@Babyghirl keeping fingers crossed for you

@H0peing hope you are doing OK, seems so hard to find good advice! Thank goodness for this group. I also feel lucky I found this group and grateful for the support. I know we are all going to get our babies in the end ❤

EmiGoiko · 21/08/2021 09:31

The spotting could have been implantation. I know it's so scary. I feel exactly the same and worry about everything I do. I spend each day waiting for it to go wrong. It really robs you of the joy. Trying to remember that each pregnancy is it's own unique event and just take each day. Sending hugs

EmiGoiko · 21/08/2021 09:27

@PeanuttyButter I see it! Yay!! That's amazing,👏 news!! I'm keeping everything crossed for this one! 🤞🤞

Babyghirl · 21/08/2021 08:59

@kiwi17
@PeanuttyButter
Just pulled up outside a chemist now to get myself a test lol can't see anything happening thou lol just nipped out off work so will take it when I get bck in 💚

PeanuttyButter · 21/08/2021 08:16

Just seen that you've not tested yet @babyghirl are you planning to?! Fingers crossed

PeanuttyButter · 21/08/2021 08:15

I've tested again this morning and it's slightly darker but if you looked at it in the wrong light you would miss it still. My apps are saying AF is due Monday/Tuesday.
I usually go to the gym a few times a week and do some HIIT and I'm too scared to go. I know it can't cause you to miscarry but I feel like it's so early on and implantation isn't complete I could mess it up. Wasn't like this last time, I feel like any happiness I'm feeling is tainted by fear

kiwi17 · 21/08/2021 07:52

Ooh @PeanuttyButter definitely praying for you! @Babyghirl are you going to test?!?

Babyghirl · 21/08/2021 06:40

I will be praying this is your sticky bean 🍀🤞🙏💚.
@Annny27
Still no period for me yet it may hurry up and come lol.💚
@HOpeing
It's amazing the connection you can feel with strangers you don't even know going through the same journey as yourself 💚

H0peing · 20/08/2021 23:08

@PeanuttyButter Amazing! Great news! Smile I will definitely pray for you! Lol yes @Annny27 so funny that we don't know each-other's real names.

I feel so much love for you all even though I don't know your real names, especially with what we've all been through and I definitely still believe that we'll all have healthy babies one day. Thankful that we all have each-other on here during our journey too xxxxx

Annny27 · 20/08/2021 22:13

Annny27 · 20/08/2021 21:54

@peanuttybutter I can see the squinter! Will be sending out a little prayer for you (praying for "peanuttybutter" but God will know who I mean 🥰😂

@h0peing yeah it's very unknown but I would deffo wait a day or two after your peak just to make sure you arent interrupting ovulation with progesterone!

So CD23 today, 10dpo and I've got a squinter on an IC!! AF feels like it's coming and I've had my usual pre AF spotting since CD19/20. I'm not getting my hopes up yet as it doesn't feel like a sticky bean. But least I know we dtd at the right time etc. If you're someone who prays please pray for me xx

H0peing · 20/08/2021 18:13

@Babyghirl no luck unfortunately I couldn't get through, even though I managed to get a copy of the letter from my gynaecologist with a direct number on it. DH and I just talked about it. At about 7am yesterday I got a peak smiley face on Clearblue. I think I usually ovulate within 48 hours of that and I've already had what I think is ovulation pain today so I think I'll start taking my pessaries after 7am tomorrow morning, which will be CD17. I don't want to leave it until BFP like last time as that doesn't seem to work for me. I think I need to boost my progesterone sooner. Hoping that and the doubled dose of aspirin for a longer amount of time will help as well. X

Babyghirl · 20/08/2021 17:25

@HOpeing
Hopefully you have been sorted by nw x

H0peing · 20/08/2021 13:55

@babyghirl thanks for that idea not sure why I didn't think of that! I've now tried calling them several times but no answer so far. Will continue calling them this afternoon. X

Babyghirl · 20/08/2021 12:25

@HOpeing
Just phone your hospital switch board tell them to put you through to your gyno secretory if that spelt right lol.

H0peing · 20/08/2021 11:57

I think I need to move away from Dr Google. I have now read more stories to say that progesterone pessaries can make it harder to get pregnant and are sometimes prescribed if a doctor thinks you are hyperfertile, making your body more selective about what implants so that it's more likely to be a healthy pregnancy but can end up taking a lot longer to get pregnant! Not sure how true any of this is but there's also people taking it at different times - after ovulation, CD21 or at BFP. Bit more confused about doing what's right for me now. I usually ovulate before CD21 so maybe it's a safer option to take it then...but maybe I need it sooner because my body doesn't produce enough progesterone. I asked DH when he thinks I should take it and he bluntly told me that he has absolutely no idea lol. I think I'll have to take a best guess this month and if it doesn't work then hopefully I'll get clearer instructions for my next cycle. Xx

H0peing · 20/08/2021 11:23

@Babyghirl unfortunately I don't have any way to contact her. I was supposed to receive the same letter as my GP but I haven't received it yet via snail mail lol. I'm guessing that the letter would have her contact details on it so hopefully I'll have her details in future. X

Babyghirl · 20/08/2021 11:16

@HOpeing
I would get on to your gyno herself phone leave word c if they phone you bck.

H0peing · 20/08/2021 11:16

@PeanuttyButter no problem. We're all on a bit of a learning journey here. I hope you're OK xxxx

H0peing · 20/08/2021 11:13

@kiwi17 6 days in a row! You've definitely been busy! There should be a lot of sperm stored up ready and waiting for the egg(s) even if you have no more energy left to DTD again this cycle.

We've just about managed every other day this week & DTD peak day yesterday and just had a quickie on the sofa whilst DH is WFH lol. I'm hoping we've got enough sperm ready and waiting now in case we don't fit any more tries in this cycle. X

H0peing · 20/08/2021 10:55

@Babyghirl I had a telephone consultation with my doctor and when I asked her about it she just said to follow the advice from the gynaecologist's letter, which is to take it from CD15 each month, but that isn't what she told me on the phone. On the phone she said to take it after my the peak smiley face day because I told her that I was using Clearblue ovulation kits. I usually get that around CD14/15 but obviously that could change in different months so it makes sense to me to take it after I think I've ovulated rather than just going by my CD.

@Annny27 thank-you! I've just checked Dr Google lol and found a random post on an old forum from someone who was told by her doctor to take it two days after ovulation and it worked for her so I am definitely not planning to take it today (CD16). I think it's too soon because I only got the peak day yesterday. I'll probably start taking the progesterone pessaries tomorrow. Xx
