I'm out! AF started late last night and my temp plummeted this morning. I had 7 days of spotting this month 🙄 I'm putting AF down as starting today which makes a dodgy 12 day luteal phase if you discount the spotting. I said to DH the only good thing is I'm booked for a hair colour in 2 weeks time so at least I know I'm definitely safe for that! (I think most are ok these days but I think I'd have been nervous to!)

@MissC07 Sorry it's still a bfn today. The fact that your luteal phase is long is a good thing! Fancy swapping with my dodgy one?! 😂 I also thought about acupuncture...I emailed a place last week but never heard back. Think I might have to try to call!

@Moocher90 Rubbish about your bfn too 😞 hope af is here soon and over as fast as possible! Interesting you're already feeling warmer! My hands and feet are always cold...I feel tired a lot of the time too. I have my repeat bloods in June so will see what they come back with. Hoping my gp looks into the link between thyroid and fertility in the meantime! 🙏

@Kay00 thank you. I know I really shouldn't be moaning, I'm sure I'll get over it once AF has been and gone. Sounds like you are having a much needed lovely weekend!! Fingers crossed for O soon for you 🤞

@MissC07 I’m the same. BFN today and I’m CD30/13DPO.... no period in sight yet. I had some pink spotting yesterday but late before bed and some darker brown spotting today both minimal and nothing else... will see what happens but AF is coming I just don’t know when.

I'm CD17, had a couple of big blobs of EWCM (luurrvely ahem!) But OPKs still negative. We are away this weekend on our mini break so I'm eating and drinking everything I shouldn't 🤪 I'm not tracking like I should, but we are DTD plenty just in case 😁🤞

@missC07 sorry about your bfn 😪 on the plus side your cycle looks great, a decent ovulation day followed by a nice big temp increase and a long LP. Onwards and upwards xx

@springflower3 @feliznavidad2 if your using the Internet cheapy OPKs then your 2nd morning urine should be the strongest. Once you start getting a decent 2nd line start testing a few times a day.

Hi ladies, hope you're all having a nice Bank Hol weekend. I'm 15dpo today (my longest LP) and still BFN. So I'm just waiting for AF as no point testing anymore. Feeling pretty low and annoyed at my body right now. Finally ovulated 10 days earlier than usual and now my LP is longer 😭 Chart attached

It is worth a try..... cause I think unless you stop drinking after 2pm your not going to get a strong result

I will try to wee on a OPK stick earlier tomorrow and see what happens. 🧐

@feliznavidad2 I swear that’s how mine are in the evenings! Have you ever tested around 9am/10am? The lines could be stronger!!

I think I'm going to have to stop guzzling so much squash. 🙄

Hi @feliznavidad2 I am hoping that it! I’ve added this mornings.. used 2nd pee of the day! This is after the allocated time but I honestly find after 5 mins there isn’t a lot to look at!
Aww what pill were you on? How’s your lines looking? I literally did not ovulate between coming off the pill and break through bleed! Xx

Just thinking re. Only a line in the morning, could it be because your wee is too diluted in the pm? Mine are v v faint...

@Springflower3 are you using the fancy ovulation machine? (I can't remember its name, sorry!)

I've started using OPK... cycle day 5 or 6 I think - no idea when or if I'll ovulate but have just had withdrawal bleed after stopping pill on 14th March 😳

My we update - I’ve done what I swore I wouldn’t this cycle and started using the OPK.... damn me and no restraint! But basically.... I only seem to have a strong line in the mornings 🤷‍♀️ Then basically nothing for the rest of the day so frig knows what that means xx

Well I don’t really know how may dpo I am I’m guessing about 7 based on ovulation been around CD17, progesterone has kicked in though, achy boobs and tingly nipples, woke up this morning feeling like i was ready to vomit! And the pinching round the lower abdomen, all the usual stuff that never really means anything 🙄

@FlyingGiraffe I'm so confused by my body. 13dpo today and my temp went up slightly - stupidly tested again and BFN. 🤷‍♀️ I hear you with the throwing money at the problem, I'm tempted to try acupuncture next cycle!

Hello, I’m new to this thread. My little girl is now 13 months and i can’t stop thinking about a possible baby no 2. I haven’t really said that out loud yet as I’m absolutely terrified of doing it all again!

Anyway I came off the mini pill 3 days ago on my 33rd birthday. No idea what to expect ... but hoping to regulate cycles after YEARS of being on the combined pill and then 1st pregnancy.

Withdrawal bleed started yesterday so here goes I guess!

Does anyone else get insatiable hunger when on their period? I'd forgotten quite how bad it was. I could eat another meal despite having just had lunch and still wouldn't be full.

Hi ladies I’ve been quite on here. Nothing much to report.

I ovulated yesterday I think going by my OPKs and also I can feel when I ovulate because I get twinges in my side. Still got them today oddly enough. Also yesterday I felt quite nauseous!

We DTD but it’s becoming a bit robotic during ovulation and this month it wasn’t very enjoyable. I’m trying to stay positive about the whole thing but losing hope slightly tbh.

I have my fertility appointment next month so will see what they say then.

@TheDaydreamBelievers I don’t get cervix cramps but get cramps quite low down in the pelvic area.

@Kay00 I’m looking forward to see how your appointment goes on the 6th.

Someone mentioned cpq10. I have been taking it but have no idea if it’s helping tbh. I hope so!

I've bought some easy@home for when this period/withdrawal bleed starts. Feel strangely excited but am sure the novelty will wear off quite quickly. 😛

@FlyingGiraffe the first week of taking it I had a headache which is one of the side effects. I tihnk they say it’s about 6 weeks to feel the effects of meds but I do feel warmer and my temps have been more stable pre ovulation this cycle. I’m 11DPO. Temp is dropping and RHR is so I’m just waiting for AF to come now. I’m not sure when AF will show though because my cycles have been 27-31 days long, CD28 today

@Moocher90 any update? How are you feeling so far with the levothyroxine? Does it take a while to feel the effects?

On off spotting still here and CD11 now. My chart is literally all converted temps so goodness knows what it actually is like! I wake up at different times every bloomin day it seems! Anyway, I put all my pregnancy tests in the loft so I wouldnt be tempted! I've spent £40 on clearblue advanced ovulation tests, some more seven seas and some wellman conception tablets that should be coming tomorrow in preparation for the next cycle! If in doubt, throw money at it is my motto it seems! 😂

Just the GP! They can’t refer me till I’ve been off the pill and trying for 12 months so I think they’re just guessing at this point. I did ovulate as soon as I slowed down exercise wise though but that could just be coincidence @TheDaydreamBelievers

@AllyCat31 are you in a fertility clinic? Who is giving the advice? I run and hike and climb, so Im more thinking about diet than exercise!
