@minthumbugs it was totally extra and totally awesome. We tried to do something traditional for the olds on the Friday but MIL didn't think it was good enough. The Saturday was totally mint though and everyone (including MIL -FFS) loved it. We did so much ourselves but it was definitely extra extra. We did a full weekend where people could camp etc and a fair few friends could stay in bunk beds etc for same price as a 'normal' wedding. I got my main dress from Oxfam. Was chuffed.
@KatieLooLa I have read about cycles changing with different supplements. I'm on CD16 and not ovulated yet which is late for me as I normally have a short cycle. I've added some other supplements this month though AND not long since MC so I'm not getting too stressed. I've got it all crossed it's positive for you.
Well @kaylsd the only other pregnancy related dream I've had was actually for you with vividly seeing you posting on here to say you were pregnant at last so I'm sure it's coming for you. We just don't know when! In terms of me, we've totally failed on the SMEP. Should've been yesterday but my nose was just streaming by nighttime and hubs wasn't feeling it in the morning. Even this morning we had to have a little break and get back to it 🤣🤣🤣 pressure starting to get to us I think. We're having a little holiday from tomorrow though so if keep getting delayed ovulation, at least it can be holiday fun! Thank you for your comments on my dress. I think I felt more comfortable in that cheap one than the more expensive one I got off Oxfam. I'll post that too for you! I looked a bit wide in that one. Should have had it taken in. Where you going to shop for yours? My folks are funny with the dog names. They're all abstract nouns 😂 Hope, Joy, Mercy etc 🤣
Your chart is absolutely nuts this month. Don't really know what to say! The OvuSense is supposed to be good for pcos as is the Mira but they're pricey. All the love and baby dust.
The Olsen twins are fraternal non identical twins as well! Who knew!
@seraphim87 I think Kayls has said it all but good luck xxc
I'm hoping this slight delay is just my body cooking up a perfect little egg and a lush, thick endometrium!! 🤞🤞😉

@kaylsd I’ve already got confirmed PCOS but I’ve only recently moved to the area so medical stuff is all new and I’m not sure whether just to contact to them. I stopped taking the pill in January and I’ve never in my life had a normal cycle so I think I’m just in denial that things are going be pretty tedious

kaylsd · 11/04/2021 12:42
@kaylsd congratulations! You’re going to have your hands full! X
Heyup missy I wish ;)! Lol 😚 xx

kaylsd · 11/04/2021 12:41

@Seraphim87

So I think I’m going mad, according to opk I ovulated over three weeks ago, according to my apps I’m 6/7 days late and I’ve tested a couple of times a week apart including a frer all negative. I have no idea what to do Confused
I'm known to instances like this but there's various bits to ask first, isit first time this has happened before? Are you recent off contraception if so they say to give your body at least 6 month to adjust as you could be still all over shop from that? Do you temp? If so did your temperature confirm ovulation? Do you do OPK testing? If so did it corispond alongside of physical symptoms of ovulation? EWCM ect..

I know it's not much help with this but it may be a case of you ovulated later than you think or may not have ovulated at all (I'm currently one for this to happen to because I'm being investigated for PCOS)

Try not to worry about it too much at the moment, reduce testing to every couple of days, wait until 2 week has passed and ring doctors for blood work (you may be pregnant but not showing on urine tests) to rule out pregnancy, depending on your GP they may tell you to come back if you don't have a period in 3 month or they may investigate as to why or give you medication to start a "period" in order for a new cycle when really that just sheds uterus lining..

sending hugs sweetheart I've been here before and it's not nice and I'm currently in same situation now myself but I'm finally being investigated for it after 7 months of up and down cycles when some I appear to ovulate and some I don't xx

KatieLooLa · 11/04/2021 12:40

@kaylsd congratulations! You’re going to have your hands full! X

KatieLooLa · 11/04/2021 12:39

@Seraphim87 I’m late too and only getting negative readings. Not sure when I ovulated though as OPK’s I was using were hard to read x

kaylsd · 11/04/2021 12:35

@lucea87

Thank you *@kaylsd* 🥰🥰 we will find out I think. They're non identical, separate sacs and separate placentas! Could be a boy & a girl....! It's so tempting to do the harmony test now to find out at 10 weeks 😂 but it's also so expensive! Think we will just have a gender scan at 16 weeks!
Imagine having a boy and a girl, technically all that baby making could be over as you may have one of each ;) but you never know! My Hub was non identical with his brother but you would argue they are identical as they look very similar 🥰🌈 so happy for you sweetheart xxx

@lucea87 omg congratulations on your twins!!!! You are more than welcome to share your journey in your pregnancy with us, don’t ever be feeling like you cannot just because your a graduate! I’m so happy to hear about your surprise bundle! My hubs is a twin :D! Will you be finding out gender or leaving it a surprise? Sending hugs always 🥰

@Galt21 don’t ever be feeling alone in your journey, we are all going through similar emotions and just know your not alone as we will be here for you each rollercoaster step of the way, I’m sorry that you felt like that after seeing a negative test, I’ve been trying now for 8 month round absolute and I’ve learnt not to try torturing my emotions with negative tests and just wait until AF comes if you can find the strength to do that, I know it’s easier said than done but just know your not alone :) ✨🥰

@CycloGoose I’m so happy to hear you have a psychic sense, can I start to pay you instead of strangers for fertility readings if you predicted twins for lucea87 😂😂😂🙋🏼‍♀️ all my readings say July as you’ve known from the past so I’m hoping I can get my ovulation sorted prior to then to get my baby making skills on!! I’ve also been wondering where some people have been on their journey but maybe they having abit of time out from the threads I just hope they are okay! How are you getting on with your cycle chick, are you giving yourself enough time to have a small break as SMEP knackered me i won’t lie 😂🙈 fingers and toes crossed your peak is just around the corner! Can I just say your photo in your dress is absolutely beautiful! 🥰 partial to a wedding dress piccy myself, I’m going to be going shopping later this year for a receiption dress as I don’t want to wear my wedding dress twice incase it’s bad luck but I’m holding off buying anything earlier incase there’s a bump to be taken into consideration 🤞🏻🤞🏻👶 absolutely loving the pic of prudence and I love the name I love old fashioned names for dogs, I’ve said if we was to get a friend for mable I’d want to call her Martha or Wilma 🙈

@justwant2bemum try not to worry too much into things darling I know it’s easier said than done with stress levels at work, I’m not particularly enjoying my work at the moment but I just try and leave it at the door and think of reasons why to be happy and don’t let that place get a second thought because I doubt my management would do the favour back! I hope you have your peak soon 🌈

@KatieLooLa let us know if you test before tomorrow chicken, hoping to see some more graduates coming up shortly in the BFP gang 🌈🙋🏼‍♀️

So in terms of my cycle update darlings! 9 days late apparently in accordance to Femometer, I had a peak reading of 124% on Thursday followed by EWCM and negative day after.. don’t know if I ovulated but I took the chance and baby danced 😂 I’m just gonna take physical signs as queues than the readings as they are all the shop! So I could be in a two week wait but I also could be the land of the unknown.. anything’s possible but I have bloods and swabs on Tuesday so it’ll be the start of the investigations to PCOS I’ll attach my chart for the giggle, the spike was 2 days after the positive reading 🧐

@CycloGoose Prudence is adorable 🥰

KatieLooLa · 10/04/2021 22:54

@justwant2beamum unfortunately Amazon prime is pretty useless where I live, it wouldn’t come quick enough. Probably have to wait till Monday to see if they have any in the chemist.

@CycloGoose could well have ovulated later this month, did start taking pregnacare day of my last AF so that might have something to do with it.

@minthumbugs of course if I get BFP I’ll be sharing, don’t think I couldn’t share 😂

Best find out before Thursday as supposed to be getting the COVID vaccination Thursday morning 😬

minthumbugs · 10/04/2021 22:26

@CycloGoose that's amazing!!! I love that 😆 that's so extra.That's crazy I had no idea that could happen with the allergies, hormones have a lot to answer for. Hopefully it settles down before ovulation for you 🤞🏻

CycloGoose · 10/04/2021 22:11

Awww thanks @minthumbugs that was the second day of our wedding when we had a big festival theme. I bought the dress off eBay for £50 and sewed the straps on. I made the crown out of shells my grandma had and bits of broken jewellery and made my festi-cape-veil for about £15 😂 it was so much fun!
I have asthma and recently all my allergies have been getting worse. A little bit if reading and it looks like when estrogen rises, the cells responsible for your immune system overreacting are higher too so that might be why! Just hope it doesn't ruin my chances!

minthumbugs · 10/04/2021 22:05

@KatieLooLa let us know how you get on tomorrow if you cave! Hope it's a BFP. Xx

@justwant2beamum ahhhh sorry you're having a bad time at work. Hope you can take some time to de-stress over the weekend and have some time for yourself!

@CycloGoose omg those pictures! You look STUNNING wow that is such a brilliant pic! 🥰 Oh no, how come you've had an allergic reaction? X

CycloGoose · 10/04/2021 21:59

Oh @justwant2beamum sorry you're having a shitty time at work. Hope you can find a way to chill over the weekend xxx

CycloGoose · 10/04/2021 21:58

@minthumbugs sorry that you've not had your good news yet to be able to share back with them. It's hard isn't it sometimes but shows it can happen I guess.
@KatieLooLa Ares is so adorable. Maybe ovulated later this month? Sounds like maybe cycles up and down in length a bit. Fingers crossed you get a BFP. Most tests should pick up from around 15dpo but it depends when that was and when implantation happens. 💕💕💕🤞🤞🤞
Still no peak for me and we've bodged up on BD. I'm having an allergic reaction.
Here's mum and dad's 8 month old pup Prudence and me at our wedding with her mummy Grace xxx

Ahhh amazing @lucea87 🥰

@KatieLooLa sounds promising! I think the shop ones are pretty rubbish - can you get a frer or cheap sticks from Amazon prime?I use the easy at home pregnancy strips and find them quite sensitive 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

CD11 for me, no sign of ovulation yet but fingers crossed.

Having a shitty and stressful time with work atm (nothing really new there but worse than normal) and I'll be really mad if that shitty place ruins my chances this month because of that so trying to keep as calm as possible (cried hysterically hyperventilating down the phone to a manager yesterday so not succeeding) 🙄

KatieLooLa · 10/04/2021 21:03

@minthumbugs tempted to test in the morning, but might be better to wait till Monday... 🤷‍♀️ x

minthumbugs · 10/04/2021 20:41

@KatieLooLa that's a good sign! Ahhhh I'm not sure how sensitive those are. Are you going to test again or will you wait it out? X

KatieLooLa · 10/04/2021 20:27

@minthumbugs
Last cycle was 26 days, but usually around 28 days, so if I go by my last cycle I’m 4 days late, or 2 days late by regular cycle. Not sure on sensitivity of tests, bought some cheapish ones from Co Op, maybe not sensitive enough? X

minthumbugs · 10/04/2021 20:04

@KatieLooLa awwww Ares. How long are your cycles usually, are you late yet? How sensitive are the tests you have been using? Normally the cheapies are most sensitive! X

KatieLooLa · 10/04/2021 19:36

Evening ladies!
CD 30, still no AF, but still BFN when I tested (admittedly it wasn’t morning urine).
Symptoms currently:
*Tired all the time!
*Dry mouth... like when you wake up from a nap
*Farting 😂
*Sore boobs.. not as sore as I thought they’d be
*Thirsty! I don’t usually drink much usually
*Feeling a little queasy now and then

Trying not to get too excited yet as I’ve still not had a BFP, just wanted some opinions on what’s going on!

Sleepy pic of Ares for fun x

@Galt21 fingers crossed it happens soon for you!

One of my friends phoned me this morning to tell me she's pregnant and it was unplanned. She was just saying she doesn't know how she can cope with another one! She has a 2yo already. She didn't know we were trying but she did know about the MC as she had one around the same time. I'm 100% supportive of her, but ouchy... felt sensitive lol. X

Galt21 · 10/04/2021 16:51

I'm 26 weeks post partum but really hoping to conceive again as I'm almost 40.
