@kiwi17
How interesting I have a tilted urters aswell, I have read up even thou my doc told me to take it after my last 2 bfp I have started taking it after ovulation hoping it helps blood to the dip if that makes sense to me it's worth a try I'm up for trying anything.

kiwi17 · 11/08/2021 18:56

@Babyghirl that's interesting, I hadn't heard about that. I know I have a tilted uterus and it tips backwards from my last pregnancy so never quite sure if that's going to affect it either although they claim not. I've wondered about the baby aspirin thing but guess you have to be recommended it by gp?

Babyghirl · 11/08/2021 18:40

@kiwi17
I was just reading threads on it and a lot say they never knew until a scan also read 'Thin Basement Membrane' app if you always have blood in ur urine you could have this and people with heart shape wombs have it I don't know if it would effect it but when I tlk to my consultant again going to ask the questions to him I'm also taking aspirin aftet ovulation to help with blood flow to c if that helps lol 💚

kiwi17 · 11/08/2021 18:23

Ooh ok @Babyghirl kind of assumed I would know by now if I only had one kidney?! Is that something that can affect things?? Oh man! It's at 9am as well so I'm going to have to drink loads arghh

Babyghirl · 11/08/2021 17:45

@kiwi17
Just finished lol dinner sorted I just drunk a 4 bottle of water before I went and one wile I was there lol, needed to pee bad then had me empty my bladder for the internal ask them to check ur kidneys while there I'm stupid I never have read a percentage of people with it only have one kidney 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈.

kiwi17 · 11/08/2021 15:50

Finally got my US appointment through and couldn't make it so they've given me a cancellation slot on Saturday! Hoping that it will show something before we go into fertile week anyway. Worst part of it is trying to have a full bladder for it.. how's the tidying going @Babyghirl?

Babyghirl · 11/08/2021 07:24

@PeanuttyButter
Norm 28 days but last month was 24 cause I norm have a 16 day lh, so CD16 today lol, have a day of work today so house getting it bed an Al stripped lol keep my mind busy.

EmiGoiko · 10/08/2021 22:33

@PeanuttyButter I've also ovulate on day 13 or 14 so possible you already did. I know what you mean about worrying about it. So if you have any doubts it can't hurt to convince DH to have another go!

PeanuttyButter · 10/08/2021 21:24

@Babyghirl how long is your cycle usually

Babyghirl · 10/08/2021 16:23

@PeanuttyButter
I'm cd15 so ovulation here and gone I norm ovulate on cd11 to cd13 norm CD11 though I did ovulate cd8 last month so early ovulation is quite common so maybe you have ovulated early 💚

PeanuttyButter · 10/08/2021 15:12

Thanks @EmiGoiko I just hate getting to the end of the week thinking I could have done more. We have DTD 4times in the last 6 days, I'm just worried that the follicle they saw was the one for this month in which case it will only release in a few days based on size. But my lh has dropped now to 18% so makes me think I've had my peak. It's so hard. DH may be persuaded tomorrow...maybe.. but he's had enough lol I'm only cd 13 though and seems too early!!

@babyghirl where are you now in your cycle?

@ELM7 I recall having a scan about 15years ago and they said bicornuate uterus to me but not been mentioned today or since but they didn't give me any more information.

Nice to meet you @27DONFIN

Babyghirl · 10/08/2021 14:29

@ELM7
Will have a wee watch of that the girl that done the scan had one and went on to have a healthy pregnancy so I'm holding on to that lol xx

EmiGoiko · 10/08/2021 14:00

@PeanuttyButter that's all good news! Least you can relax and not worry about retained product and reassuring all looks OK. Lol about your DH, mine is always the same and glad when my fertile time ends haha. But given your peak I'd agree it suggests maybe you are post O.

ELM7 · 10/08/2021 12:19

Thank you @27DONFIN if I can have an early scan I might tell my Mum afterwards but only want to tell her if things are looking ok.

@Babyghirl I tried to get some info from the consultant and he didn’t really give me anything other than a link to an article on Tommy’s which I’d already read (felt like he’d just googled.

But I did listen to an IG live with Tommy’s last week and they mention it but say that there is no real research to say whether it increases risks or not. (I’ve put the link above) But that if they looked at the people who had had miscarriages they quite often had a uterus deformity so it didn’t fill be with greatest of hopes - sorry 😣

PeanuttyButter · 10/08/2021 09:34

So had my scan, no retained products thank God. She said structurally everything looks ok. She couldn't see any cysts on my ovaries which is good. She mentioned that my endometrium was about 9mm which puts me mid cycle which is good as that's where I think I am. She also said there was a 1.5cm follicle on one of my ovaries. So I don't know if I'm about to ovulate or this was just the left over follicle post ovulation? As I had peak opks for the last 2 days. Il attach a picture of my LH chart to show. I don't know if we should bd more (not tonight DH refuses haha) or just cross our fingers and hope

@ELM7 I'm so sorry about your Mum she will be so glad to have you there for her. Do whatever you feel is best about telling her you will know when your ready. Xx

Babyghirl · 09/08/2021 23:47

@ELM7
Did they say anything about it causing miscarriages or not 💚

Babyghirl · 09/08/2021 23:44

@ELM7
Same as me then I prop be sent for a more indeath scan no doubt to c how bad mine is I have everything crossed this is ur rainbow baby 💚
@Emigoiko
Just trying to stay positive I know I will get my rainbow one day, how r you doing 💚

EmiGoiko · 09/08/2021 23:37

@PeanuttyButter that's interesting you've also had cramping mid cycle. My doctor thinks it is just my body adjusting to the trauma of it all. I took a month off trying so understand about not feeling ready. Hope your scan helps tomorrow.

@Spotsmama glad the GP helped, hope you start to get some more support from now on.

@27DONfIN that's great you feel better for stepping back. The ladies have given great advice so I hope some of it helps.

@ELM7 i'm so sorry to hear about your mum. It's easy to say, but try not to worry on your cramping. Cramping can be very normal in the early stages.

@Babyghirl hope it's not too long till you hear back from the consultant. Hope you are doing OK.

ELM7 · 09/08/2021 22:04

Thank you @Babyghirl that is a lovely thought.

I went for an MRI scan (before this BFP) and had the results to say I haven’t got 2 uteruses at all but have got a bicornuate uterus (which they also call heart shaped) guessing I’ve got quite a servers dip in mine for the fact they originally thought it was 2 completely separate uteruses, so will be very interested to hear what your consultant says.

Babyghirl · 09/08/2021 21:01

@ELM7
So good to hear from you, so sorry to hear abot your mum and hoping that everything is good will light a wee candle on op day 🍀 the girl doing the scan said it was a heart shape uterus so just waiting now on consultant getting in touch to c if he wants a dye scan to c how bad it is or not how r you feeling 💚

ELM7 · 09/08/2021 20:24

Hi Ladies sorry I’ve been MIA.

@H0peing I’m so sorry for your loss. Hope you are taking things easy.

@Annny27 sorry AF arrived hope she isn’t being a bitch.

@Babyghirl any idea when you will get your scan results from the other week?

@27DONFIN glad you are feeling better for stepping back from it all. Not sure on any advice other than to just go along with what ever they say and just think that it’s them that are controlling it so nothing you can do so don’t stress about it (so much easier said than done I know)

I am struggling to take my own advice on the don’t stress about it. Have had cramping on one side for the last couple of days and can’t stop myself thinking something is wrong. Trying to wait until 6weeks before getting in touch with EPU to see if they will do an early scan. However trying to time that with my Mum who has just found out she has breast cancer and will be going into hospital next week for an operation to remove the tumour and then I will be looking after her while she recovers. Haven’t told her as she’s got enough to worry about but can’t then have any appts/scans while im looking after her.

Babyghirl · 09/08/2021 17:09

@spotsmama
Good your doc is helping you and hope you get some answers we r here when u need to vent xx
@27DONFIN
I just go with it and know if I don't get pregnant before my app I have them to fall bck on but I look forward to them but having them on ur side takes a weight of your shoulders and you do relax and enjoy your life again to a certain extent, but you will be grand xx

27DONFIN · 09/08/2021 16:56

Hi Ladies

Sorry Iv been totally MIA for a while. Hope everyone is well. Hello to all the newbies and I'm sorry you find yourself here.

@Annny27 @Babyghirl @ELM7 @Nuggetlover27 how are you all doing?

Iv taken some time away and really relaxed let go of some of the consuming behaviour and feeling a lot better for it. However today I had my first hospital consultation which went fine all factual tbh and organising the next steps for us. This in itself has got me feeling a little anxious. I don't want to go backwards and be so consumed by it all counting down the month to appointments tests and procedures. Any advice?

Xx
