@Cantthinkofaname99 there was something on the BBC news website today about how pregnant women should be offered the jab. I think it said Pfizer and moderna were safest, perhaps you could call your doctor and tell them you’re trying so which vaccine would they recommend?

Really stupid thing but I feel I need to vent - on the app where I chart my temps etc some people have just told me that according to my chart I only ovulated yesterday meaning today is 1 DPO. This then means me and DP haven't DTD for a good few days as I thought ovulation was earlier so will probably be out this month now AND it means the bastard TWW will just take longer now. It's really upset me!feeling all over the place emotionally today.
This whole thing is just so frustrating!!!!

@Nobeautysleep haven't really thought about when I would test, maybe next weekend if AF hasn't arrived, pretty sure it will rear it's ugly head before then though!

@DinkyGT I don't temp as i don't think it would work for me. Just try and keep positive, I always drive myself crazy symptom spotting!

Just had my letter for my Covid vaccination, trying to decide what to do. Assuming AF arrives this month then I wouldn't be pregnant when had the jab, so wondering if it's a good idea to just get it done as latest guidance says doesn't interfere with fertility. Anyone else thought about what they would do?

I'm 5DPO today and have sore boobs, occasional twinges. I know it's too early to tell anything but I am an obsessive symptom spotter 😂 I think I ovulated as usual - I got static smiley and CM was EW but my temps have risen really really slowly so I'm not sure if that is a bad sign - could be low progesterone.
Keeping positive anyway! Anyone else temp?
Hope this weekend is positive for those testing or trying xxx

@dunkedbiscuit hope you’re doing OK. Are you sure you ovulated on time? If you ovulated late you might have a bit more of a wait

I had my bloods back today, all normal except the vitamin D one isn’t back yet. So doctor is blaming the fact that I’ve been breastfeeding. Looks like I’ll have to cut that down!

Get sore boots but usually only a couple of days before af, never had twinges though
I never had symptoms with my first so don't rule out yet

@dunkedbiscuit I’m 10 DPO today but not going to test till after Wednesday when AF is due. I’m not hopeful as had no symptoms but you never know - last month I definitely felt symptoms and then negative so I’m trying not to think about it too much!

Well I think that's me probably out, 12 dpo and BFN this morning. Feeling a bit gutted but treated myself to a takeaway latte and have some wine in the fridge for the weekend.

Is anyone else testing over the weekend? @Jellybean023 were you doing another test?

@mamaatthegym ah the sickness is awful. So far I've just felt extremely nauseous ( mainly in afternoons!) it was the same with my first. Glad you have got something- is it working?

@mamaatthegym oh no that morning sickness sound horrible, fingers crossed meds work.

I've been trying to keep busy and distracting myself from this. I think I'm about 3dpo, but to be honest I just want my wait for af to be longer than a week, at least that would be some kind of progress!

I'm 10 dpo but really trying not to test until AF due date on Saturday. I keep having crazy dreams and have felt a bit run down, but no other symptoms. Wishing the days away!

I'm 5dpo and I've had twinges in my lower abdomen on and off all day, never felt this before not sure what it is or a sign of, vet unusual!

Thanks all! That's good to know! As I've had shorter cycles more recently (24-26 days rather than my previous regular 28 days) I started testing on day 6 as advised in the instructions. 'Usually' expect Ov around CD13 so I'm also on the DTD as much as poss bandwagon 😂
Gave DP asparagus tonight for dinner to get him in the mood 😂😂 I've told him NO excuses! I'm really hoping this is my month 🤞🏻and I'm hoping to have you lovely lot to share a BFP with too! Xxxx

@DinkyGT like others I also had 6 days of flashing smileys before my static - seems to be completely normal. So far I’ve only had a blank on the first day of testing each month (which apparently you always get) then straight to flashing. I’m not sure what that tells me!

Hi @DinkyGT I normally get my static smiley CD12 so depending on your cycle length it maybe too early yet? I think I had 4 days of flashings first. Feels like we're forever waiting for things doesn't it!

SMEP is exhausting, tell DH to get some daytime naps in 😂

@DinkyGT I had 6 days high until I got my static on day 7! We tried SMEP with our first but it's very hard going 🤣 as long as you semi stick with it hopefully you will be fine! Xxx

I'm CD11 currently and I'm on day 5 of flashing smiley! Is this usual?? My temperature rose slightly this morning but still not thinking Ov has happened yet but seems like a long time for 'high' fertility.
Tried doing SMEP this month but DP keeps nodding off early 😂

I think I’m 4 DPO. I hate this bit. Not hopeful after getting my hopes up last month and then being let down but we’ll see.

Well hubby fell asleep so didn't manage to dtd around the static smiley but did dtd the night before so hoping that is enough, now the tww but I'm not hopeful
