Just starting up a new thread 😁. Hopefully I haven't forgotten anyone!

@kirinm whenever I had indents on them it was always outside of the time frame, my actual positive was clearly there within the time frame and showed up on another straight away as well. Maybe do another later on this evening? X

Sansa87 · 25/11/2021 14:36

@kirinm I didn’t use these, but I definitely are a line 🤞🏻

kirinm · 25/11/2021 13:52

@whambam89

That's my 9dpo test if that helps at all x
Yeah that is very clear. I think this is probably a shadow from an indent but it is early days so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I've obviously inverted the pic and you can see the line I'm talking about. But pretty sure they come with indents too.

@kirinm I can see that clearly! Easy at home are what I had my first positive on, quite clear at 9dpo (I think they would have been positive at 8dpo had I tested) but I have also had quite bad indents previously as well... I've got everything crossed for you!! 🤞🤞 X

kirinm · 25/11/2021 13:19

I think it's probably too thin to be an actual line? Why or why do I do this 🙄

Does anyone know if the easy@home tests are bad for indents? I'm only 8dpo so I've no idea why I'm testing but obviously obsessing. Something is definitely catching my eye but I think its possibly a shadow from an indent. (Hasn't stopped me looking at it for the last hour though).
@kirinm I'm doing ok, nausea is much worse than the actual sickness now - I'm living off pasta, bread and potatoes 😂 8+1 today, going to try and book a private scan this weekend as it's heading into party season I don't think I'm going to be able to avoid telling people much longer and would rather the reassurance of another scan before we tell anyone. Also would rather people be surprised than them have already assumed because I'm not drinking! How are you doing? Have you had any of your blood results back yet?
Let us know how the scan goes.

Yes all fine here. I didn't have time to get my 21 day bloods done today - I'm doing school tours most mornings this week and I just can't take the time off for a hospital run and a tour on the same day. Work is too busy.

I'll aim to get my day 3/5 done if AF arrived and then do day 21 in December.

I was feeling vaguely hopeful this month - only because I had such a strong peak on an OPK but I've got my usual tww symptoms so I don't think it'll happen. Ah well, I can eat and drink rubbish over Christmas!

How are you doing @whambam89 - you must be around 8 weeks now? I know it probably doesn't feel like it's going fast particularly if you feel unwell but apparently sickness peaks around 10 weeks and then begins to calm down so hopefully just another week or two of feeling rough 🤞🏻🤞🏻

SS123456 · 18/11/2021 13:22

@whambam89 the first trimester is so hard isn't it but as you say it should hopefully soon pass 🤞🏻

@SS123456 I'm ok thanks! Struggling with nausea and constantly exhausted but trying to remind myself it's only temporary 😴

Can't believe Jessie is 12 weeks already!

SS123456 · 18/11/2021 07:28

@whambam89 how are you doing?

@kirinm I really hope you have been getting your ovulation dates wrong all this time (in the nicest possible way!) and this will be it for you 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Sansa87 I can't believe she is 6 months already, that has flown!

Jessie is 12 weeks now and having her second lot of injections today

@Sansa87

Fingers crossed *@kirinm* I was surprised when I actually ovulated too.

Frankie is 6 months old today’s where has the time gone!

It absolutely flies by. Obviously when they are babies, they are very cute but I think as they get older and can do more things, they become much more fun to be around.

kirinm · 17/11/2021 11:08

Well, I think I'm ovulating today which is CD15 which is late for me. Only by a couple of days. I'm not sure we can manage DTD again tonight though.

Maybe I've been missing ovulation all this time.

kirinm · 16/11/2021 09:22
@kirinm yay! Do you think you've been timing DTD wrong then?
Not really. We'd normally DTD up to CD13 which in theory should be close enough but maybe we should keep going until CD15/16.

whambam89 · 16/11/2021 08:09

@kirinm yay! Do you think you've been timing DTD wrong then?

kirinm · 16/11/2021 07:43

Finally got my peak 🥳

So that means I'm ovulating CD14 or 15. Very strange to realise my ovulation cramps happen days in advance of ovulation.

kirinm · 15/11/2021 11:07

I've just read that if you miss your surge with these tests, you'll keep getting flashing faces as it's still picking up the hormone and doesn't realise you've missed the peak. I reckon it's probably that but will keep testing just in case.

whambam89 · 15/11/2021 10:49

@kirinm he's a lot better now thanks, he's still in isolation until Thursday though which feels forever away! DD isolation ended today so she's back in nursery thank god 😂🙈

kirinm · 15/11/2021 10:19
@kirinm strange! Would be interesting if you're ovulating later than you thought you were.

I'm ok, the nausea is bad and I'm being sick at least once a day. Absolutely exhausted but not sure if that's still covid related.
In the nicest possible way, it's great that you're feeling so rough!

How is your DH doing with his bout of covid?

whambam89 · 15/11/2021 10:10

kirinm · 15/11/2021 09:54
@kirinm did you get your static smiley? 😊
Not yet / nope. I'm not sure what's going on. I definitely felt like I ovulated but I got another flashing one yesterday. When I took the test out the second line is super faint so I'm wondering if I've yet to get a peak or my hormone levels didn't get very high? I'm going to keep testing for now anyway. It's CD13 I think and I have a 27/28 day cycle so it could be today / tomorrow I guess.

How are you feeling?
