Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 6

1 dpo. Doesn't my RHR look fabulous? Unfortunately I'm sick with a cold. 😞 Only dtd twice at 2,5 days and 4 days prior to ovulation. I'm almost counting myself out at this point 😩

@gezelligheid glad to hear you’re getting on well and all was ok with midwife appointment. I’m high risk too but tbh not found anything too extra or onerous at the minute. Only thing was consultant call after 12 week scan which was a doctor telling me a bunch of things I already know like eat well and do exercise 😂

Hello @LS2020 I had my booking appointment yesterday. Higher risk because of my BMI and because I had pre eclampsia previously, so lots of extra appointments and scans! Our 12 week scan date should come through the post in a few days, but we saw a heartbeat at our early viability scan 2 weeks ago so I'm hopeful!

Nauseous and exhausted, but other than that I'm good!

@Rocky39 interesting! Any sign of AF yet? How many DPO are you? When I've had ups and downs like that, they've generally been caused by drinking alcohol, illness, or vaccinations, could that explain it?

Hello! I have lurking on here a while and thought I'd ask you rhr experts some advice. What is going on with my rhr this month.? AF was due over the weekend but no sign yet, previous months my rhr had an obvious decline before AF but this month its gone up down up down when if should just be down? 🤔 confident I'm not pregnant but curious if anyone else has experienced this before?

@mrsS21 I've taken my fitbit off now but after ovulation I had a big dip too and I'm now almost 7 weeks pregnant, everything is going well. Here's my chart, yellow O is ovulation, red arrow is bfp

@mrsS21 Ah brilliant!! Congratulations on your bfp! And great that rhr is bouncing back too maybe just a big implantation dip, or maybe dropped due to some other factor. Lovely line, how many dpo are you now?

Just a little update :) thought I’d share, as I really thought this wasn’t my cycle. I hadn’t really had symptoms, and my RHR was dropping back off up to Friday evening. But had a faint positive Friday night, started with pinching feeling overnight, then feeling nauseous today. Lovely strong positive this afternoon 🥰

Thank you @GlassLily, really appreciate you coming back to me. I’ve had a spike back up by 3 or 4 bpm since about 24hrs ago…so I guess I’ll just have to be patient! Had a positive on frer Friday night, so keeping everything crossed!

@mrsS21 For my BFPs, the only time it has dropped back below ovulation level is when it's been a CP, sorry to not have a more hopeful story! Rhr isn't the be all and end all, so a big drop doesn't necessarily mean you won't get a BFP and healthy pregnancy, there are plenty of other factors at play. But still, I wouldn't take too much hope from a chart with a big drop like that. Any other possible bfp symptoms?

Good evening ladies, I’ve followed this thread for quite some time and wondered if anyone had any reassurance… we followed smep this month and I’ve been so excited feeling like it could really be our month. My question is, for anyone who’s had bfp’s, did RHR always stay elevated after O, or did it dip and pick back up?
Feeling like my RHR is pretty much at lowest rate, but trying to hold out hope we could still be in with a chance! The purple arrow is my O day, between 8/9th November. Any thoughts?

How are we all getting on, any interesting RHR charts? I've been looking at HRV and breathing rate on Fitbit and wondering if that is affected too...

I have to go back for another scan on November 25th but the scan today shows that baby is growing in the right place! Such a relief after my ectopic last year! The sonographer said although I'm 6 weeks from LMP, I'm looking more like just on/approaching 5 weeks

Has anyone got an idea of the highest their rhr has got above normal AF rate when pregnant? Mine has skyrocketed in the last few days and is now about 26bpm higher than AF rate, I'm 28 weeks and I'm a bit worried my heart might explode?!

Just got the blood results for my repeat tests, they've more than doubled so they're happy with that they want us to come back on Monday for another scan, they said because my hcg has risen they should be able to see something by then
