So first peak on Friday and second peak was Sunday as per the previous pic, they have gone back down now (they did yesterday)

The apps have put my ovulation day as yesterday as Saturdays was the darkest line out of all of them.

I really feel like I'm out this month as we only DTD on the 23rd and Friday. When I conceived before I did it the day before, day of and day after. Is there still hope? 🤞

@Juno231 32 so not super young but not hitting nhs criteria for faster referral. GP has told me they will not refer until dec 2020 as that's one year after we lost our first. On the verge of going private tbh!

@kay00 thank you! Thats reasurring! We are desperate to be pregnant but a period would be a welcome reasurance that everythings okay!

Hi @Amz24 No need to panic its perfectly normal (albeit frustrating) to take a little while for your cycles to come back to 'normal', and there are a few ladies here who have had monster long cycles of over 140 days! Hopefully the bleeding you have had in the last few days means that your AF is finally due to turn up x

New here* sorry to butt in on the conversation but a lovely lady sent me this way. Were ttc, came of the pill 23 march, had a withdrawl bleed and nothing since until past 3 days (tmi) ive been spotting brown which had some bright red in today, i have health anxiety so totaly freeking myself out that i havent had a poper period yet (had neg pregnancy test) anyone else similar situation? Desperately need reasurance

@Moocher90 ah I'm glad you had fun! Boo for the spotting though, let's hope AF stays away though.

@TheDaydreamBelievers well at least your chart is staying consistent... I'm sorry it's dragging though. How old are you again if you don't mind me asking - would you be able to go to the GPs about this at the 6 month mark?

I’m 11DPO today but been spotting very pale pink since yesterday so fully expecting for AF to rear it’s ugly head. Been on a hen weekend and it was fab though. Onto cycle 11 I guess….. as ovulation was earlier this cycle my cycle will be shorter this month so expecting AF in the next couple of days.
Also waiting for progesterone blood test I had on Thursday.

@Juno231 not dropped but not risen either!

@Kay00 my mum knows and several of my close friends (about 4 or so). Mostly helpful, sometimes a bit pressuring (mum)

@kay00 all my close friends know but I haven't told anyone in my family. I know no good would come out of it though, it would results in ignorant and insensitive statements.

@CharWils ovulation is 12-36 h from the first surge so i don't think that second day of peak counted as much!

I mentioned it to my Mum but she's really good and doesn't ask me about it. Just let's me tell her.

The bleeding has stopped and I don't seem to have any cramps etc. Am hoping I ovulate in the next few days

@tillybabs, yes I had some bleeding but I was still on my period (CD5 I think). I continued to bleed for a couple more days but that's not unusual for me. I'm glad you're not feeling too uncomfortable xx

How is everyone?

My mum and sister came to visit this weekend so I had a couple of days where I didn't think of TTC, which was quite nice. I always thought I would speak to my mum when/if I needed to start fertility treatment, but I don't think I will. Maybe if I need IVF I will, but for now I'm going to start Metformin (and all of its shitty side effects) without keeping her in the loop.

How many of you are keeping close family up to date?

Morning ladies. I had my Hycosy test today and I have to wait for full results but the Dr said my tubes are not blocked and from what she could see, all looked fine.

But she said she would look at the scans more in depth and send the results back to the consultant

@Kay00 did you have some bleeding after? I am bleeding a little

It was slightly uncomfortable but not too bad overall.

@CharWils the problem is it's super hard to pick an exact day until it's already over. Your peak is clearly any day now so just DTD at least every 2nd day until the OPKs drop and the temp shifts up . I know it's so frustrating not to know for sure!

Juno Thos was my first cycle using OPKs so I'll think I'll continue with that while my cycles are settling, taking folic acid and vitamin D, don't know what to try next ha ha! Happy for any suggestions. Don't think I can do temping as I don't wake up the same time everyday.

Definitely worth trying again @CharWils- anything from O-5 to O+1 has a chance! Best days are O-2, O-1, O...but obv you dont know in advance what days these are!

Do we think I have any chance of this being ovulation? Or is it just another peak and valley in my mountain chart?! 🏔🗻

Managed to pin him down this morning so here's hoping. Worth trying again tomorrow if I can if ovulation day is today? OPKs are showing low again so I assume that means it is as the surge happened yesterday?

@Kat668 I'm sorry :( when I was in my earlier cycles I used to focus on something new to try next cycle - is there anything you want to try next time?

@CharWils gah that's so frustrating and upsetting - I'd def have a cry and totally get it! Tomorrow and 23rd would mean you'd hit O and O-3 which are two of your most f fertile days so you'll definitely be in with a good shot xxx

Well I don't need to test again tomorrow, started spotting so AF is on her way :( really gutted as I felt like this was the one. Ah well had my little cry now to get AF over and done with and move on to the next cycle.
