Yea I didn't know there was a rainbow baby day either and two of my Goddaughters are rainbow babies.

I didn't even know there was a rainbow baby day! Interestingly, we ended up seeing my sister-in-law today and her little girl is a rainbow baby. She is an absolutely adorable, healthy little 3yo! We will all have our own adorable rainbow babies soon. Xxx

What a lovely thought, I definitely need one of those to remind me to be hopeful. I feel like I should make that my mantra!

Good morning ladies well period I think will be here today got the normal swcm I get norm day of period, in work to 4 can't come quick enough lol just washed my car to try get an hour in lol, what you all up to today.

@EmiGoiko thanks for your encouraging words. They are very much appreciated! Yes, cramps are definitely common. I had them during my pregnancy with my now 5yo and he was a very healthy baby. Xx

@Emigoiko I'm only 12dpo or 3weeks 4 days super early. AF due today

@PeanuttyButter 18dpo or 4 weeks 3 days, how about you? It's torture isn't it. I got to 21dpo last time. 😔

@H0peing I totally get that and there is no point doing anything if it makes you feel stressed. I stopped for a while too for the same reason and only started as my acupuncturist asked me to. I've stopped now I've had a bfp or I would drive myself nuts.

Sounds like you have taken a really sensible approach and stuck to as close to what the doctor said whilst listening to your body. It doesn't sound like you took to soon if you went by thr clearblue ovulation. I'll keep fingers crossed.

My doctor wasn't interested in doing anything unless I miscarry again, so I think it is a wait and see situation. I have also been down the old thread rabbit hole and sounds like cramps are common so 🤞

@EmiGoiko Yes, I just stopped doing BBT this cycle because I found it too stressful. I've been told that a large amount of things can change your BBT, even going to bed a bit later etc but I used to get worried about dips in my temperature or it being high but not high enough. It just didn't work for me. The Clearblue ovulation kits are expensive but I find them the easiest thing to use to track ovulation and they seem to be quite accurate for me. If there's no BFP this cycle then I'll probably try taking the pessaries more days after my peak day the next time around as I'm a bit worried that I may have started them too soon for me, even though it was later than my gynaecologist recommended. I've now read several womens stories on old forums via Google and there seems to be a variety of women who have been advised by their doctors to start progesterone pessaries anywhere between 2dpo and 21dpo or even at BFP or weeks after BFP with different women having success in different ways so I'm just not sure yet what will be best for me. Obviously I hope that I haven't taken it too soon and that it will work this time. Maybe your doctor can give you some advice based on your current symptoms? Possibly prescribe something for you? Xx

@babyghirl I didn't get a squinter until I was 2 days late with my last one.

@emigoiko I keep thinking it's over with every cramp. How any dpo are you? Or cd?

In that case I'd try again in a couple days. I know plenty of people who didn't get bfps till the day they AF or later. Might still be hope!

In the nxt day or 2 I norm have a 16day lp so would be up by now has I'm about 14dpo lol

@H0peing that sounds sensible, it does seem vague especially since people's cycles very so much. Have you tried doing bbt? That always helps me know exactly when I ovulated.

I have very strong cramp today. Idk not feeling that positive. I got these cramps around this time with both miscarriages. The first was missed but I remember having the pains around the time they said I lost it. With the second I started bleeding a couple days later. I am counting down till Tuesday as that will be how many days after ovulation I was when I miscarried last time. Currently not feeling hopeful.

@Babyghirl could defo be too early depending on when you ovulated. When is AF due?

Yes, I'm a bit disappointed by the letter from my gynaecologist as it isn't what she told me over the phone and seems far too vague to just take progesterone pessaries CD15 instead of making sure that I've ovulated first, which could obviously vary each month. Guessing is not great but I've taken my first pessary this morning so obviously hoping 2 full days after peak smiley face was enough of a gap.

I know what you mean. It's such a shame how our past experiences can rob us of at least some of the excitement that we should feel when we are pregnant but I really hope that you can find moments to enjoy your pregnancy. X

@PeanuttyButter it's still early if Af isn't due until Mon / Tues so I don't think it would usually be dark yet. They are pricey but I always get my best lines on FRER tests with SMU when testing early. X
