx

Sorry you're feeling deflated about it all @ELM7 I can understand your frustration as if there was something identified it would be fixed. Have they mentioned genetic counseling? Friend had a baby with trisomy 16 and they got offered it after that, turns out it was just a fluke thing. Went on to have 2 healthy children afterwards with no issues x

ELM7 · 17/11/2021 19:36

So Appt was ok - just no real answers. So last MC was due to a chromosome issue of Trisomy 16 - which is just “one of those things” and doesn’t mean it would happen again, and he was on the thought that the first MC was because it was twins so always a higher risk of ending in MC so that just leaves the middle one as an unknown. Got to go and have blood tests first week of next cycle (so should be beginning of Dec) and will then have a follow up appointment to discuss results mid Jan. He didn’t look at my MRI but said whilst a bicornuate uterus can increase MC they don’t really have any stats and people with a bicornuate uterus do have successfully pregnancies.

I dont know about you @Babyghirl but I feel torn that whilst it’s good that he doesn’t see any issues (and isn’t expecting any from blood tests) it doesn’t give answers and just feel lost that not having any answers as to why we have gone through all of this means there’s nothing to do to try and stop it happening again (hope that makes sense as feel I’m just rambling now)

Babyghirl · 17/11/2021 15:57

@ELM7
How did you get on x

Babyghirl · 17/11/2021 15:30

Well app over my urters is a norm shape but got some old ADENOMYOSIS just a wee bit and said it should not cause me any problems, so have to phone the ivf clinic and set a date but thinking of waiting to after Christmas what yous think take a break and enjoy Christmas before going for it xx

apwilso · 16/11/2021 17:33

@Babyghirl you're telling me!

@ELM7 it's quite mild at the time being so hoping it stays like that!

@SunnySideUp2020 nope I'm not vaccinated

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/11/2021 17:31

Sorry you got covid @apwilso

Are you vaccinated?

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/11/2021 17:30

Good luck with your appts ladies @Babyghirl and @ELM7

@Annny27 we are moving at the end of the month, still on holiday in the sun for now 🌞

I have given up on daily opks after going through like 40 of them!!!

Babyghirl · 15/11/2021 23:50

@ELM7
I had an ultrasound and it showed up on that I had one to so mri to see how bad it is hoping he says progesterone might help as app the side the egg does not implant on can still bleed so thinking maybe that can cause losses.

ELM7 · 15/11/2021 20:33

@Babyghirl mine is 3.40pm so just a little bit behind you.

No one has really talked through my MRI result all I know is it showed I had a bicornuate uterus (where they originally thought I had 2 separate uteruses) so all I can assume is that I have one hell of a dip and I wonder if that’s why we keep miscarrying - so will be good to actually talk to someone about it.

Babyghirl · 15/11/2021 20:21

@kiwi17
Can't wait to it to c what they say but I'm nervous 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

@ELM7
Oh maybe it will be goodluck for you 🙏🤞🍀💚 bot getting r mri results on the same day mine is 3.20. 💚
