Morning all - hope you all had a good w/e. Just quickly checking in (at work!). Big congratulations to the lucky pg ladies - hurrah!!!!! I'm feeling very as af arrived last night - I was so sure we'd cracked it this time! Dh being very lovely though so that's cheered me up a bit (we'll just have to keep trying he says, leering!!!) Also feeling knackered as DD very hot and sick last night (couldn't sleep worrying about her and had to keep sneaking in to her room to check she hadn't been sick again!!!). However, she seemed OK this morning but every time the phone goes my heart starts pounding - ahhhhh!!!!

ChaCha · 08/11/2004 10:53

Rudy Dudy,
Afternoon
Tis encouraging to know you got pregnant 6 months after lap. This is my second lap Don't know what's going to happen now, but it's got to be better than this endo cramping!
Did they give you anything after the lap? Clomid etc? Thanks x

Best of luck hope you are our next graduate. not long to wait for you have you been doing the boobie squezing thing too???
I hope iam all hormonal for the right reasons too dh said i better be pg he can deal with me being a crazy woman if its for a good reason not if iam just being crazy iykwim
My boobs are alittle tender if i slightly squeeze them but i usually get that anyway b4 af but i never get this nipple thing they feel brused. and i just generally feel shit. No doubt i will feel worse tomorrow after a night of tring to get ds to sleep in his own bed all night tonight.

Bibi - I am also cd26 and no signs either. Not sure when af due as my cycle is still all over the place. O last mon/tues but as dd was admitted to hospital on weds, I am not holding out any hope of success this month due to the stress of returning to work and being frantically busy and dd being poorly and trying to juggle that with work . When are you going to test? I guess I should wait at least 14 dpo but am dying to test now just so I know where I stand. Even though I know its very unlikely, you still hold some hope, don't you?! Stupid really

Bibi20 · 08/11/2004 10:23

Hola

Thanks for the stats round up Geordie - very impressive!

I'm now cd26 - af due Thursday I think, no pregnancy signs - just some cramping on and off since O, but had that before without it meaning anything!

Sorry to hear you're feeling blue Tania, hope you're hormonal for the best reason! (((hugs)))

Tania2 · 08/11/2004 10:10

Good luck. I have just linked my diary of CC to your other thread.

Tania2 · 08/11/2004 08:45

I did cc when he was nearly 1 for his day sleeps and yes it did work we did it more like the baby whisper way dont know if you have heard of her. i just find it hard not to cave during the night when your tired and alot more emotional. See how strong i can be tonight. But i know i have to do it especially since he will be staying at my BIL house for half of the night.

Hulababy · 08/11/2004 08:38

I have my fingers crossed for you

We did CC with our DD, aged 20 months last Christmas. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. First night she complained for about 20 minutes, next night less. By days 4 she was sleeping through on her own really well.

Tania2 · 08/11/2004 08:28

Thanks hula. xxx
Really dreading the sleep thing have started a thread on it for some advice hope i get some b4 i go to bed tonight. BIL & SIL are going to babysit on sat night now ds has never stayed there b4 but he loves his cousins aged 3 & 5 both boys so that is one worry gone.
Have still been getting the cramps and slight sicky feeling and very very sore nipples. dont want to read into it but cant help it. is it too early to get that sick feeling?????

HELP

OP posts:
Tania2 · 08/11/2004 04:25

Hi girls i know you are all sleeping but i have to shed some tears so to speak.
I am a blubbering mess atm iam crying at a drop of a hat i have just been crying over the fact that we have a friends wedding this w/end and my inlaws have said no to babysitting cause its FIL birthday on the friday and MIL & FIL want to go out for dinner. so when dh told me i unrationally carry on about it start crying and yelling how could they be so selfish they can go out on sunday night (we are all going there on friday).
DH keeps telling me i am pg cause i am so hormonaly sad and that is making cry even more cause i know af will show her ugly head again in 7 or so days. i just want to cry cry cry and be on my own (which is hard with a 2yr old) even worse still dh and i have decided that tonight is the night we are going to start getting ds to sleep a full night in his cot instead of coming into bed with us at 1:30am. we have to do it noone is getting any sleep now anyway.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi before I head for the land of nod, very tired, hope everyone is doing well and has had a good weekend x

MunnzieB · 07/11/2004 22:31

lol, it will be worth the wait!

yingers74 · 07/11/2004 21:19

Glad it is not just me, now where is that other pregnancy test...............no just joking am going to try really hard to wait 3 days!

MunnzieB · 07/11/2004 21:11

lol, yes don't worry I do that as well! have been known to do it about a week b4 AF, knowing full well it would be BFN but in my defense my dates were a week out and I actually though i was late.

yingers74 · 07/11/2004 21:08

Don't post very regularly on this thread, but was wondering if anyone is as bad as me when it comes to pregnancy test. Even though i know it is too early and that i should just wait to see what happens with AF, I still do it. This month, I have used 2 tests, even though AF not expected till Tuesday. One last Thursday and one this morning, I realise it is a huge waste of money but cannot help it! the worse thing is that when it comes back as negative I feel down and yet hopeful which leads to the likelyhood of wasting another test a day or two later!!!!
