9dpo and I'm pretty sure we've not managed it. Again! After 19 months, I should be less surprised / bothered by iu.

Awww @Honey2 great progression. Looking good 💕

@Honey2 that's great test progression!

@Catconfusion if the clomid doesn't work I'll definitely be pushing for it to be looked into

Catconfusion · 28/09/2021 17:25

@Honey2 this made my day 🙂 such lovely progression. I really hope this is it for you. Xx

Catconfusion · 28/09/2021 17:24

@Marvellouslymadmum oh no, definitely sounds like it will need checking out, especially if the Clomid isn’t working. Hopefully nothing to worry about. Xx

Mattieandmummy · 28/09/2021 13:22

That looks really good!!!!

Honey2 · 28/09/2021 13:03

Hi all, I hope you don’t mind but I thought I’d share my FRER test progression as I think it looks ok. I know it’s still early days but I’m allowing myself to be cautiously optimistic 😊

@Lastyearttc that's wonderful news xx

Honey2 · 27/09/2021 21:56

@Lastyearttc fantastic news! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 21:28

@Catconfusion to be honest she just want interested and said if I've had children before it won't effect it - that was almost 16 years ago! 😂 so I know it can definitely change in that time but at least she's willing to try something, me to I thank you xx

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 21:19

@Marvellouslymadmum it's so difficult when you don't know what's going on. Hopefully the doctor has a hunch it's mild. Hoping you get good news after your Clomid cycle. Xx

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 21:15

@Catconfusion no, I have no idea as she wasn't interested in doing a laparoscopy at all! All I know is I have adeno definitely and possibly endo and been ttc 3.5 years with no success 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's worth a go, I'm hoping if it doesn't work I can convince her to do a lap then try clomid again xx

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 21:00

@Marvellouslymadmum do you know how bad the endo is? Hopefully it's not affecting things. The Clomid sounds like it's definitely worth a shot. Xx

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 20:49

@Catconfusion it really is, thank you! I'm just paranoid that the endo is what's stopping it happening and therefore clomid won't work anyway but still worth a go!! Xx

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 20:40

@Marvellouslymadmum I think I did the same thing 😂. It's so hard to find the motivation sometimes. I wish you all the luck in the world. Xx

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 20:33

@Catconfusion yes we did, I was going to start it and had all the good intentions and made a list of what to buy in the shops then never did it 😂

@Lastyearttc amazing news! I'm so so happy for you, let's hope that's a good sign of things to come

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 20:02

Aww @Lastyearttc that's fantastic news. It's amazing how the emotions can hit you. Your chances are excellent all will be well at the stage you're at. Roll on the dating scan. Xx

Lastyearttc · 27/09/2021 19:46

@Marvellouslymadmum scan went fine. I convinced myself to hear the words... I'm sorry... but she said there's baby and there's the heartbeat. They put me at 11 weeks instead on 10+3 but will confirm at the dating scan in another 2 weeks. I actually cried to the sister afterwards as my emotions were bubbling under the surface all morning. Still not out of the woods yet I know, but this is the furthest I've gone bar having my daughter. Taking one week at a time still.

And breathe.

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 19:36

@Marvellouslymadmum I think we might have had this conversation before. Could maybe swap out the protein for plant based foods like chickpeas etc. Also get omegas from flax seeds and nuts like walnuts. It's difficult changing diet with no guarantees it will work. Xx

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 19:25

@Catconfusion I have tried looking at the Mediterranean diet but I'm a veggie so it's not quite as easy but I'm going to give it a go thank you!

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 19:23

@Marvellouslymadmum I did the Mediterranean diet for a few months and I think it really helped. It's supposed to be really good for fertility. Lots of oily fish, nuts and seeds, berries. It's high protein low carb. I purchased the pcos diet plan from...

pages.fertilitydietitian.co.uk/home

I think it was worth it. DH did it too. I have no way of proving it helped as we had fallen off the wagon a bit just before I conceived but it might have helped with egg quality. Xx

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 19:09

@Catconfusion thank you, I really do feel like it's my last chance of working. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 xx

If anyone's got any tips on how I can be as healthy as possible and anything extra I can do, take to help please let me know!!

Catconfusion · 27/09/2021 18:56

@Marvellouslymadmum I really hope it works. I might not be here without Clomid. My mum had it to have my sister and it kickstarted her ovulation after extremely irregular cycles. As you know, I would have been on a path for it as a next step. Fingers crossed for you. Xx

Marvellouslymadmum · 27/09/2021 18:46

@October1979 oh that's good! I'm kicking myself for not asking the dr for it but may speak to the gp and see what she says. They've prescribed it as my ov is all over the place, she said it will give me a stronger ovulation so hopefully a better chance 🤞🏻🤞🏻
