Help, Implantation bleeding?

@Laurenxx94 Ah I got AF on Saturday, although it only lasted three days and was quite light for me, who knows what's going on there. I feel at a bit of a loss and overwhelmed with it all no idea when I'm going to ovulate this month because AF was a week early!
That's great though! At least you can be reassured that everything is okay 😊 xx

@Flossy1982 no worries! I know what you mean though, I’m usually pretty regular, never have spotting before just a bit after and I’m usually very heavy the first couple of days! Completely threw me off!😂

@Nicoleamdavies it’s bloody rubbish isn’t it, my boyfriend doesn’t really understand all the different things so I have to explain and it’s stressful haha x

@Chlo1995 mine was super short and light as well, compared to my normal AF anyways! I even did another test just in case, of course it was negative 🤦🏽‍♀️

I had my COVID jab in May, so I don't think it's that 🤔

My partner said "Maybe it kinda happened but it didn't stick" 😞 so yeah, maybe it could of been a chemical xx

@Chlo1995 I’ve always had pre-period spotting for years. Doctors have always said it’s perfectly normal and is just what was left over last month. However since my miscarriage the spotting is longer. When I fell I had no spotting so I know it hasn’t stopped me conceiving so never worried but apparently it can be a sign of low progesterone which is what protects the fertilized egg and implantation so well worth getting checked. My actual flow is 27/28 days without fail accompanied by all the usual cramps so I’m not sure if the spotting is anything to even think about but I’m going to have hormones checked as I think that’ll be a wait off my shoulders xx

@Nicoleamdavies I’m exactly the same! They have the same pattern every month and have since we’ve been trying!

I’m honestly baffled by it, it’s even been shorter this time 5 days and it stopped, was also very light for 4 of those days which is very unlike me!

Was just wondering you’d had your COVID jab lately? My friend mentioned it could be that (I had it in June and my period after was as normal so not sure if it’s that).

The only other thing I can see it being is a possible chemical😔x

Hi, Just an update from me - AF got me today CD27 15dpo. I spotted all the way from 9dpo that gradually worsened as the time went on - I’m not sure if seven seas trying for a baby worsened it but I have day 21 bloods booked to check progesterone and I’m upping my intake of vitamins naturally with food this month as well as seven seas to see if any better next month. Wish me luck on cycle 13 since miscarriage/pregnancy unknown location 💫💫💫💫

@Laurenxx94 CD25 - negative test. Boobs still ‘odd’ and have had spotting everyday but only on wiping really which is so weird plus sicky at times. Maybe my hormones are just up the wall this month. Bet I end up as per usual full flow on CD28 🤣. I’ll get my progesterone/hormones checked this month though as its too much early spotting for me even for a spotter 8dpo is just cruel. It would be wonderful if it just stops and I get a positive 🤣 but I’m not clinging to that xx

I've admitted defeat this cycle 😞 the bleeding pretty heavy now and I can't see it stopping!

I'm so confused though, I've always been so regular on my cycle! It seems like such a weird coincidence that the first month I try my AF decided to shift a whole week 🙄

@Laurenxx94 If you have diagnosed cervical erosion already, bleeding on wiping is pretty common. I had the same - once at 7w and once at 10w. It was pretty scary, but apparently well known that the hormones in the first trimester cause the cervix to bleed if there’s already erosion.

It is literally so annoying that so many PMS and pregnancy symptoms are the same 😂

@flossy1982 tell me about it, I've had IB once before with my DS1 but that was literally like the start of a period which only lasted a few hours and only filled the tip of a tampon, this one is the same but it's just dark brown 🤣 I wish I could show a pic but that would be TMI it doesn't look that great! We definitely deserve so much more appreciation for all of the things we have to go through 💓💓💓

@Sunnybeam no problem, I’m no way an expert and things are even harder when dates are up the wall to know. All I can say is that I’ve had every pregnancy symptom going and not been pregnant but I’ve also had some & been positive so the truth of the matter is only time will tell & a test 💓💓 sounds like you have possible symptoms but they could also be just normal PMS too. It is a nightmare that drives all women mental 🤣

I had the mirena coil taken out in October last year so ever since then my periods have been really irregular but are slowly starting to level out as the months go by so that's what's making me think that my period app may have gotten my ovulation date wrong, this is why I'm so confused, I'm so exhausted today, I've had a nap and still feel drained, I feel off also and have a metallic taste in my mouth along with that tiny brown spotting this morning, this is why I'm so very confused about how it's happened so fast, thankyou for replying 😊

Hi @Sunnybeam do you have long cycles? I’m confused with the cd29 as regular cycles are only 28 days long?!
and if you are due to ovulate on 28th - assuming you did you are only 2/3 dpo not 6 as that’s just 6 days after you DTD. Therefore it’s too early for implantation by the dates you are giving but I think they might be a bit confused possibly?

Can someone help put my mind at rest? I did make my own post but it's been ignored so maybe I though I didn't put enough info in. So I'm on CD 29, I was supposed to ovulate on the 28th and expect my period in 11 days. This morning I found a very small amount of very dark brown blood on my underwear and faint brown after wiping a few times and now nothing at all throughout today, if this is implantation bleeding then that's put me at 6dpo as I only DTD with partner 6 days ago and last night, does this sound like it could me IB?
