Hi everyone! We are currently trying for baby #3 This is cycle 2 and CD5. Period last week was shorter and lighter than normal, really confused me as its never been like that, did 2 tests but both BFN so trying again this month :) Not putting too much pressure on it, just going with the flow and if it happens it happens, trying not to stress too much about it 🙈 anyone else TTC this month? Hoping I can chat in here with people doing the same ❤

Hi everyone! So according to two or three of the ovulation calculators my predicted ovulation date window was between Saturday and this coming Tuesday. I ran out of ovulation tests and took my last one on Friday night which was negative as when I tried to take one on Saturday it failed. Going by this it looks like my ovulation date would be nearer the Tuesday mark. I generally have 25/26 day cycle and my last period was 16th March which lasted full menstration 4 days. This is our first baby we are trying for after I came off the pill end of December.

My partner works away from home for days at a time and yesterday would have been prime opportunity (if calendar was correct) when we didn’t have sex although we did have unprotected sex Friday and Saturday. My worry is I might have missed the boat. Is it likely to still conceive 2-4 days before ovulation? I spent last night crying because I am so obsessed about ttc and having trouble sleeping. I am 34 years old and all my friends are on their 2nd/3rd child and seems to be another pregnancy announcement everyday.

Just looking for a bit advice/words of encouragement from anyone in the same situation.

Aw I know what you mean! The apps can be so unreliable too! Let me know how you get on with them, and I may look into it for the next cycle, but hopefully won't have too 🤞

Aw we were exactly the same, I cried my eyes out! At least we know 100% that we definitely want another ❤ Nothing chill at all about TTC! lol

I really didn’t want to use OPKs yet (never did with my first!) but the light bleed like you, freaked me out a bit. I thought it would maybe encourage us to keep going instead of following an app!

We said we would take it chill but the BFN really made us realise how much we wanted it I think - is there anything chill about TTC?!

Aw how exciting! Hoping you get BFP for #2 🤗 yea we are the same, DTD every other day! Yea when I mentioned before in another thread about my period, someone had mentioned I may have had a month I didn't ovulate and that freaked me out, was tempted to buy ovulation tests for this month but feel like I'll only stress myself more 🙈 will see how this month goes and if BFN maybe something to look into for the next cycle!

Hi 💕

I’m TTC #2 and on cycle 2, stopped the pill in feb and had a withdrawal bleed late feb. Like you I had a super light bleed end of March which threw me out but had several BFN.

I’m on CD 9, using the clear blue advanced ovulation test this month checking that my body is doing it’s thing 😊 we are mostly trying to just DTD every other day to keep our chances high 🤞🏻
