I was on no contraception! We used condoms only. I have been stressed lately so maybe it's not come because of that

@bethabean your periods may just be adjusting / settling if it's your first month coming of contraception. Mine were all over the place. I had a period 20th December - 24th. Came off the pill on xmas day, had a period on the 11th Jan for a few days which I was assuming was a withdrawal bleed and then they slowly got better after that.

I'm 6 DP0 today. No symptoms apart from the urge to eat everything in sight 🧐. Xx

@bethabean you said it's your first month TTC - did you take the pill before or did you use any other contraception?

Yes, definitely negative but still no period which is weird for me as I'm usually regularI feel okay about it, just confused! I'd have been lucky to fall pregnant in my first month

@L1ttleb1t haha I was thinking the same before I was like should I test on Friday then I'll be 9 DPO 🤣 I honestly think this time I am just going to try and wait til AF comes.

If it settles your mind then test but it may be negative anyway as early so remember youre not out until AF comes! Xx

Do you guys think it's too early to test tomorrow at 9/10dpo? We have wine planned for the evening (just a glass) but obviously I wouldn't drink if it was positive. Am I just giving myself a reason to test too early??

How many dpo are you now? That's the problem with symptom spotting, it could be anything! With regards to the alcohol, I still had a drink but only had one

@L1ttleb1t I know how you feel. Had a few symptoms yday nothing today at all. I have been super busy at work though so maybe my mind was off it. I've noticed a bit of extra CM that's about it.

I had one glass of wine last night and then I was like hmm probably shouldn't have anymore 😂😂 it's so hard isn't it? Xx

Well I know they say HCG doubles evey 48 hours so maybe leave it for 2 days from the last test and try again? I think the last bit of the TWW is the worst - it feels all or nothing once you're late. Good luck.

I've had lots of right sided ache/pulling/twinges today and nausea again. Trying not to read too much into it. Problem is after having a baby, you immediately attribute the same physical feelings to possible pregnancy even though they could just be a pulled muscle or wind ... !

Is everyone off alcohol until AF or "drink till it's pink"? We normally have a sneaky wednesday "mid week wine" but I don't know whether to abstain until AF.

It is so frustrating! I'm not 100% sure if when I ovulated to be honest so maybe I ovulated later all I know is that I have been absolutely exhausted the past 5 days. I've never felt this wiped out in my life! Maybe it'd be wise of me to do another test tomorrow morning

Really trying not to symptom spot especially for like 4DPO but I've very slight cramp again, slight heartburn which I never ever get 🤷‍♀️ my ovulation dates could be slightly off. Xx

Had a bit of transient nausea today, that went away when I had something to eat. Reminded me of how morning sickness felt, but at 6dpo I know it can't be that. Funny how your attention gets so alert to these things in the TWW.

AF is late 2 days but I tested a couple days ago and it was negative so pretty sure I'm not pregnant. Just wanting it to come now so I can move onto the next cycle!

@Gnashaloulou congratulations! Definitely don't worry about the wine especially as you haven't even gone padt when af is due. I totally understand your worries after having a mc. When are you telling oh? I haven't told mine yet as af not due till tomorrow.

I had a few aches / cramps yday but nothing today. AF isn't due until 17th though xx

Hi ladies, how is everyone doing? Congrats to those who’ve had their bfp!!

I tested yesterday but wasn’t expecting much, since we have only managed to dtd once in my fertile window and I’ve had zero symptoms other than headaches all week (and weird dreams!!)...and I caved and tested last Thursday and got a stark white negative on a frer. Yesterday I got a bfp! I am in a daze at the moment as I really was not expecting it. I think I am roughly around 11 or 12 dpo. Frer from yesterday and the cheapie I did this morning.

Haven’t told OH yet, going to wait a week as I haven’t technically missed a period yet - I was due on roughly this Tuesday coming.

Feel really guilty as I had a bottle of wine on Friday night thinking I was definitely out this month. And I’m so paranoid this won’t stick due to my age and the fact I’ve had a mmc in the past (albeit a long time ago)... still so happy though!

@Missnataliex my first sign was that my opk starting getting darker again. 🤞 it's a sign of a bfp.

@Missnataliex that sounds promising then. Keep an eye on it as it could mean you're pregnant!!

I don't know. A bit weird. I got really bad cramping before and a lower back pain which is odd considering AF isn't due for another 9 days. My boobs were sore too but I honestly think that's just hormones from ovulation coming down so I'm not seeing that as anything. Don't really think I would be implanting yet as it's far too early although I can't be 100% certain when I ovulated as my OPKS were all over the bloody shop this month. Not last cycle but the cycle before I had some similar pains and it was nothing so I don't want to think get my hopes up really. I think you just look out for every little symptom don't you?

I really want to try and hold out and not test this month. Although I know what I'm like I'll get to next Friday and test 😂😆 xx

@carlsi6 that's what I was thinking .... but the last few days the line has got stronger & stronger. Will just wait and see if I get a period! Wish me luck! How are you feeling??? 🥰

@Missnataliex sorry I meant the line closer to the white strip sorry 🤣 xx

@Missnataliex so flip it round the line closer to the bit that says LH is the control line, so although it looks strong it's no where near as dark as the control line. If you've ovulated in the last few days it's still possible it's this dark as your LH levels will just slowly be coming down.

The other possibility is that you could be pregnant as LH levels maintain 🤞🏼🤞🏼 fingers crossed!! Id maybe test next week? Xx

Another very strong OPK🙄 I'm so confused! I'm due my period between 12-15th May. Sorry to be a pest since this is my first TTC. Is this normal to be ovulation so close to your PMT?
