@anotheronettc I have not been tracking or anything just leaving it all to hope and chance ! I'm trying to have days where I don't over think.

anotheronettc · 15/09/2021 12:33

@hanma90 I'd been trying since November 2020, not as long as you but still some time. I honestly thought I'd never ever get pregnant as sometimes the last cycle I had was 52 days!!! It wasn't until I really figured out my bodies clues that I was ovulating that it actually worked! and this was the month where I was like you know what I don't care now, I've been partying very hard for the last two weeks!!! So this baby is probably built on booze and cigarettes 😳😳 but I've been relaxed. So weird how the body works! Also frustrating. Are you temperature tracking and peeing on ovulation sticks that is how I knew I was ovulating as well as EW mucus. Good luck lovely xxx

@anotheronettc thank you for your kind message, I've not lost hope yet although we have been trying for nearly a year and half. Just wondering what's our next step. Handstand up the wall to make sure everything gets to where it needs to be ? Haha obvs I'm joking. I just like to be positive and stay that way , it will happen for us 1 day , maybe this cycle?!?! Who knows x

anotheronettc · 14/09/2021 21:43

@hanma90 so sorry, don't lose hope though. My apps are saying 7 dpo as I track my temperatures but one of them is saying 8. So maybe I'm more than 7dpo! Pretty unusual to get a positive on a digital this early. Sending you best wishes xx

anotheronettc · 11/08/2021 18:37

7dpo.. probably an indent as I know 7dpo is wayyyy to be early. But still hopeful for this cycle as I definitely ovulated and timed things well:) wish me luck:)

So! My period arrived on day 52, 17 days after my app predicted I ovulated. So that made me feel better that I had a nice luteal phase length:)
Funnily, it arrrived that day I had a smear at test booked and chat about my crazy cycles but that's been pushed to next week now. Feeling positive for the next cycle though and really just prioritizing my health at the moment. Hope to post a BFP here one day x

I'm suspicious of those tests too! I've had false positives too!

NoseringGirl · 08/07/2021 19:31

How's it going now @anotheronettc ?

anotheronettc · 29/06/2021 19:47

I wouldn't be surprised. The only thing that is making me doubt that is that when I thought I'd ovulated my temps did not go up. My temps shot up ten days ago (like it was 36.9 degrees this morning) so to me it makes me think I ovulated late.. if my period comes in 4 days (14 days after ovulation) then I'd feel more reassured. But thanks ladies you've honestly helped me through the last month haha x

I agree I think it sounds like a chemical pregnancy op I'm afraid

november90 · 29/06/2021 19:26

I just wonder, with the positive ovulation tests and then faint PT which conincided with each tiger if it was a chemical pregnancy and that's why there's no AF yet? Complete guess though and I'm not doctor. Either way must be awful for you not knowing.... if you mention it at your smear they will most likely ask you to book a separate appointment so it might be worth doing it ahead?
Hope you're ok lovely 💐

anotheronettc · 29/06/2021 19:19

@november90 don't worry haha! Well I have my smear test on the 6th so figured I may as well wait until then tbh.
I'm suspicious that all the faint positives were just evaps! Just frustrating honestly. I think I may have just ovulated very late, but all of this doesn't give me hope for my fertility to be honest.

Omg please ignore the typos on the message 🙈🙈🙈

november90 · 29/06/2021 18:58

Have you considered contacting your go and explains your period is late and you've had faint positive pregnancy tests and you're concerned? They should be able to arrange some bloody tests for you?

anotheronettc · 29/06/2021 18:22

Day 47.. no period.. very high temps. Wtf. Seeing a doctor for a smear test soon so really hope they can advise me on what on earth Is happening with my cycles.

Day 43, no AF, temp was 36.94 this morning 😂 negative pregnancy test. My app s saying I ovulated very late..so if I did ovulate on day 36 like it suggests, then I'm on day 7 of my luteal phase and I hope I make it to 10! Anyway I didn't have sex after I thought I'd initially ovulated 2 weeks ago as I had positive Lh tests. Just goes to show.. never assume and just keep OPk tracking through the whole cycle xx

Thanks guys, I'm due a smear test so I will ask. I came off the pill in November and my cycles were always 34 days up until Jan when I had this lletz treatment and ever since then they've been over 40 days. I'm 29 and my husband is 40 so maybe he should be checked too. But staying positive. Feel for people going through this infertility so much. I'll keep you posted as to what happens.. if AF ever decides to show to whatever is going on! X

I had testing before a year at the GP when trying for our eldest because I had irregular cycles and she suspected I wasn't ovulating and said there was no point asking us too keep trying in that case. My husband was also tested. I was only 29 at the time.
My GP also tested again after 6 months of trying last time around even though I already had children because I was over 35. I wouldn't have been eligible for fertility treatments but I could still have PCOS treatment.
It's always worth asking!

unicornpower · 25/06/2021 12:53

@anotheronettc I had blood work done at 9 months TTC because my cycles were all over the place, I saw one doctor who refused until wed been trying 2 years(?!) But then I saw another one who referred me straight away- it's worth asking for x
