@cyclogoose how adorable are those puppies 😍🥰

minthumbugs · 07/04/2021 09:59

@kaylsd you might as well! Hopefully you can get a peak soon xx

They are absolutely adorable @CycloGoose. I love them! My temp is still low too. Think I'm on my 5th day of the wee devils but I'm not giving up yet lol.

Sorry @Laureatus :( so annoying that AF will trick us being a few days late. Baby dust, fingers crossed for next time. X

Laureatus · 07/04/2021 09:29

Well I tested today even though I think AF is on her way 2 days late. A BFN on a FRER, prob a waste of a test really, but couldn't resist! Annoying, I've never had a cycle this long but I was trying to lose weight so maybe my pattern messed up. Thanks for thinking of me everyone and good luck and baby dust to you all!

Iloveoreos · 07/04/2021 09:05

@kaylsd took foreever to get nhs to do mine . I guess they dont really do anything until its been a yr.in hindsight going private for initial tests is a good idea like you did.

CycloGoose · 07/04/2021 08:54

Haha @minthumbugs that would be funny! We've caught up and my temp still low anyway so 🤞🐝🐿️🐖 Don't stress too much. I had the 9 days of flashy buggers before I got my solid and that's when I got my bfp as well! Stranger things have happened!

@kaylsd I'm not sure I really enjoy it all that much but at least I feel like I'm doing something positive 🤣
Just a sprinkling of baby dust for everyone this morning ✨✨✨✨✨✨ and photos of some of my mum and dad's puppies at 6 weeks for good measure xxx

@CycloGoose hope your enjoying the best part of the cycle hehe 😜 let's hope you can get back on it (TMI quite literally) and catch up for lost measures 😂😘

kaylsd · 07/04/2021 08:06

@Iloveoreos thank you for the good vibes hunny! I think they just go average cycle to call it that test :) I take it your having yours done too darling?

kaylsd · 07/04/2021 08:04

@minthumbugs I haven't a clue anymore sweet if I'm honest 😂 she said I looked mid cycle where I'm about to ovulate on my scan, but I've only had one high OPK randomly but it wasn't a full positive it was nearly there, so I'm going back to tracking see if I can catch that peak 🙈

minthumbugs · 07/04/2021 07:57

Don't take my word for it @Veronika13! But that's my experience, hopefully it's yours too 🤞🏻

Veronika13 · 07/04/2021 07:55

So strange even if implantation DID happen after 5 days - that's make me only 5 days pregnant, can there really be sickness after barely few days
I trust you though - I've never been pregnant so you'll have more experience :)

minthumbugs · 07/04/2021 07:37

@Iloveoreos I've only ever heard of day 21, but your doctor will know what they're doing. That's good you're getting it done!

@cyclogoose men are too unreliable, if we could do it ourselves I think we would have more success 🤷‍♀️😂 we didn't manage yesterday either. My app has now changed from 'peak fertility' today with ovulation tomorrow to 'fertility unlikely' and waiting to confirm ovulation last week though! So who knows. X

@Veronika13 sickness very early was my first sign with my last 2 pregnancies. Can't remember how many DPO though, sorry! Good luck and baby dust ✨

Veronika13 · 06/04/2021 23:45
@Slinks8113 that's all seems very positive news from the doctor. It's so easy to be sucked into tracking and then the symptom spotting, so good for you if you manage to resist!

I'm currently around 5 DPO, with my period due around 10th April - it's just the longest wait ever! I'm still hopeful and keeping positive, but I'm also telling myself that I need to try not to agonise too much in the days coming up and also hold off testing until at least after the 10th if my period isn't here - easier said than done though!
Mine is due 12th April :)
No symptoms but unable to keep dinner down - really doubt thays related though 😁
Have you tested yet ? X

Veronika13 · 06/04/2021 23:37
@minthumbugs 👋🏻 🥰🥰

I've been lurking but struggling to keep up with a couple of threads! I've been keeping my eyes out for you guys though!! I'm 5+4 today and have my early scan on Friday 🤞🏼 I have been feeling sick as a dog since 2DPO and it's only getting worse 😂😂 I am SO grateful for this though and really hoping you all have your BFP's soon!xxxx
I've been sick a few times but I'm 11 dpo and read that sickness starts from 4 weeks, so completely disregarded this symptom?
Do you think it's actually possible to start sickness so early? ☺️

CycloGoose · 06/04/2021 23:34

@Iloveoreos I want it but my doctors not doing all th tests! Day 21s normally 7 days before next period so 21 is just based on the average cycle

@minthumbugs 🤣 🤞🤞🤞 positive test buddies later as well!

@kaylsd definitely well worth paying for the scan then and great they're doing hubs as well because normally they'll do that later as well.

Well we've already fallen off the wagon. Tried DTD this morning but didn't fulfil the mission! Then DH had too many beers and fell asleep tonight 🤦🏼‍♀️

Iloveoreos · 06/04/2021 21:16

@kaylsd sending good vibes..hopefully all goes well xx

Ladies who have had progesterone blood test..what day did u have it. Ive always thought day 21 but i was asked to do day 23? Anyone had same?

minthumbugs · 06/04/2021 20:41

@CycloGoose we might be cycle buddies this month then! Definitely can't follow simple instructions buddies by the sounds of it 😂 that's fab you have a free month!

@kaylsd is there any chance you are in a TWW? I'm glad you are feeling so positive after your scan, things are in motion for you now!

kaylsd · 06/04/2021 17:44
@kaylsd you're not being rude at all! We'd never think that of you. We're always here when you need us but never expect you to keep us in the loop at all sweetheart.

I'm really chuffed for you that you have managed to get in for testing. That's really good news. It does sound like you might have been about to ovulate when the scan was so hopefully a couple of weeks from now until AF.
Make sure they check your thyroid as well. My friend is going in for IVF and her GP wouldn't medicate her until IVF clinic kicked up a massive stink. The minute they got her levels to what the IVF clinic said, she fell pregnant naturally - she unfortunately had a miscarriage but at 42 she was gobsmacked.

@minthumbugs definitely after. Possibly another 2 or 3 days - your estrogen is probably peaking now as that's what causes the dip in temperature for most women. I think I dipped today as well but I've been a tad up and down even with OvuSense so not sure yet and I effed up my lh test earlier as well so it must be catching 😂 They've given me a free month of premium subscription though so that's good!
@CycloGoose your ever so kind to me chick thank you for being so one of many who is so supportive 🥰 they are doing abit of a MOT, all my routine bloods plus thyroid plus all hormonal screening and then day 21 bloods with swabs to rule out anything as my smear is up to date and normal & hub to have SA which he was like it's gonna come back super sperm (I'm sure all men have this attitude of super sperm 😂😂) I'm just gearing up for a good mind space with whatever comes at me, took my first conceive plus supplement this evening, I'm hoping for good things with these as they have myo inositol, coq10 in it and other bits what I've never took before in a supplement 👌🏻✨

kaylsd · 06/04/2021 17:28

@minthumbugs I'm technically only 6 days late and I had a random positive the other day if you ladies can remember so I'm wondering if it's just going to be around the corner? I did a dr google search and they say vitamin c can help bring it on, so I downed a pint of orange juice with no regrets like a pro 😂😂😉

CycloGoose · 06/04/2021 16:19

This is my chart today with a big dip! Still flashing smiley. Would you typically get a positive OPK before or after a temp dip? Going to try DTD tonight, aka persuade DP haha

minthumbugs · 06/04/2021 13:30

That's brilliant @kaylsd! It's a shame you had to pay for that scan to get them to believe you and start doing something about it. The one year rule is a bit naff, it's not helpful for all is it! Not sure what you could do about your AF, how long has it been now? I tend to have a few cycles a year that are about 50ish days long and no idea why!

kaylsd · 06/04/2021 12:43

@Kitty0389 @CycloGoose @minthumbugs @Iloveoreos sorry I've been quiet ladies had abit of sit back and reflection following Sunday's scan!

Spoke to my GP today and they have finally listened to me! They are doing all the blood screening for everything to do with hormones including day 21 bloods, swabs incase infection (which I'm absolutely fine) & requesting my DH to go in for swimmers check which I'm so happy about as I feel like the ball is rolling! My only issue now is that I'm late and I haven't a clue when AF is and they don't want to give me anything to induce AF... any old wife tales to help me out ladies? One of my friends at work will be doing my bloods for me as I'm her mentor anyway #nurselifelol

I don't mean to be rude by being quiet with you all just my mind space has been abit up and down for Mumsnet but I had abit of a reality check with it all which was like fight or flight as the thought of it scared me when I reflected but then I've had the change of mindset that whatever comes now the investigation is rolling despite only being trying 7/8 month which I am grateful of as last time I was being chucked off for not being TTC for a year!

I'm waiting for my delivery of the ovulation support conception plus through the post I'm
Hoping that can balance anything out for me to help and I'm tempted to stop the preg care as the gravy taste is just abit too much 😂😂😂

I hope your okay lovely lady's sending lots of hugs & baby dust always ✨✨✨

CycloGoose · 05/04/2021 22:09

Both these two said boys @minthumbugs one said spring and one said September/October 😂 I've got pretty much all bases covered on the readings too!
I hope it all goes well for you!
I haven't had my multitude of supplements today. Ooops!

minthumbugs · 05/04/2021 22:04

Yes @CycloGoose it was a one stick wonder today 😂 hope it's later in the week now, could go not thinking about it for a few days. Sounds like you'll be in with a great shot doing SMEP, all bases are covered! What did your readings say? X

CycloGoose · 05/04/2021 21:53

Did you at least manage to get your flashy on the first go today @minthumbugs ? Hopefully it'll be in the morning. You still have a really good chance lovely. Try not to put so much pressure on yourself if you can. I know it's easier said that done!

I'm on CD10 and I'm not sure how long it will be to ovulation. Femometer has decided I ovulated yesterday but I definitely didn't but we've been going every other day since CD7 so hope to keep that up. I know it's not proper SMEP but it's near enough.

Got my readings through and pretty much everything contradictory - I don't have anything matching up so it's a free for all!
