Been feeling a bit odd since 2 weeks ago when we were TTC. My period is due on 15 november. We decided to test yesterday with a Clearblue kit.

It stayed negative but after 10 minutes it turned positive. In the leaflet says, that any results after 10 min should be disregarded.

Have any of you encountered this situation?

Thanks in advance!!

i dont think the drs tests are all that sensitive really.

i dont think most drs are fertility experts either, mine certainly isn't lol !

how long have you both been trying?

worzsel · 14/11/2007 15:19

i've never been on 2ww.com, didntnknow it existed.. oh dear, another forum for me to frequent ?! lol.

i should have taken a picture of my clearblue evap line, it was astonishing, blighter then my bfp when i was pregnant with my daughter !

I find poundland tests are the best and clearblue the worst ( and most expensive !)

thats not true, they tell you to throw pregnancy tests away after a certain time because they can give false results, usually evap lines are clear but clearble do give evaporation lines which are coloured and look exactly like a positive. I know so many people who have been sucked in like this and ended up upset and disapointed. you really should put tests in the bin straight away.

i had a pos on a tesco test after 10 mins but very feint. then went to docs and they did a surgery one ( think they are really crap0 this was also feint. nurse said that positive is a positive. then went on to mc. they thought this was due to low hcg hence feint lines.
