@Danni744 I'm so so sorry. It's one of the most heartbreaking things. I've been there twice this year so I completely understand when you say you're feeling drained. You will absolutely get there and taking some time out before trying again sounds like the right thing to do - it'll give you the time to mentally and physically recover. I'm okay thank you lovely, having up and down days in terms of anxiety and thinking somethings wrong but I'll get there. Thank you for all the sticky vibes - it's definitely needed!! x

LeeTTCRainbow · 21/07/2021 09:05

@Danni744 I’m so sorry to hear this, I know how hard it is and having those words said to you, keep your chin up and let yourself grieve, taking some time out is def the right decision wait until you feel ready again. Here’s hoping our rainbows aren’t far behind 🌈 xx

Danni744 · 20/07/2021 22:56

I don’t think so, only had an early scan as I’ve been bleeding and getting pains. started off as little bloody discharge, then days later again, then today lots of pink discharge in the morning then more by 12:30, then by afternoon bright red x thank you, feel drained tbh heartbroken. Completely. But what can you do., just keep going forward and trying. Heart.Broken. Taking a few months out before moving trying again. How are you getting on though hope you’re well x sending loads of sticky sticky sticky sticky bean wishes your way 💝

@Danni744 oh I am so, so sorry to hear that. Is there any way your dates could be slightly earlier than originally thought? Sending you so many hugs xx

Danni744 · 20/07/2021 19:59

Hey ladies didn’t feel right so booked an early scan, no heartbeat detected. Their was originally two.

Baby dust and sticky beans everyone ✨✨🌈

BABY DUST to you!!!!

Ohh yess I’m 7weeks 5 days! I feel like I’m only really suffering with everything else RN but the lack of energy is very very real atm. Boobs are veiny as well, do you keep getting pains like TOTM? Today I came up to bed early (I was working on the laptop so I wasn’t being lazy) but I just felt uncomfortably painful after doing dinner and a few chores x feeling really really bloated belly and face!! X

Hi ladies!

Hope everyone is doing okay?

@LeeTTCRainbow so pleased to hear your mum is doing okay, what a scare that must have been! How're you finding this month?

I'm 7 weeks + 3 today. Feeling very, very tired and achey, boobs are much bigger and I have morning sickness although I don't know why it's called morning sickness as I have it throughout the whole day 😂

Hope everyone is doing well!

LeeTTCRainbow · 12/07/2021 12:07

@Danni744 Hey lovely, how exciting, have you had a date for your booking appointment yet?
yes they add on 2 weeks, when take digital if says 1-2 weeks you see the info at bottom and works out 4-5 weeks confusing but exciting as further along than you think.

yeah 5 days or something they last up too, yeah best way just enjoy it rather than forced, I've been lucky as plenty of bd in my lead up, fertile window and ovulation so i really hope weve done enough and we get a sticky bean this month.

I'm now 2po had my peak saturday morning by sunday was negative again so was quicker than normal but we should be covered hopefully.

Danni744 · 10/07/2021 12:17

Well I know I’m 5 weeks but the midwife says 7due to how they calculate it from the date of the TOTM which is confusing to me. You’d think I’d remember all of these things by now but I still don’t lol!!

Well this is it, I felt that from what they say about how long the lil swimmers can last, it was beat to not put pressure on us to dtd every day as it begins to feel more clinical. So I felt comfortable doing with the little day rests lol x

I’m so curious to know how everyone is getting on?!! How are you all?

OP posts:
LeeTTCRainbow · 09/07/2021 14:18

@Danni744 yes she was lucky as could of been paralysed so even though feel very unlucky im lucky in that sense as could of been alot worse.

When pregant your be more sensitive which wont be helping for hay fever, i couldn't use certain deodorants as my skin was super sensitive when was pregnant.
How many weeks are you? 5?

That's really reassuring to know we have been doing the same every few days just so hopefully we are covered.

Danni744 · 09/07/2021 12:45

Oh that’s good that she’s doing ok, must’ve been so petrifying!

Doing ok thank you, I’ve not experienced many symptoms except tiredness and the time when I was getting night time sickness. Except because I can’t take hayfever tablets I’ve been suffering a lot of asthma attacks. It’s been torture, been locking myself away from pollen, no running or walking etc. But this week it seems to be easing so I’m hoping to get back out their.

I never caught my ovulation peak, every time I tested it was extremely low, but I BD every two days through the fertile window before ovulation and then on the day I was meant to ovulate xx

OP posts:
LeeTTCRainbow · 09/07/2021 12:26

@Danni744 hey how are you doing? Congratulations btw had many symptoms yet? can i ask did you bd on just ovulation or your fertile window?

Mums doing better thank you, been discharged from hospital just on rest at home and on morphine for pain relief, going to be a long process for full recovery but she is still chirpy in herself.

Danni744 · 09/07/2021 11:46

Oh my life how is your mum now??!

✨✨BABY DUST TO YOU ✨✨

Good Luck all!!! X

Congratulations to all the BFP's

Sorry been absent last few weeks, been so busy which has helped time pass, but its that time again ovulation due this weekend I really hope this is our month, realised we are 11 months in for ttc with 2 losses and still childless, also my due date for first loss is end of the month so getting that BFP will really help, i need this, its our time, come on swimmers.

Good luck anyone on the July bus with me.

LeeTTCRainbow · 25/06/2021 16:22

It doesnt rain it pours.
Honestly this last year and this year is cursed for me i swear.

. Engagement ring broke had to have remade in time for wedding
. Covid then cancelled hendo and wedding
. My dad had a scare with his heart thankfully ok.
. Found out pregnant in November then 3 months later missed miscarriage then lead to D&C
. Lack of period and going through all that stress.
. Found out pregnant again in march, then another miscarriage.
. Been trying since and no luck just had AF.
. And now my mums in hospital with a broken back with 9 weeks to go before wedding.

Long story short my mum had a accident last night fell off her horse, she's ok in herself luckily just in alot of pain, but turns out fractured her back in 2 places and broken her leg, wheelchair will be needed, and recovery is 5/6 months i just cant believe it, she's so upset about it all and more so about the wedding situation.

Just cant believe so much bad luck can happen to one person.
Happy Friday.

I think I have a water infection for the bottomless brunch lol! Or a chest infection…That’s great that you managed to recognise and act o a trigger. I also started to cut down last year, then quit for about 4 months this year. I think I’ve noticed I don’t really care for it that much tbh. But usually when I’m out with friends or OH I’m wild so it will definitely be noticed when I’m falling to sleep in my tacos while drinking fizzy water.

£80 is great for piece of mind, I’m planning on a gender reveal this time with a balloon, just in the back garden with my OH and our two boys. They love an excuse for a little ‘party’ so I’m planning on getting them into some baby games and picking blue or pink. I just want to make sure everything really is ok and great before I tell them. Are you planning to find out your gender?

OP posts:
Catipepo · 25/06/2021 12:02

Ah no, well I hope you manage to get it all submitted!
Yeah, I was looking at Window to the womb, it’s around £80 for a viability scan which I don’t mind paying as a one off.
Haha people get so suspicious, I’ve reduced my drinking a lot over last few years (not that it was excessive!) as it just gives me anxiety but people will never leave it alone and always assume something else is going on! Bottomless brunch is a hard one! Only so many rounds of antibiotics you can say you’re taking

Danni744 · 25/06/2021 11:46

I already have extenuating circumstances due to covid so this is the last chance to get it all in !lol! I laugh only because it’s just so messed up I can’t be negative, it will all work out however it works out. Oh that’s a great idea about the scan, is that private booking? I’d love an extra scan I just need to hear a heartbeat and then I think I’ll feel less scared and more excited. That would be lovely to share the news with your friends on the trip 😍 I’m out for a lunch for my friends birthday next week. But it’s a bottomless cocktail brunch!!!! I’m saying I’m on tablets but they already suspect something because I didn’t drink for her actual birthday this Wednesday just gone. I blamed it on being in the week so I didn’t fancy a drink, but it seems anytime you say you’re not drinking, people automatically turn and say ‘ARE YOU PREGNANT?!!!’

OP posts:
Catipepo · 25/06/2021 11:29

@Danni744 Oh that sounds awful, bless you. Can you get extenuating circumstances and an extension for your work?
Apart from being perpetually tired I'm okay, don't feel too different.
Currently considering whether to book I'm for a reassurance scan. I'm away with some friends around week 10 and they will know something is up if I don't drink at all for the whole weekend- I don't normally drink much but I think turning down a glass of wine with dinner will be suspicious! Am happy to tell them 'early' as they're very close of friends of 20+ years, but think I'd like some certainty first.

Danni744 · 25/06/2021 11:13

@LeeTTCRainbow Hey so my Father’s Day announcement happened the night before! I got scared and anxiety started kicking in so I wanted him to know so I could vent lol!

Sorry to hear you have had an extra hard AF xx

@Catipepo Lol now you mention it….our bathroom door is rarely shut as well! I’m getting on ok thank you, but hayfever is killing me.it’s preventing me from sleeping because it’s triggering my asthma and two nights ago I had an asthma attack so I’m in pain now and just exhausted from the lack of sleep. It’s the most severe I’ve ever experienced it effecting driving and normal daily life, as extra as that sounds. But because I’m in my first trimester theres no medication I can have. But Tuesday I have an appointment to revise my asthma medication. So I’m currently walking around with sunglasses on, Vaseline up and around my nose, and having a spoonful of local honey every day. Really struggling to get my uni work done tbh can’t see me completing in time. How about you how are you doing? X

OP posts:
Catipepo · 25/06/2021 10:40

@LeeTTCRainbow Thank you so much. Apparently announcement wasn't such a surprise and he knew because I never normally lock the bathroom door 😂
How're you doing? Hope your cramps have eased up !

I've been so exhausted this week feel like I've been so useless as work, might need to tell my manager soon as I'm sure they're wondering what's going on!

@Danni744 How have you been getting on this week??

@Yas34 Welcome!! Sorry, I don't have much advise on charting either. How has your week been, when are you planning to test?

LeeTTCRainbow · 21/06/2021 12:14

Morning girls,

@Catipepo massive congratulations, fingers crossed for a sticky bean and happy and healthy pregnancy.

How did all your Father's day announcements go? I'm gutted i couldn't surprise my fiancé, and bless him he thought i was planning too until i had to break news to him AF arrived Saturday morning.

How are you all feeling????

my AF has come with a vengeance, cramps have been none stop since Saturday morning and been so so so heavy. hoping in next few days will ease off and can get back excited for tracking ovulation again.

Danni744 · 21/06/2021 07:02

@Yas34 morning!!! I’ve never tried charting? Is that when you take your temperature ? I’ve heard this is meant to really be a decent way to monitor your body. Baby Dust your way ✨✨

@Catipepo so how I said I’d bought a vest to tell him the news….I hadn’t..I bought scratch cards! Why I thought I’d bought a vest is beyond me?!

I got so scared yesterday had period pains all day but it’s passed now

BABY DUST AND STICKY BEANS ✨✨

Congrats on all the BFPs ladies! I hope I can join this tread.

My husband and I have been trying for 4 months now, and I have had normal ovulation for the last 2 months after taking hormone management medication.

I’m currently on 10 dpo, I’ve not been tempted to test as I know it’s simply too early. I am keeping a journal of my TWW symptoms, DTD days and ovulation tests.

I’m not charting yet. Does anyone here recommend this method? I’m a healthy person with a good BMI, non smoker and regular at my gym. Taking pregnancy vitamins to increase our chances, but willing to try charting if it helps!

Wishing you all healthy pregnancies and more BFPs to come!!

Catipepo · 18/06/2021 09:51

@Danni744 Aw same, I even forked out on a digital one as I'm not sure if he'll know how to read the others!

I want to tell everyone and no one at the same time 🙈

Sticky beans and baby dust for all of us I hope 🥰
