Toot toot! The September bus is early...

Hi... I hope its okay to join so late.
I've been reading for a while, but never brave enough to post.
Im 30, we are TTC #1, had my first bfp on our second cycle but unfortunately recently miscarried at 6 weeks. Have had the bfn now so we can try again.
I have found both comfort and heartache reading your stories... I feel like a part of me died along with my baby so I can't even imagine how some of you ladies are coping with your own journeys...
Anyway, I am on CD4 and stopped bleeding so fingers crossed this is our lucky cycle.

@Kyoshi it was the same to me haha. I went to the private doctor cause I thought I am having my period twice a month, so I thought it’s weird and need to check. When he asked can I be pregnant I said unlikely otherwise why I am having periods. Boom and pregnant nearly 8 weeks at the end of September 2018. Was a good shock as we had sex once 🤔😆and I travelled and did hiking like crazy not knowing I’m pregnant.
But now trying for a sibling a year or so and nothing. I was so naive it will happen straight away again. Still hopeful and trying to think positively.

Oh just to add also, when I was pregnant with my first we DTD at the very beginning of August and I must have had an implantation bleed because I thought it was my period. And then at the very beginning of September I went to the docs because I thought I had a water infection and he said I didn’t but asked if I might be pregnant. I said it’s possible and he did a test which came back negative! So I didn’t actually find out until my next missed period, by which point I was 7-8 weeks pregnant.

I never considered how torturous it is to actually actively try to conceive. I much prefer the surprise pregnancy method 😅

Hey ladies, thought I’d jump on. New to all this and I’m totally lost with most of the acronyms so I’ve been trying to work it all out! I got pregnant with my first when we DTD unprotected just one time in the middle of a dry spell. So I obviously thought it was easy peasy didn’t I 🥴

Anyway we’re on our first cycle of trying. I had no idea about when you ovulate and symptoms to look out for, or anything like that but I had a rough idea and we DTD hopefully enough during my fertile week! Based on the web I’m roughly 7-8DPO and my AF is due around the 1st of October! Hoping for good news but trying not to get my hopes up too much! We started trying thinking it might take us a while, and I was feeling very casual about it at the start of the month. But as the month has gone on I’ve become so eager! I’ve done a few tests (because I didn’t know when I should test, I do now 😅) but they were negative of course.

@LadyoftheWoods I'm due the 1st. Trying not to get my hopes up.

@positiveovernegative mine were really similar to this, I ovulated late this month. Had 7 days of flashing smileys before my static on CD23. On day 24 and 25 the lines on my OPKs were really obviously darker than control lines (I used one step though and think they all show a little bit different) so I'd say keep going? Good to see LH rising though!

2 days in to TWW and already demented and looking at my calendar every few hours as if magically days will have passed 🤦‍♀️

So now I'm really confused, lines were getting darker and now they're light again but my clear blue is still empty cycles 🙈

@Lianna93 fingers crossed for you. When's af due?

I also ovulated either 16th or 17th. I've got a cold though so assuming all my 'symptoms' are due to this!

Ran out of clearblue opk & unable to purchase more due to being on holiday & nowhere near selling them. Was still reading 'high' by my last one.
Mommed opks are giving me very faint lines.
Every prediction calculator & my apps all say I should have ovulated on or around the 16th - so I guess it's just a waiting game now.
Feeling extremely tired these past couple of days, having to pee way more than usual & my ibs has flared up for no apparent reason.
Trying not to get ahead of myself - but also not feeling like this is my month either. Will see what happens next week.

Yeah a little the last 4 have been 28 to 30 days but I used to get a few 32+ last year so not crazy unusual
Today is cd36

I would have hope if I didn't keep getting bright white stark BFN lol

@ViL89 is that unusual for your cycle? Hopefully you get a bfp or af shows up so you can begin tracking again xx

I haven't felt like AF is arriving at all, but have had some brown spotting. So expect full AF tomorrow 😭 looks like I will be joining the October bus 🥺🥺

I also have some months I am late. At the beginning I was so hopeful, now I'm just used if it's late, as I get BFN negatives anyway.

I'm not 6 days late .... still a BFN not even a hint of a line

I would be minimum 14DPO now so I would really expect something would show so I think I'm just really later which is a kick in the teeth just want to move into the next cycle

I had a line on a LH ovulation test so think that's sign AF is arriving sooooooon bleugg

Im not supposed to be testing until after AF is due (Friday) but I can't help myself. Think I saw a proper squinter second line this morning!! But I had serious line eyes last month and AF arrived early 🥺 I have ordered more tests oops x

I least days from OV would be 13.... I would expect I would have got a BFP by now. Had a BFN yesterday

I'm 5 days late with absolutely no sign of her showing.

Stressful!!!

Anyone else have any experiences of not getting BFP until after 14 or 15 DPO... hanging all but also trying to be realistic!

Love to everyone feeling a bit down, I hear you! Got a stinking cold and anxiously waiting for the LH rise so I can charm DP into bed with my snotty nose and hoarse voice 🤣 started tracking cervical changes this month and it's amazing how much it changes and how quickly...all this stuff is blowing my mind. Didn't hear a whisper of it in biology lessons that's for sure!

Just sending out some positive vibes and baby dust. I'm still here lurking, enjoying reading your posts and celebrating with all those getting a gorgeous BFP ❤️

@positiveovernegative I only got a peak on Clearblue in May

Other months I just used OPKs and haven't ever been able to pin down a peak

Not sure if it's because I'm not ovulating at all or missing it

I've heard lots of women say they aren't v accurate so don't worry too much

Hopefully you'll get a true peak soon

Hi ladies, Just had this at 9 dpo? It's pink and came up straight away? No chance of an Evap surely?

@Missy95 sorry to hear that try and stay positive you're not out yet! But if not I think I'll be joining you on the October bus I'm 5 days late and still a BFN no idea when I ovulated but don't think we caught it!

@positiveovernegative I never got solid smiley this month and kept getting dark lines on OPKs too but never dark enough to be a positive so I'm really not sure what happened

I don't think we DTD enough or at the right times and I'm getting a BFN anyway on CD 35

BFN this morning at 12dpo 🥺 going to try wait and see if AF arrives on Friday. But I feel like absolute sh#t, I was hoping a BFP would be the cause. I started some pre conception vitamins this month, so also remembering that they could potentially mess up my cycle. But reallly hoping not: i also used pre seed this month.
I've had heartburn since early dpo, headaches, sensitive breasts, constipation and gassy (charming I know), and now I have a cold 🤧 so maybe I am just falling to pieces 😭

This seems to be a lucky bus so im trying to stay positive!
