Anyone TTC May

Hi Ladies,

I was hopeful this month but can feel signs of AF creeping up and due in a couple of days..

I'm not too distraught as we only managed it a couple of times in my fertile week so thought it may be the case this month was a no. Now I am so ready to get annoying AF out of the way and get on the May bus!

Is anyone else in the same boat and hoping next month is the one?

I am taking folic and vitamin D at the moment but I'm going to add DHA and co-q10 as well as I've heard v good things.

Good luck to those going for May... it's my birthday in May too and I've asked for a baby 😂

You could still be in with a chance - fingers crossed for you lovely.

@Bundaberg84 Incidentally I don't really have any symptoms at the moment. My right boob feels a little sore but other than that nothing really. All the previous months I feel like I've had so many and obviously bfn!

I have been quite busy the last week so I think that's certainly helped keep my mind occupied and less likely to make something out of nothing. I am staying hopeful. Good luck to you xxx

@Daisyfloxx never had implantation bleeding either but just based on how many dpos you are it makes sense :)
@FayLiv I'm 8dpo today, no symptoms I think so far. Hiw about you?

I didn't have any other symptoms but this morning I'm quite crampy and had a bit more light bleeding. I'm now thinking it might be period 😕

Fingers crossed for next month I guess!

Yes it could well be!

I have never had implantation bleeding before but many people do.
Have you had any symptoms at all? I think I am around 6/7 DPO today. X

Hi all! Sorry to jump on this post but after some experiences!

I am six days DPO today and had the smallest amount of pinky brown on the tissue when I wiped this evening. Could that be implantation? If so when would it show on a test?

I've had three pregnancies (two miscarriages and DD passed away at 10 days old) but never had implantation bleeding!

@Sleepyquest did you? No it’s my 2nd and I didn’t feel any different at all when I was pregnant with my DD? So strange isn’t it x

Could be it @Msd2416 ! Is this your first? My first baby I felt quite sick and very full a few days before I was due on. I think I'm worried as I don't feel like that now.

@Sleepyquest same! Due on next Monday but had some cramps today very bizarre! Any help but think all this is messing my body up if that’s even possible?

I'm on day 43 of cycle one. No sign of a period. I've had two children and my cycles became like clockwork straight after coming off the pill both times. I'm wondering if it's because I've had the vaccine or if I'm a bit more overweight this time. Blaming myself.. of course! Hope you're all doing ok! X

@fayliv ive only got two pg tests in the housr - I'm saving for when I'm 'sure I'm pregnant' 🤣 I'm 4 days from period...minor spotting, minor sore boobs...major symptom spotting 🤣

I'm now officially in my tww and the end of the month can't come soon enough! I'm going to hold off on buying any ic or tests until I am due af. I am going to try and not symptom spot but I know any little twinge is going to have me thinking!!

I'm just unsure of whether or not I have ovulated yet. Does ovulation happen during the two detected most fertile days showing a smiley? Or just after even with an empty circle ⭕️

I don't temp so can't be sure but can anyone shed any light? X

You are likely to ovulate 24-48 hours after your first sign of a peak and the egg lives up to 24 hours after. So best to bd as much as you can over the 4 days after first peak. Then you are covered if you are a late ovulate in the 24-36 hours and until the egg would die. Unless u know u ovulate soon after your peak. I get very sharp ovulation pains as I ovulate and that's usually around 12-24 hours after I get a peak so I bd leading up to my peak and then for a few days after to be covered.

Some advise the day before the surge as the best time to conceive and some say up to 24-36 hours after. Does anyone know when the best time to DTD is?

Husband and I DTD the day before yesterday and yesterday. I had a positive OPK yesterday. He’s unwell today and not feeling up for another round. Do I still have a chance this month?

Thank you for any advice. It’s super appreciated. And good luck to everyone on the TTC journey.

24-36 hours after the LG surge is when you will likely ovulate. After ovulation the egg only lives approximately 24 hours. Once you get your peak I would continue to BD till 4 days after the peak, this would cover you if you ovulate at the later end and until the egg has died off.

CD10 and peak ovulation according to CB. I have some ovulation bleeding (which I’ve never had before).

DTD on Friday and just used DC nap time to sneak another one in.

Doubt we’ll be successful this month but somehow have the excitement still.
