Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

I'll join you ladies.....Cycle 9 and CD 4 today. CD 1 Saturday cried all day, as wasn't expecting af to arrive until Monday 31 May. Luteal phase was much shorter 10-11 days not sure if it was from taking B10 vitamin tablets. Private clinic not taking appointments due to consultants being busy, so I'll have to phone back on Mon 7th June to check-in. BPM is very high than usual not sure if it's due to working out or some strange reason happening within my body.

justwant2beamum · 01/06/2021 18:43

@Juno231 sorry to hear cd2. TTC is just so unforgiving and bloody hard. CD12 here, flashing smileys on cb ovulation sticks so been dtd.

NJOBX · 01/06/2021 11:54

Awww bugger!!! Sorry to hear that @Juno231 !
Apparently exercise is meant to help improve fertility and stuff and also make you feel better in yourself so that’s a good idea.

@GlassLily
It is scary but try your best not to worry about the drop in RHR, that’s what I have been stressing about and I still have up and down days, I’ve attached my chart so you can see how much it has dropped! X

@Juno231 ugh, CD2 is annoying! But good things come to those who wait ✨ how long is your cycle?

My rhr dipped today but only 2bpm.... A little scary. I'll be very frightened to look at it tomorrow 😞 hopefully back up again... but if it drops more that can't be a good sign.

Gah so I'm CD2 of cycle 19 now. Going to really try and lose some weight this week seeing as I might as well whilst waiting for that BFP.

@Kona84 Something to look forward to then isn’t it ☺️

Kona84 · 30/05/2021 20:09

No we are not wanting to find out the gender. Going to keep it as a surprise for the birth.

NJOBX · 30/05/2021 16:01

@Kona84
Awww Kona, that’s great! Are you finding out what you’re having?
It will go absolutely fine I am sure ☺️

Kona84 · 30/05/2021 15:29

I am good getting nervous for my 20 week scan on Tuesday.
No definite movements yet and barely any symptoms other than bump so a little daunting

GlassLily · 30/05/2021 12:59

Thanks for the reassurance @justwant2beamum and @Kona84, it really helped - the cramps are gone now and there wasn't any bleeding, not even a spot! My bloating has subsided too, I almost want to panic about lack of symptoms now haha but I still have sore nips and am a bit bloaty, and it's only 15DPO so I think that's about right! Updated rhr attached.

How's everyone else getting on?

GlassLily · 29/05/2021 00:51

Thanks @kona84 🙂 sorry about your mc. I think I need to stop second guessing every symptom!

Kona84 · 28/05/2021 23:39

My boobs were sore until about 8-9 weeks then overnight they were fine.

@GlassLily cramps were definitely on my symptom list. I had a miscarriage jan 2020 withy first pregnancy at 8 weeks - I had really sore boobs and peeing constantly but no cramps. Everything felt 100% fine until bleeding started.

This pregnancy I had cramping that felt like period cramps, I still get some cramps now.
Try not to worry,

justwant2beamum · 28/05/2021 21:09

@GlassLily when I got BFP I thought i was getting period as had cramps so I'd say normal at 13dpo x
Don't want to upset anyone but I had hg and was on every tablet under the sun still throwing up about 20 times a day and one weekend it just stopped I didn't feel sick any more and I went for a private scan and had had a missed miscarriage so I'd lost it the 2 weeks before so I'd been sick for 2 weeks horrendous symptoms thinking everything was fine. So I wouldn't go too much by symptoms. But also on the other hand I've heard from lots of people symptoms settling down about 8-10 weeks is common so best thing is try not to worry/over analyse everything. X

NJOBX · 28/05/2021 12:41

@GlassLily

Cramping* not cranking haha, sorry!

NJOBX · 28/05/2021 12:41

@GlassLily

No honestly don’t worry as cranking at this stage is completely normal! Mine felt like period cramps which worried me but it was fine ☺️

GlassLily · 28/05/2021 12:35

Thank you so much @Alicespring and @NJOBX I'm going to try and relax. @njobx I'm glad you said that about starting at a similar time.... Been googling and most people have cramps all the way from ovulation, or much later, and I was getting upset that mine just suddenly started arrive AF time. But no reason to think there's anything wrong at this stage. I will just rest and hope 🤞🏻🤞🏻

NJOBX · 28/05/2021 12:29

@Alicespring
Thank you for the reassurance ☺️ I have had some bouts of sickness again today but just not as bad. I hope it is just my body getting used to it all because I was starting to think how long does this go on for 😂

@GlassLily
Yes! It was definitely that early on because I got my BFP at 9DPO and a few days later it started ☺️X

Alicespring · 28/05/2021 12:28

@GlassLily

And just to say even if you do spot or bleed it's not the end. I had a bleed at 6 weeks and turned out it was just implantation bleeding. But if anything like that happens phone EPU in my experience they have been great

Alicespring · 28/05/2021 12:26

@NJOBX
my symptoms did the same....kept touching my boots to see if they were still sore, then the sickness hit me like a train. Apparently it can be because of a surge on hormones then your body gets used to it and it peaks and troughs. As long as there are no painful cramps and bleeding it should be all good!

@GlassLily I had that at the start too.....and that was why I thought I wasn't pregnant but turns out I was and was just the usual early pregnancy symptoms. Again if they don't get too painful or bleed you should be OK. Its so nerve wracking and I feel for you, i still get very anxious when I feel cramps or when I go to the toilet incase there is blood!

GlassLily · 28/05/2021 12:05

@NJOBX this early on? 13DPO?

NJOBX · 28/05/2021 12:01

@GlassLily
I had all kinds of weird cramps and niggles after I got my BFP! I think it’s down to the ligaments and uterus stretching 😊x

GlassLily · 28/05/2021 11:48

With my CPs I had cramps at this point but more severe, I'm worried this is the beginning of the same thing 😞

GlassLily · 28/05/2021 11:47

Anyone got any positive stories after having cramps at 13DPO? They aren't really severe or anything but I have had cramps a few times today and I'm really worried it's all going wrong...

NJOBX · 28/05/2021 11:12

@Juno231
I suppose if it puts my mind at ease I might as well haha.

Well things are looking very positive then! They say spotting can last up to 3 days for implantation as well so give it a few more days, that chart has a beautiful rise 🤞🏼

Juno231 · 28/05/2021 11:06

@NJOBX ha do call her - it's her job and there will be lots of far crazier ladies out there bugging her 😁

I don't think I ever spot before AF! Attached my rhr - let's see what happens this weekend.
