@bethamb I may have started testing at 6po lol!!
I'm 10dpo tomorrow, but am on an overnight shift tonight so not sure if it would be accurate. My temp will also be off as well.

Did you end up testing?

@bethamb I guess you could do a FRER at 9dpo but if it's negative doesn't mean you're not!

Also, I'm 9dpo today, period due in 5 days, does that mean I could use a FRER that says it predicts 6 days before missed period?

@Gizzy93 when are you testing? With my son & with my last pregnancy (ended in mc) I feel like by now I just KNEW I was pregnant whereas now I don't feel like this. (But then, Idk if I'm protecting myself because I don't want to convince myself incase I'm not as this is quite an emotional one for us, we stopped trying for a year after the mc and this is our first cycle exactly a year later where we felt ready)

@bethamb turns out its normal to have a second estrogen surge, pregnant or not lol.

@Gizzy93 ahhh that's odd! I've never used one of those I use the cheap OPK's so I'm not much help sorry :(

8dpo here. Bfn of course. I also did an opk out of curiosity and got a flashing smiley?! I ejected the stick and the second line was very light. Any thoughts?

My hot chocolate also smells weird and doesn't taste like anything, which is weird because I have it every morning.

@Goofers I feel the same!! The timings are slim but people manage to do it. It will be our day one day! Keep holding out hope. I’m 39 and if feel I’m rapidly running out of time so I have to keep trying. Least then I know I’ve tried my best! c

It really is @AliceM6, I’m feeling pretty fed up! I truly think it’s a miracle anyone manages to give birth at all. I had no idea of the stats until we started trying. As if there’s a 12 hour window in a whole month that we’re all trying to catch… and even then the odds are against it! What a mission.

I’m the same @Goofers. I’ve had cramping since 1dpo and I was really bad yesterday with them. Today I’ve got hardly anything. I’m also 7/8DPO (says different on different apps). I started getting random tingly prickly sensations on my nipples yesterday every now and then. That is still happening very lightly. It’s a head wreck isn’t it?!

I am 7dpo today and have absolutely no symptoms whatsoever today. The dull ache and twinges over the past few days have completely disappeared. Hmm

Just out of curiosity, if ovulation is late, would you usually expect your period to be late? My period is due on Friday but that's only 10DPO according to my OPKs. I guess if it comes I won't have to test but I am going to try to wait until then anyway and not get my hopes up if AF is late.

Morning all,

Currently 10 dpo. According to one app af is due 1st September and another says the 4th 🙄.
Still having lower abdominal ache/cramp ( normal for me at the stage in my cycle).

Lower back pain yesterday as well ( also normal for me).

@Goofers what is a javelin arse?

@goofers yeah I know all the stats it's just an addiction 😂 I had my first bfp at 9dpo when I had my MC so when it gets close to 9dpo I wanna test haha I knew I couldn't wait until at least 10 😂

Maybe some TMI here, but I get a pain around my vagina/perineum right before my period. Does anyone else get this?

I have it now, so I'm guessing AF is going to be a week early tomorrow 😔

8 dpo for me, creamy CM this morning, all other symptoms subsided (think the sickness bug yesterday made it impossible to even notice any symptoms)

End of 7dpo for me today. On top of the crampy/perineum pain (which has now subsided). I'm a bit nauseous this evening and yesterday. Also haven't had much of an appetite the last couple of days.
I'm fairly moody today too, getting irritated and have no patience. Had a 2 hour nap today as well 🥴
Usually I get irritated and low moods around ovation, but I didn't this month. Probably making up for it now 😅

They seem to coincide with the uterine cramps im getting. I'm only 7dpo though, so way too early for AF
