Hi girls,

I disapeared as I've struggled with this for a while. Last week I was diagnosed with endometriosis and was devestated.

But last night I got my BFP. I am in absolute shock.
I was late on but that's happened before, and I had had the vaccine which I read can cause that, so I was sure it was that. I have(had) a night out Saturday so before organising I did the test just so it was done, as my partner had kept suggesting it.

I know this will make some of you feel bad and I understand that because I have been there, so many times. It is so hard.

But I hope this gives some of you hope too.
I always wanted to hear stories of it happening after ages, so I thought I needed to come on and share this with you all.
Low sperm mobility and endometriosis, 22 cycles and no hint of a positive in all that time. The no hint of a positive bothered me most. But I've got there and I have so much hope you will too.
I've got a long way to go yet too. I'm just in shock right now!

@ChinChilly another thought - check if you can self refer yourself to your EPU if you get another bfp. Someone else on another thread was told to do that by her EPU so that they can run tests /provide progesterone or whatever else as soon as they can. Sounds like great support in the mean time (she's also waiting for rmc appointments). I must say you're the first lady I've encountered that got told to put ttc on hold actually, so I wouldn't feel bad for not listening🤔

@Sunshinedaisybuttermellow I know right, especially seen as they told me it was about at 12 week wait from refferal to appointment, that appointment is 23 weeks from refferal to appointment.

@Juno231 I think we probably will to be honest, that appointment is too far away not to really, that is just the first appointment which is just a phone consultation, then with all the test it will be more like the beginning of next year to try again otherwise 🙁

@ChinChilly I'd be temped to try anyway... It could be a fourth loss or fourth time lucky?

@Kay00 considering they told us we shouldn't try again until we've had the appointment, it seems like a life time 🙄

YANBU, that is such a long wait

My appointment for the recurrent miscarriage clinic came through today but it isn't until 24th November, is it unreasonable that I'm disappointed that it seems so far away 😞

@Kay00 I have had two dreams in the last week where I've had a bfp, it's soo annoying!

As for your progesterone, even if it's low, you will be given medication for it. I start the IVF medication next month and I will be having two injections and will have to take progesterone tablets as well from a particular stage.

@Juno231 Yes, its possible that my progesterone has been higher as my temps have been higher since I started Metformin at least .

Do any of you other ladies get cycles where your boobs really hurt and then cycles where they don't? Not that I'm complaining of course... I was able to go for a run last night without wincing every time my body jiggled hahaha!

@kay00 in also thinking clomid will give you a stronger ovulation so that might naturally boost your progesterone?

@Kay00 Yeah I would of thought so. I think it's fairly common and lots of women are given extra progesterone to support a pregnancy so atleast it's not difficult to treat

@chinchilly hmm, possibly. I have never had my progesterone checked (at 21 days or other). I guess if it's rubbish they will pick up on it on my first monitored Clomid cycle.

@Kay00 also spotting over here.. I'm 10dpo so about the same. I've also wondered if I have progesterone issues, my last test results came back at just over 30 and that was the cycle I got my BFP so I'm wondering if that is contributing to the miscarriages

Evening ladies. I'm 9dpo and spotting already 😞 I'm hoping it's because we DTD yesterday rather than me having shit hormones... but I suspect its the latter 😂

Also, for some reason my boobs have not hurt one little bit this LP, whereas normally they are quite tender. These things + me low mood yesterday make me concerned I have progesterone issues. Time will tell I suppose...

@Kay00 I know they are gross and as for sticking thier noses around eachothers butts, no wonder they've always got upset stomachs.

@ChinChilly That looks good, I'll get some ordered, thank you. Ewww re liking other dogs wee they are such delightful creatures aren't they?!

@Kay00 oh bless her, poor baby. Mine is abit naughty for licking things off the floor, including other dogs pee, vile! He seems ok in himself. Our vets gave us this stuff last year after a bad case of diarrhoea, you can get it on amazon it did really help him.

@ChinChilly How strange! I was up all night with my girl (black one) who has had diarrhoea she just couldn't settle. She also hates pooping in our garden, so each time she wanted to go I had to get fully dressed and take her for a walk on the green outside out house (eye roll!). I suspect my girl has either eaten some plastic (she regularly steals from the recycling) or its from some stinky pond water she drank... I'll keep an eye on her take take her to the vet if it goes on much longer.

@Kay00 not sure what's going in with our dogs but I woke up to a pile of poop in the house this morning 🤢 he's got the runs though bless him, all doors open to air the house out today.

@MissC07 ahh yeah maybe have a rest of temping just to not wind yourself up, AF wasn't any heavier or any different when she finally turned up after 90 odd days for me so I hope it's the same for you 😕

@MissM94 thank you!! I'm getting really anxious AF is either going to arrive when I go on holiday or be ridiculously heavy 😣 Can't believe I'm on triple figures tomorrow. I keep temping but there is probably no point if I'm not going to ovulate.

@MissM94 Yup, I'm expecting something hideous especially seen as i didn't bleed a great deal after the mva. Definitely all those things at the ready including chocolate and painkillers 🤣
