@Danni744 thank you! Yes hopefully will be plain sailing 🤞
@LeeTTCRainbow yea I took a digital this morning 1-2 weeks and I'm only 4 weeks on Sunday!

KSmith94 · 11/06/2021 15:53

@Danni744 thank you, if it does happen it would be a complete surprise as we have literally only just had our little boy back in March but we would be so happy to have another regardless if it was earlier than planned or not, if we're not then I think it's made us both want to start trying again for number 2 sooner than we originally thought ☺️ oh and sending baby dust your way ❤️

And sorry to hear about all of you girls that have had losses ❤️ My twin and I wouldn't have been born if my Mum hadn't lost her first baby which is so weird to think about, she lost her baby in the May that year then fell pregnant again with my brother and I in June just 1 month later, sending baby dust to all you ladies ❤️

LeeTTCRainbow · 11/06/2021 15:41

@Hdujsjdjdbru amazing, do you know many weeks you are, have you managed to do a digital yet?

LeeTTCRainbow · 11/06/2021 15:39

Hey girls currently 8dpo woke up with some nausea last few days and eased off but this afternoon i feel so sick, tmi but like can taste it or like have a funny taste in mouth, the sickness side if isnt pregnancy i wonder if have a stomach bug as im feeling rough. Also had some sharp cramps last night and had lower back pain since 5/6 Dpo.

Anyone else feeling the same?

LeeTTCRainbow · 11/06/2021 15:35

@TheDots yes thats who i want to use heard great things and had planned with our second but unfortunately started bleeding before my scan.

Yep one step closer, how are you feeling? x

Danni744 · 11/06/2021 13:30

@TheDots yes!!! You really just know don’t you? I don’t understand it but I’ve experienced it a few times 💝 I love that advice thank you, I often do similar and nothing sticks in my head so I can afford to research the same things a few times a week haha xx

@KSmith94 HELLOOO WELCOME!! That’s beautiful you already have a little boy, fingers crossed you’ll be added to the BFP crew soon 😍

@Hdujsjdjdbru I love that he was shocked, I Can’t wait to hear about this journey 🤩 fingers crossed ypu won’t get the sickness/exhaustion. For my youngest little boy I was forever in hospital on drips etc. He put me through the works xx

@LeeTTCRainbow this is true about not out until AF shows ✨yes I really loved to see her journey and I completely agree it was good she shared her journey to this point here now. I’ve seen that many people have been complaining about what Stacey shared, but personally I found it heartwarming, relatable and inspiring xx

@Catipepo sorry to hear you’d also been feeling the same x it really is consuming ! Around this time I get so exhausted and hungry, with the cramps and it just messes with the head because they’re signs of being pregnant, but also my usual signs from my anovulations ! I think I need to pay someone to shake me twice a day 🤣

Hdujsjdjdbru · 11/06/2021 12:17

@LeeTTCRainbow I am feeling fine thank you. If it's anything like my last pregnancy, I won't feel any different for most of it! Yes told him - he was shocked but happy! Smile

TheDots · 11/06/2021 08:48

@LeeTTCRainbow definitely think that's a good idea! I used Window to the Womb last time and they were really lovely in there. Yeah that's pretty much the exact same experience I had - absolutely awful!

Another day down ladies! Happy Friday! Hope everyone is feeling okay today 😊 x

KSmith94 · 10/06/2021 22:36

Hi can I jump on here, currently 2dpo I think, already have 1 baby and feel so blessed to have him 💙❤️

LeeTTCRainbow · 10/06/2021 22:30

@TheDots yes same here I’m already planning on having an early scanned booked next time hopefully will reassure me a little, yes I think your right as my second was nothing like my first, first was like early labour I’m guessing when ambulance turned up they put a cannula straight into me (I was still sitting on loo as was bleeding so heavily) and gave me morphine for pain and straight on gas & air to help me breathe through the contractions, never felt pain like it and more so as knew wasn’t getting a baby out of it to keep you going. Physically and emotionally draining. But id go through all the pain again if get our baby out of it. X

TheDots · 10/06/2021 21:32

@Catipepo thanks! I found it really helped me. I just knew it was unrealistic to tell myself to stop stressing and stop thinking about it so I turned it into something helpful 😊 hope it helps others too! x

justwant2beamum · 10/06/2021 21:14

Yeah I saw her post too and I was thinking aw that's ace she's managed to get her rainbow she's quite old... then I saw her scan and googled it to confirm I did not know she was 31 😳😳😳

Catipepo · 10/06/2021 21:14

@TheDots I like your tip of Googling but with a purpose- going to try shifting into that mindset!

TheDots · 10/06/2021 20:38

@LeeTTCRainbow haha!! I don't think I could be that subtle with chucking up! I didn't actually throw up but I was nauseous the whole time I just wanted to be sick! Lol love the humus 😂 I totally get that about the scans - I know I'm going to be so nervous at my next one. Totally agree about MC - my first one at 13 weeks was nothing like a bad period, it was more like what I imagine the start of labour is like!! My second at 5+2 was more period like but still not the same. Guess it just depends on how far along you are at the time.

@Danni744 so sorry to hear you're going through a rough day. You don't sound silly at all - I just knew too, it's a feeling you can't describe to anyone else. I knew it was going to consume me and I became quite stressed about it so I turned it into an educational piece for me - whenever I'm googling something I try to turn it into learning something about the process, women's body, hormones etc etc. That way I'm still allowing myself to think about it, google etc but without the additional pressure I'm putting on myself. Hope that makes sense?! Lol. I saw Stacey Solomons announcement too, I love how honest she is, makes it so much more relatable.

Catipepo · 10/06/2021 18:40

@Danni744 Sorry to hear it's not been a great day. Have been feeling similar, I hate this wait, it's such a rollercoaster. I've been having some cramps but not feeling hugely optimistic. It's all-consuming isn't it?! Feel like I need someone to come and give me a good shake and tell me to snap out of it 😂

LeeTTCRainbow · 10/06/2021 14:20

@Danni744 oh lovely im sorry your having a down day and tough time, just remember its early days and your not out until AF shows.

Yes i saw stacey solomons announcement i cried through it, so glad she mentioned about her miscarriages, more women should be more open about them its not all clouds and rainbows, i actually suspected she was few weeks back she had been acting different, was so tired kept having naps and couldnt stop eating callipos haha, i love stacey such a positive, honest person she seems. xx

Danni744 · 10/06/2021 13:26

Has anyone seen Stacey Solomons news on Instagram? So beautiful! She’s speaking about the joy and fear of now confirming pregnancy after experiencing losses xx

I need to see some BFP’s to keep me going so I’m looking forward to seeing more from you lovely lot! I really feel a bit down tbh because I know this is going to be a bit of an emotional journey and not expecting it to be quick or easy. If I’m being completely honest, I can’t really see it happening again for me but I am so so SO blessed to have my beautiful boys and any extra addition will be another blessing, I’m not giving up without a fight lol. All I’m feeling are my usual twinges/aches/pains for this time of the month. Sounds silly but straight away with my others I just knew…..I don’t know how… it’s really weird, but I just knew. Except for my little boy, I never knew at all even though the signs were their. I know that it’s very unlikely to fall pregnant first time, never happened like that for me before, but now because I’m trying to get pregnant, the pressure and the wait feels unbearable! When you want something so badly it’s hard not to let it take over your mind xx I’m so sorry to hear of your losses so late on ladies, all till now my partner and I have mentioned our little ones that never made it and how old they’d be. But the idea of making it to the ‘safe zone’ then receiving that news 💔❤️‍🩹🌈….

@Hdujsjdjdbru how are you feeling? have you told your partner now? so excited for you. x

LeeTTCRainbow · 10/06/2021 10:59

@TheDots yeah that's a good idea, i know was lucky no none suspected done my best to hide even the trips to loo to chuck up haha no one caught on, doubt this time will be so lucky as know had two losses now, oh one night i really wanted humus so just got the tub and sat in bed eating in at like 1 in morning. did you suffer with much morning sickness?

oh im so sorry, glad you've had a positive scan experience at least, we never had a early scan will do this time though even if have to pay private, scans seem to be my trigger of anxiety as not had a positive experience....yet, yes why they say its like a bad period i dont know i was prepared for that, not the painful contractions, huge clots, vomiting etc.. then the emotional side hits and hard to get yourself back on top when grieving.
oh yeah the TWW is the worst days seem to drag, fingers crossed this is our month. x

TheDots · 10/06/2021 10:31

@LeeTTCRainbow lol fruit is the best craving to have! You can just say you're on a health kick - I'm hoping that's what happens to me next time round! There were times I'd be up at 2am eating tuc biscuits 😂

I had had an early scan at 7 weeks and everything was fine - saw a heartbeat and all looked good. I hadn't had my 12 week scan though, it was booked in for a few days after my MC started - it happened naturally but very quickly so I was in hospital for the majority of it. It's been really tough - I go through waves, every TWW I feel quite positive and then get feel really low when it doesn't work out.

I'm so sorry to hear your experience - it's heartbreaking. I'm keeping everything crossed that this is our month x

LeeTTCRainbow · 10/06/2021 10:16

Hi girls, one week down another to go, officially 7dpo today, definitely have some mild cramps under belly button and lower back pain but could well be PMS only time will tell. how are you all doing? xx

LeeTTCRainbow · 10/06/2021 09:11

@TheDots I was at work so was doing my best to hide my bloated belly and my snacks lol I couldn’t stop snacking otherwise would feel so sick fruit was my go to luckily couldn’t get enough.

I’m so sorry I was 12.5 weeks when found out via my scan but 13 weeks by time had my emergency d&c, had you had your scan by then and everything was ok? Honestly my heart breaks for you and anyone who has been through a loss so hard to process. X

TheDots · 10/06/2021 08:48

@LeeTTCRainbow right!! I lived in baggy jumpers - plus we were in lockdown for the majority of it so I could hide myself away 😂 I was 13 weeks when I miscarried, how about you? Oh the baby grow sounds so cute! That's such a lovely idea. Yeah the weekend will make it go faster for sure - just need to get there first, this week is draaaagging!
