Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

34+3 today.
Ido have gestational diabetes but controlling it with diet currently.
May mean baby arrives earlier but I think I’m nearly prepared

Huge temp drop for me this morning. AF will be here either today or tomorrow.
We weren't trying and had a slip up so not too gutted. Would have been nice though lol.

@Gizzy93 how sensitive are the ICs? If implantation was at 10dpo you wouldn’t be showing anything yet anyway!

Oh @Gizzy93 I know what that's like when everything is looking positive except getting the BFN...it's so frustrating. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Hopefully it will stay up tomorrow as that would be a good sign!

My temp has gone up again. BFN on IC. This is a little frustrating 😅

@bfnancy thank you! I’m 4+ 4 so right in the right range for a 2-3 week. Get my first scan at 6+4 which I am so excited for!!

@LS2020 congrats on the CB 2-3! That looks like things are progressing nicely! Does that make you about 5 weeks now?

@Gizzy93 your chart is looking positive 👍🏻 has your RHR also risen a bit? The temp dip around 10DPO could be implantation 😉

My temp did rise a little today, I posted it a few posts up. Bloody troll chart 😂
Maybe ill see what my temp is tomorrow before deciding to test.

@mumof23188 about 7 weeks so two weeks on Monday. Left voicemail for hospital today so hoping they call back at some point.

@GlassLily yes I did! 2-3 weeks today on official test day ☺️ Starting to feel excited as now past my CP. Hope my first scan isn’t too long but then also don’t want to go if it’s too early and they can’t see much??

@LS2020 have you managed to wait it out, are you doing CB weeks in the morning?

Unfortunately a drop for me today. Also haven't had much in the way of symptoms either. Had a slight line on an FRER today but I think it was just an indent.
How is yours looking today?

AF due today but gonna give it a few more days. Isn't rising, but also hasn't dropped like it usually does.

My usual pattern is high rise then plummet a day or two before AF comes. But this month just been steady around the same rhr for the last week. Anyone else had a chart like that?

(Ovulation day is where the arrow is)
