1DPO - Anyone want to join for the 2WW?

Hello! First month TTC. Currently 1DPO, no symptoms as of yet, but already feeling stressed at the thought of not knowing if we were successful for two more weeks! Worried we didn't BD enough, we did every other day during the fertile window including day before O. Anyone got any advice or just want to join in the conversation to get us through the wait?

@IzzT yes it is like a mild sort of pulling sensation.

Fingers crossed. Trying not to get my hopes up as I do it every month and end up being disappointed but it's impossible not to hope 🤞🙂

@charja100 thank you! I know it's contradictory of me to say this given I tested at 9DPO but honestly the stress last night of not knowing if it was just a dodgy test or a real positive was horrible - I'd recommend waiting at least another day or 2 if you can 🙈

@K8Tee still plenty of time for your BFP! Fingers crossed. I have those symptoms too - like a weird tugging in my uterus and intermittent cramps.

Omg these last few days are like torture lol. 10dpo, due on in 4 or 5 days but I feel very pre-periody right now already. Feeling a bit queasy and exhausted and have a kind of period pain (really mild) type pressure in the bottom middle of my tummy, more in my pelvis actually. I'm convinced it's all in my head and af is just on her way but it's impossible to not get your hopes up isn't it! 🙈 my frer was negative this afternoon, couldn't resist a cheeky test but hoping it could just be too early. A gals gotta hang on to some hope lol. 💕 this thread seems to have been lucky so far so hope it continues!☺ Xx

My app is saying I'm 6DPO now but the date shifted a few times her the course of the cycle so I don't really know I could be 8DPO or even 4 😂

I've felt some pricking on my left side which could be implantation. Or could be nothing lol.

What day do you think I should wait to test to?

@Daisyrobin123 AF is due Monday I think - I usually have 27 day cycles but didn't O until CD15 so Premom is estimating Monday for AF but based on my 27 day cycle as usual it would actually be due tomorrow... Not sure what date to go off really?

@DeafChef1 thank you! I'm still in shock if I'm honest!

@dogmom0930 🤞 for some line darkening over the weekend, I think I'll feel a bit more confident then!

@IzzT Yes I would leave a digital for a few days and like you say just keep using the cheapies. When is AF due? Ahh if all goes well we will be due around the same time 🥰🥰 Really hoping this is a lucky thread for others and some more join us in a few days!!

10DPO today I think although I think I probably O'd overnight based on the pain I get when ovulating, so maybe as much as 11DPO. I don't think I'll believe it until I see it on the digital but I'm going to leave that for a few days as I don't want to see a "not pregnant". Going to keep going with the internet cheapies too to make sure there's some line progression 🤞

@Daisyrobin123 I’m only on my first cycle so still early days! It is really scary reading about miscarriages, I try not to read too much about it as chances are everything will be okay! As with everything, people are more likely to post about the bad stuff than the good! Looking forward to following everyone’s journeys!

@IzzT that looks like a good line! Glad you’ve told hubby! Mine is so chilled about everything, he says the same just wait!! Although because I’ve been feeling ill today he does keep saying “maybe you are pregnant” haha!

Welcome @80sPadme, I’ve been the exact same even at 1DPO I was symptom spotting 😂 hopefully the week goes quick for you!

I’ve just been and bought myself a new car and I’m SO excited so that’s a nice distraction from TTC and the 2WW!! It’s will arrive in 3-4 weeks so just another reason to be counting down the days haha!

@Lalala1985 I swear I felt so many random symptoms at 4-5DPO and then felt very little 6-9DPO and then got a VFL.

@Daisyrobin123 couldn't get a FRER but did manage to pick up a Clearblue early detection one and it was a decent line! Hubby has been told 😂 he says he's not going to believe it until AF is late. Why are men so sensible?! 🙈

2ww here, have be NTNP on 1st cycle. That said we BD a lot this month. ConfusedShitting myself that it's not the right time/ can't afford it/ mid house buying/ wanting to get married in next 12 months.
I know if we wait on and on for the right time there will always be a reason to not be the right time.
I'm 37 this is my second marriage and this is our one (and only) 'blended' child that we both want.

Congrats on the BFPs!

I'm only 5DPO and already symptom spotting 🙄. Mostly because I've had some cramping and my boobs hurt, which they don't usually this early in the cycle, and my pulsatile tinnitus has made a comeback for the first time in 5years (it was caused previously by hormonal issues and is a pregnancy symptom apparently).

I know it waaaaaaaay too early for any kind of symptom though! From a study I read the earliest you can implant is 5DPO and even then it'd take a few days before you get any symptoms so I don't really know why I do this to myself.

@IzzT Fingers still crossed for you that that line darkens for you! I know that I've read that it could take more than 24 hours to be considerably darker. So I've still got lots of hope for you!

@Daisyrobin123 I think that's why I'm nervous that my line is so faint. Worried it's not going to darken but I know it takes time! It's so easy to just jump to the worst case scenario 😬

Yes I was thinking that too! I'm thinking of trying to get one for week 8/9. Trying to stay as positive as I can but reading all about MC's on these boards puts it in your mind!! X

Thanks @IzzT and @Tangfastic91 I still don’t feel great! Only 10 DPO so it’s still early and maybe these are early symptoms 🤞🏻 Trying not to get my hopes up though!

Hope you get a good result if you end up doing another test later @IzzT!! I don’t think I’d be able to keep it from my husband 😂

So happy for your positive on the digital as well @Daisyrobin123 - I’m sure the scan will come around in no time!! Have you thought about booking an early private one for reassurance? I’m thinking of doing that if/when I get pregnant as I don’t think I’ll be able to wait the 12 weeks to know everything is okay!!

@Daisyrobin123 I joined the thread a bit prematurely, still very much in the conception stage. Won't be testing for another few weeks.
Just nice to hear success stories, hope they keep coming ladies!

@Daisyrobin123 I'll have to go and buy one! Think I might go to Boots on the way home from work 😂 haven't told hubby yet because I wanted a decent second line so he doesn't think I'm mad! I can't keep it from him any longer though, so hopefully first response will be a bit more obvious. 😬

@IzzT Yours could show up on a frer as everyone says they are the most sensitive ones. Have you got any in the house or would you have to go and buy one?!
