3DPO anyone want to TWW with me?

I had a chemical at 5wks, 5 days on 27th feb, after a week of positive pregnancy tests.

Luckily it feels my cycle has returned quite quickly, anyone else at 3DPO? xx

AF due next Monday so going to try and hold off doing any testing until the weekend at least! Maybe...Confused

Hi all, can I jump on? I'm about 8/9 DPO on second cycle trying again after MMC at 9.5 weeks in early Jan. Last month I drove myself slightly mad symptom spotting and was convinced I'd conceived, was really hard seeing BFN and getting AF. Feeling calmer this month (I think!) but do feel like I've had some symptoms again (mild cramping, low energy). Would be good to keep myself sane with you ladies! Grin

I haven't had fertility acupuncture but I have two friends who have and it worked for them. X

Sorry I missed my notifications on here yesterday, Monday’s are always manic!

6DPO today and zero symptoms. I usually have bloating by now so pretty sure I’m out this month but I know I’ll still obsess about it 🙈 both times I’ve been pregnant, I’ve had a short period before getting the positive test. In fact the first period/implantation bleed lasted 6 days and I got the BFP the following week! That pregnancy lasted 9-10 weeks. So even when I get my period now I still think I could be pregnant

Was listening to a podcast about acupuncture and fertility earlier, I’m so tempted to look into it more! Has anyone ever had it?

@Whatshouldicallme I'm not sure, this is all very new to me. Perhaps the OPKs are more sensitive than PG tests? I wish 2ww wasn't such emotional torture! I have my fingers crossed for a BFP in a few days!

@JGessie I had read that too which is why I got excited! But surely if it was due to early pregnancy a frer would have picked it up. Confused

@Whatshouldicallme I've read in places that getting positive OPKs post-ovulation can be an early sign of pregnancy as the hormone they pick up is chemically similar to HCG but I don't know how true this is. I can't seem to find much scientific evidence, only other forums where members recount their own experiences. Try not to be disheartened! BD is definitely a good idea just in case you're ovulating late!

@Whatshouldicallme ohhhh I see, I will cross everything for you. I ovulated later than my app predicted this month so the OPK was helpful as I wouldn't have known otherwise. I've a few more days to wait I think. 🤞

I only started temping after ovulation, so I don't have anything to compare my current temps to unfortunately. I guess we will BD tonight -- althought the first surge seemed so real! It was exactly 2 weeks before expected AF, ewcm, etc. I've felt shit and pms-y with a headache ever since my suspected O so it all seemed to make perfect sense. I always get a mid-cycle headache that lasts on and off until AF arrives. Confused

Basically I've continued taking the opk (LH) tests even after my surge mostly just out of curiosity, and now I've gotten another positive which has confused me as I don't think that is typical! I took a pregnancy test to see if maybe that was it, but it was negative :(

@Whatshouldicallme I'm a bit confused on all the tests sorry! OPK are the sticks that predict the LH surge but what are the others, I only used the OPK around my predicted fertile window?

@xoJellyBean I have only used my app and OPK this month. It is my first month TTC Second child. I only used an app with my first so OPK are new for me. I don't know much about the other bits! Need to swot up

How is everyone getting on with waiting today?

I have just finished daily testing with opk...it was blazing positive. I was excited at first and did break down and take a frer but it was bfn. I wasn't planning to test so early (only 6 dpo Blush) and only did because of the positive opk. But now I'm a bit worried something is wrong! My last LH peak (6 days ago) was clear and basically bang on when I'd have expected given my cycle so this has really thrown me. Confused

Hi everyone I'm 4dpo and ovulated on the 17th according to femometer readings of opks. AF predicted for 1st. Had some twinges similar to ovulation pain today. Good luck to everyone 🤞🤞 x

I do have a lot of pregnancy tests so tempted to test 😂 but it is waaaaay to early to test I think I am only 4dpo to be honest because I ovulated around 17-18th ...
I have though such a backache all day... wondering if I did something weird but can't remember or maybe slept wrong somehow..

Do you have any symptoms at all? :)

@Whatshouldicallme no symptoms yet here either. We only BD once around my peak so not holding out much hope for this cycle anyway but you hear of people getting pregnant after only having unprotected sex once so who knows...

@Bee44 yes think will test the day before too! My friend announced her pregnancy 10 years ago on April fools day, she hasn’t noticed the date!

@JGessiek in a way it’s great to get the information but in another way I get a bit obsessed! I envy people who get pregnant when they aren’t trying and it’s a surprise! If only it was that easy for all of us eh

@MsK89 min AF day is predicted for Apr 1 too, looks like we're all on about the same schedule.

I think my plan is to try wait to test until Mar 27 which will be 10/11 dpo and then wait until Apr 1 when AF is due if Mar 27 is a BFN.

You're right about this site being a wealth of information, I really think it's helping keep me sane during this wait!

@MsK89 April Fools day is my predicted AF day and I find it so ironic 😂 maybe test the day before? My OH 100% wouldn't believe me if I said I'd got a BFP on 1st April!

Can I join the wait?! I am 5dpo today in first cycle ttc. I plan to start testing at 10dpo.

I know it's still way too early but the urge is real! I am still using my LH strips daily to satisfy as I have seen quite a few posts where people see an unusual LH surge as the first sign of pregnancy, so every negative LH tests makes me feel better about waiting to take the real one!
