BFN on a FRER this morning not even a hint of a line from what I can see. Currently CD32 which is my longest cycle in my tracking history so who knows what will happen. I've decided to wait until this weekend now, if AF shows it's onto the next one and if not I'll test Sunday probably which will make it 15DPO.
Hope everyone else is doing okay and sending baby dust to everyone xx

Hey ladies just checking in.. so much has gone on! Sorry for the bfns but remember it's still early ❤
@80sPadme hope you're okay lovely ❤
Still hoping to see some bfps this week!
CD3 for me today and have some CB opks arriving tomorrow.. so excited to start peeing on something again lol ❤

SkeletonSkins · 22/06/2021 22:46

@80sPadme so sorry to hear about your results. Do you have a regular cycle but think it’s anovulatory? Have you tracked using BBT? Sorry if you’ve already said that. I’m just wondering whether it could be a one off anovulatory cycle, as they do happen, or whether they think it’s a more regular thing? There are drugs they can give you that help induce ovulation, would they be an option for you do you know? I have absolutely everything crossed for you.

GingerTea333 · 22/06/2021 21:59

@Aries491

Haha thanks *@KayL1988 and *@GingerTea333** I'll be living through other people soon lol depending on AF or BFP! :-)

@GingerTea333 I just read you use a fitbit do you find it worthwhile tracking on there too? I have one too but in all honesty haven't been too good at wearing it all the time. Keeping it on more now to see how rhr tracks but I usually sit around 59/60bpm with the highest at 63bpm but didn't wear it round O this month. If AF shows I might add it into my tracking next time:)

@Aries491 just realised I didn’t reply to this! The Fitbit is interesting but I dont religiously track it because it’s so dependent on other things as well like stress, how much exercise I’m getting etc. But when my rhr goes up I get excited and then when it starts to drop at around 11dpo it usually signals that 🧙‍♀️ is coming!
KayL1988 · 22/06/2021 21:51

Thanks for the update sarebear definitely a POAS addict!

Sorry to hear that @80sPadme fingers crossed when they do further investigations it's something that they can easily work around. Always here if you need anything xxxxx

SareBear87 · 22/06/2021 21:37

Should you ladies be POAS addicts and bargain lover Boots are doing buy 1 get one 1/2 price on FRERs! Basically makes them £3.93 a stick if you buy the twin pack 😉

Aries491 · 22/06/2021 20:39

Evening ladies :)

@Sparklingwine1 don't worry I think ill be mad woman testing this week unless AF shows, no sign of her yet!!

@80sPadme sorry to hear about your test results, hopefully there is something they can do with the medical advancements we have now. Sending lots of love and you can always vent to us about anything xxx

SareBear87 · 22/06/2021 19:46

Blimey ladies! It's been a busy day heh?! I'm just catching up now!

Hi to @CocoLady and @Eli707 👋🏻

@Sparklingwine1 we've all had those mad woman moments. I ended up buying IC to pee on, then would convince myself they false because they're ICs 🙄

@80sPadme I'm sorry to hear about the progesterone test 😔, I think you can raise your levels naturally through diet so I don't think all is lost.

Nowt to report here I'm on 8dpo, had some cramping but I think was my poor infected bladder complaining (still rocking the salts) 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

GingerTea333 · 22/06/2021 19:41

So sorry you didn’t get good news @80sPadme but as the others said this doesn’t have to mean it’s the end of the road. And the more information you get about what’s happening the better the chance of getting a good outcome. Feel free to vent on here as much as you need to especially if you can’t in real life xxx

Sparklingwine1 · 22/06/2021 19:06

Sending u a big hug @80sPadme
What rubbish news ☹️
Hopefully there are still options though! Medical science and technology is so advanced now there must be things they can do to help you.
Xx
@80sPadme ahhh that’s why I’ve gotten confused then?
Gosh all of this is so complex!

How are you feeling about that news though, like what’s next? Can you still try?

@CocoLady sorry about your BFN lovely, but as we always say, you’re not out until AF says you’re out
I feel deflated. But at least knowing this means I won't just keep needlessly trying every month to be disappointed. I'm looking to AF to come now, then I can get these other bloods done and know what's going on with my hormones and then be able to make decisions as to what if anything we will do next.

Eli707 · 22/06/2021 17:54

@80sPadme hope you're ok. Try not to panic about things you aren't certain about yet and focus on the things you can control - carrying on as you have been. They have to rule things out so doesn't mean you are perimenopausal it's just something to tick off their list.

I did a test was a bfn 🥺 it's so hard when my periods are all over the shop ! Shall I jus keep testing everyday ? Sending everyone fairy dust x

80sPadme · 22/06/2021 16:28
@80sPadme I’d check that out lovely cause I’m not sure that’s 100% accurate, I thought the level just has to be over 10 to confirm ovulation for 21 day bloods?
It should be over 10 ng /ml
Mine is 18 nmol/l which is 5.8ng/ml.

@Sparklingwine1

Girls I'm so annoyed!

I caved and tested. I was all calm but then crazy testing pee stick eyes happened and I was a woman possessed!! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 ripping the FRER open like i was Charlie and it was a ticket to Willy Wonkers chocolate factory. It was a very sad sight to see.

It was a BFN with a very faint indent line 🤔

I don't know why I did it because honestly it hasn't made me feel any better as I don't truly believe I'm out the game yet this month.

So it was literally pointless 😂

I feel disappointed in myself as I thought I would be more self restrained this month but nope... crazy pee stick eyes happened (again).

NEXT MONTH I WILL BE STRONGER.

We've all been there, the TWW is some kind of possessing ritual I swear. I am like another woman in these 2 weeks dying to test. I know that it's pointless, I know that it's likely going to be neg, even if I am pregnant, but I can't stop it.
80sPadme · 22/06/2021 16:04

I just got my progesterone tests back and it appears that I am not ovulating.
I'm getting positive opk's etc but my progesterone is only 18 and it needs to be 30 to confirm ovulation.
I feel like my heart is going to beat out of me I'm so gutted.
Next will be tests after af to see if I am perimenopausal.
I can't even explain how gutted I am

Eli707 · 22/06/2021 15:12

@PurpleCat88 I've been temping since Jan and sleep definitely makes a difference. Not accurate when I've slept badly and sometimes I forget until I've been awake tossing and turning trying to get back to sleep with no success - it's a little all over the place when that happens. If I wake up in the middle of the night, as long as I've slept 4 hours I'll take it as I don't always get back to sleep (my app tells me off tho when I post temps at 3am!!) Otherwise I think I've settled into quite a good pattern - defiantly know the day 🧙 is coming as temp plumets that morning.

@GingerTea333 my OH could sleep through an earthquake so no worries about a little beeping disturbing him!! 😂

HRP1990 · 22/06/2021 14:50

@GingerTea333 @Sparklingwine1 that made me chuckle too 😂 definitely been there!

I don’t know why I test because in my mind I’m the same! When I get a BFN I’m like.. “well 🧙🏻‍♀️ Isn’t here yet so it must all be lies” and then she shows up on time 😂

GingerTea333 · 22/06/2021 14:30

Ahhh @Sparklingwine1 I’m sorry for the bfn but I loved the image of you frantically unwrapping the frer like in Willy Wonka!! I have 100% done that before and know exactly how it feels - and then you ignore the bfn anyway because you’re not out until 🧙‍♀️ arrives. What is it about TTC that turns us iOS crazy. I swear I’m pretty rational in the rest of my life!

SkeletonSkins · 22/06/2021 13:58

I feel like an indent like can become something though?? Can you see anything on a photo? I don’t think you’re out you know!

@Aries491 I feel like I am living through you at the moment! So exciting!

@PurpleCat88 we are pretty much cycle buddies I think. I don’t do bbt because my sleep is terrible and I think my bf would kill me if I introduced a beeping thermometer into the mix in the mornings - has everyone else’s OHs been ok with this? However I do watch my resting heart rate on my Fitbit each month and it’s interesting that it rises every day after ovulation and then drops just before 🧙‍♀️ - another thing that stops me early testing because I always know she’s coming when my heart rate drops. Our bodies are so interesting even though they seem to constantly troll us!
